This store will be our go to location from now on thanks to Dante. Had a horrible experience with the so called manager Jake at the Ankeny location who was rude & unwilling to honor the 14 day warranty on a defective phone. Came here & Dante helped us & was very professional, polite & showed he cares.

Manager was rude to his workers and then he didnt even try to help me. Take the extra minutes and drive to an actual T-Mobile store (this is actually a 3rd party T-Mobile store according to another store I went to after how terrible this place was)But I will say, props to the other works that were working hard. The manager should not have been so rude to his employees. I feel sorry for those workers. This place is making tmobile look bad

I came in as a Sprint customer over 10 years looking to buy a phone from T-mobile since im forced to now. My experience in this store was the final proof I needed to switch carriers. Sprints customer service was better; T-mobile does not provide the same level, especially to Sprint customers. Now I have Verizon.

Staff was amazing and very helpful. Would definitely recommend for any person with any issues to go to this location. They are good listeners, and make sure you leave the store smiling. 10/10

An absolutely fantastic experience! Extremely happy I made the switch from Verizon. They were able to lower my bill substantially and get me a free tablet for each of my kids. Ask for Eugene. He is amazing!!

What a joke. I go in asking them to replace my screen protector that cracked and the guy makes some joke asking what thats all about. Then the other guy told me they wouldnt do it because j didnt finance the screen protector and tried to sell me $50 worth of products so I could finance another. Looked online and I should be able to get a free replacement since I have the protection plan! Store is full of losers.

Ill start by saying that Ive had great service experiences at this store before and I enjoy being a T-Mobile customer. However, I recently had a very negative, scammy, shady experience. In January I went in with my partner to add him to my phone line. The sales rep we worked with told us that a Megaboom speaker would be free with our purchase that day. She never mentioned monthly installments, no money down, pay later, nothing. The only word she used was free. Plus, it was completely evident that my partner and I thought it was free from the way we were talking about it: Really? Its free? Do we need another bluetooth speaker? Well, its free so we might as well..etc., I didnt find out until my next bill came around that we were paying for it. Not cool. Just be real and transparent about the situation upfront. If she had told me itd be free that day and $10 monthly installments after, Id have said no thanks. It was deceiving, manipulative and language used to get a commission out of me. By the time I found out that I was paying for the $300 speaker, it was outside of the 14 day return policy. I called and visited the store with no luck at getting it returned despite the misunderstanding I explained (very calmly) and the fact that the speaker was completely unopened, still in its original packaging. I called Customer Support and they said theyd put a note on my account to notify the store to make an exception and allow me to return it outside of the 14 days. When I called the store again, they said there wasnt any note on my account indicating that and there was nothing they could do to return it. Look, Ive worked in retail before. Im not an idiot. Its not that she couldnt return it. She wouldnt return it. I am SO thankful for T-Mobile Customer Support, who provided exceptional service and arranged for me to return my free $300 speaker to their warehouse and I will not be going to this store location anymore.

This T-Mobile has terrible customer service. I was the only person in line and one of the workers was assisting a customer. The other one was having a personal conversation that had nothing to do about cell phones. More about theyre personal life. I already had waited 30 min listening to it wondering when he was going to assist I finally asked if it was going to take long and he said it was, he also gave me some miss information which caused my phone to be disconnected. He told his customer that the other worker was a trainee so thats why he was taking long. It seemed to me that the other worker was doing his job more than the trainer. Terrible customer service I wont ever go there again. Thank god for the 1800 T-Mobile customer service for fixing his mess.

UPDATE: (from 1 star to 5)I contacted customer support for T-Mobile, and they have notified me that one of the black Friday promos were not valid for one of my devices. Frustrated with that news, I called this store and asked what happened to my promo. The manager picked up and help clarify that the promo was indeed added to my device and there is nothing to worry about. He clearly explained the details and reassured me that things are ok. Upon calling customer care again, I found out that they told me the wrong information (nothing new from T-Mobile customer support). Ultimately, this store did everything right and took care of me.It is T-Mobile in general that made things very difficult for me (this is not based just on this call, but ever since day 1 Ive had issues with switching over to this carrier).

An employee who works here named Joan Nava assaulted and stole a hat from a patron of a local gym. I attempted to contact the store in regards to this complaint, but they refused to answer any of my phone calls. This tells me that they are aware and complacent with his actions. I will be contacting the corporate office in order to make further remarks, so that an investigation can be made about the practices that are being employed by this branch office.

About a year ago an employee broke my sim card in half and threw it away because I had it encrypted and about 2 months ago Dias, the manager, pretended he was me, because as an employee of course he knows all of my information, and continuously called into the main tmobile office having my phones turned off. Go south.
