Eric was exceptional in my time of need. Wife and I just had a baby, and her phone stopped working. Although his hands were tied due to the limitations of the store location and their resources, he was more than helpful in guiding me in the right direction and keeping things lighthearted. Choose to use this branch!

The employees here are always happy to help me with any issues I have with my phone or questions I may have. The manager was very accommodating when I had a misunderstanding about my bill. Kyle is one of my favorite associates I have ever dealt with. His service is top notch.As Blanch would say, thank you for being a friend Sprint on Merle Hay.

Once again Heidi was phenomenal she definitely is an asset to Sprint. She definitely knows what she is doing. Added another line zip bang boom. We were done happynand satisfied.

Get your sprint phones inside target on Merle hay road across the street. Better deals and customer service and perks. They even do Verizon and AT&TT. You can use your red card for discounts and target app on top. Plus $200 gift card. Anything you do at carrier store you can do inside Merle hay target store. I try calling that Sprint store and they dont even have a active number to talk to a person says number disconnected.

I gotta love this place the staff is always so friendly and courteous! Especially Eric hes awesome!

I love this cell provider and the Meryl hay location is the best, the three sale people Eric and heidi and Jessica are super nice and help me get in and out with everything I want .and Eric is so knowledgeable I cant help but be impressed.

3rd party sprint store so they cant do everything you may need help with. But they make up for it with the amazing customer service.

This store didnt have all the different selections the bigger store might have but there was no line and i got a good deal. Sprint isnt as bad as i thought it was going to be either... service can be spotty but the unlimited data is the bees knees!

I was misinformed about aspects of my contract and it ended up costing me a lot of money needlessly...and ultimately caused me to switch to US Cellular. If you need customer service, go to the location across the street inside Merle Hay Mall.

The store is good but sprint sucks, like all the carriers ...nickle and diming bastards, why cant it just be easy.

This is a 3rd party store. Make sure you go to the actual sprint store. Are sprint experience with bills is terrible.
