Needed to fix my car quicklyand efficiently so that i could resume work. These gentleman supplied the labor and gave me a discount because i supplied the parts. Not only are they reasonable but they did the job right the first time and mended my fender until i could return to get it repaired. Definitely coming back!!

They arent all that together I had a flat and I mean flat to the ground and I went there because I couldnt get anywhere else I was riding the rim and I went there and they didnt even have a decent tire to replace my flat tire! There were all kinds of tires there and they service vehicles and they didnt even have a spare tire to put on my car I was thinking how the hell am I going to get this tire fixed? I think they were trying to get me to buy a new one which he priced at $120.00🤤 for one tire? I had ask are you crazy? So he ended up finding a old piece of worn out tire and he changed me $20 and I had to locate another tire repair place and I got the tire fixed Ill never go there again unless it was a emergency

They are good to, they diagnose whats wrong and give you an estimate, and you can wait on your vehicle till ready or leave it with them till done, they have a waiting room nice and warm, and in the summer nice and cool.

Worst customer service everThey played me and took my money took advantage of me because I’m a female I payed $60 for a wheel alignment,when I noticed my stuff wasn’t right went to Goodyear PAYED ANOTHER $50 (that they said can go towards the repairs) so I’m already out $110 with no work done the problem still not fixed emagine how u would feel Smh, so I got a print out not only was my wheel alignment STILL OFF I needed work done that UNIVERSITY AUTO didn’t mention. So I took my print out with my receipt UP THERE and actual exact discription of the degree angles my tires were sitting asked POLITELY for a refund was told to wait til SAM THE OWNER CAME BACK I waited over an hour with DOUG & my two year old baby, when SAM CAME I was refused my refund YET STILL CALM DIDNT GO OFF OR NOTHING so out of frustration I knew exactly what I was gonna do I premeditated and put the baby n the car pulled up by the door saw there were some car mats hanging for sale so I took 3 sets (in my eyes equivalent to the $60 they owed me) turnt around n left. ( in my eyes calling the police and going to court would be a waist for just $60 not smart but it happened) A week later I get banging on my door the police bust in my house arrested me because those b****** lied on me n said I AGGRAVATED ASSULTED THEM WITH A GUN So I ended up in a holding facility jail BECAUSE THEY LIED ON ME !!!! AND AFTER THE DETECTIVE QUESTIONED ME N THEY WENT FOR CAMERA FOOTAGE THAT CLEARLY SHOWED I HAD A BABY WITH ME NOT A GUN THEY LET ME GO THE SAME DAY THEN I GET A CALL SAYING THEY DROPPING THE CHARGE ( because they know they lied) AND FOR ME NOT TO EVER COME BACK !!! BoYYY BYEEE Lol I will get the last laugh u can’t lie and file a false report a FELONY REPORT against someone AND get away with it lol ME IN JAIL HAA DO NOT TRUST THEM SAM WITH THE RETARDED SPEECH IMPEDIMENT THE OWNER !!! On 6/7/16 i was supposed to be receiving service for an overheating problem on a 2009 Saturn Vue, from University auto on 8201 Linwood ave. Detroit, MI 48206. My Fiance an I specifically asked the manager to fix the issue that was causing the overheating and he agreed that he would have it done by the end of the business day. We were told it was because the fans were bad and that it was a $245 job, so that is what we paid. Upon picking the car up from the lot, we werent even 20 mins into driving when the vehicle started to overheat again and stall. We paid for a tow which cost $140+ and let the car sit overnight. That very next morning my fiance took the car back and told one of the workers, that they bs us because that was not the problem and it was still overheating, he left the car and caught a cab to work. After getting off work he went to pick the car up and the manager tried arguing with him stating we couldnt deny the work he did, but the work he did was not the cause of the overheating in the first place. We demanded he either fix the real issue or reimburse us for the tow and put that towards fixing the real issue, but he refused. My fiance had to chance the drive all the way out to Romulus, Mi to pick me up from work in an overheating vehicle that we paid to be properly fixed. We ended up getting stranded and had to be towed home and a car to a mechanic shop on 9225 Telegraph Rd in Taylor, MI 48180 called Tel-wick, in which they told us the real problem that was causing the car to overheat was because of the thermostat and a new water pump. I am beyond pissed and feel like this issue needs to be address and we need to either receive proper service or be reimbursed!
