Neil and his staff are very knowledgeable and highly trained in BMW, Mercedes, Audi and Jaguars. Between all the mechanics, they have a combined experience of over 175 years!!!! This is the only place i would take my BMW, and my entire family feels the same way.

I would never recommend anyone to take their vehicle there to be service. They totally rip me off, saying that I needed a water pump when all I needed was a thermostat. Because they never gave me the old water pump, then the next day after water pump was to have been replaced. My car started to over heat,Call them back up, oh well bring it back in so we can check it out, well guess what now I need a thermostat, when they knew that from the beginning.Next I needed brake pads and rotors for my B9 Tribeca Subaru, which the charge me $ 500.00 thats just for the front end .So they replaced pads and rotors within a few days Im hearing metal hitting on metal when I pump the breaks. Call them back up oh bring it in and we will fix it you know its still under warranty.Had another mechanic to check it out, come to find out J&L put new rotors on but they put some crap pads on there that the mechanic said they were not ceramic pads.Yet they want me to bring my car back so they can do the rear pads and rotors. Which they want to charge me $485.00.Thanks but no thanks, there not honest peopleThey just like robbing you.They going to reap what they sow. What goes around, comes back around.

Stopped in with a flat tire at 6:15 PM on a snowy evening when they close at 6 PM. The mechanics helped me out with no hesitation and even went above and beyond by patching the tire instead of just throwing on the spare donut. The price was very reasonable in a given situation, even more so given the circumstances of this situation.

My name is Anthony and I brought my Mercedes E350 in even though the shop had sub-par reviews because it was only a mile from downtown. I was told that the problem was a rear differential.I was told it would cause $2600 for a used one and 3500 total to get it fixed.I went online and found the same part onE-bay for 300 and took it to Troy Auto Fix where they looked at it for free and charge me $400 for a total of almost $700 so I actually saved $2000.I was also given a estimate to put in a cv inner and outer boot that would take 10 hours to fix and 250 for the parts.i bought the parts on-line for 100 and Troy Auto Fix will do it in 4 to 5 hours for a cheaper hourly rate saving me a additional 750 so please stay away unless you enjoy getting screwed.

I had my BMW 530xi to other facilities, that could not solve my AND issues without enormously large cost estimates.J & L repaired the problem(s), at a fraction of the others estimated cost, and had me on the road the next afternoon.Thank you J & L
