The clerk was very helpful and made sure I had the right cell phone charging cable. The prices were not marked on the accessories and I felt like he may have steered me toward buying the more expensive product. High quality but expensive.

Excellent people and service.I saw this rude lady complaining about a $25 activation fee here and the manager was too patient with her. I would have called the cops since she was being so rude.Some people are just too cheap. Lol they expect everything free.....This location is great. And the people who works here is very respecful

Very nice service I didnt buy anything but I found out you can buy any replacement phone other than the latest ones but they told me they gave me a deal on even one that just came out on the market but I they told me my 7 Edge Galaxy is still good is still considered as a world phone so they told me dont worry about it and I have Im amazed that my phone is still going strong and I know if I need upgrade I can just go there and get a phone that is open so I can put it on any carrier that I have

All the guys in the store care only care about your money. Everytime I go in, nobody ever wants to help me. They always just give me the number to customer service and walk away from me. I bought a speaker that was not cheap and it broke within one month and there was nothing they could do for me! !

Boost service is horrible. Absolutely cannot get more than one bar anywhere in town. Had four different phones. Cant stream anything at my own house, while my friends with straight talk watch videos all day. Im finally switching to straight talk too. Youll regret buying anything here.

$50 for a $1 BYOP sim card...Speaking Spanish as though I couldnt pick up on the jist of it; changing prices and stories on the fly; Supposedly one phone in stock in the entire location; Following me outside when stated I would be back in after I checked on a couple of things after expressing my distaste for the pricing for the BYOP sim and posing it as a simple need to make a call directly behind me....fml; Found out they charged my sister prices and fees substantially different than what was told to me; and finally neither of the other two locations would answer the phone to verify pricing. Real peach of a place and even better people. Least I got to enjoy the weather and the 5mile trek there and back with a leg.

If you do not want to be swindled, STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN from this store. They discourage customers from going to the online store by falsely claiming that the phones from the Boost Mobile Online store do not come with SIM cards which is a lie. They also signed me up for services I did not ask for which was not apparent even after questioning them several times about it and them claiming that the first month service was free, yet another lie. They do not give refunds either, which should not come as a surprise. My advise to you is stay away from this particular store unless you like being swindled. I called a different store in Des Moines (Merle Hay) and they were straightforward with me about what I was paying for. I suggest you go there instead or better yet just do your business online and save yourself the headache.

BEST service i have ever received at a store

I would give zero Stars if I could the employees were rude and unprofessional while they were attending to me they were more interested in telling stories to each other and watching videos on their phones at one point I asked the employee that was helping me the difference between three different phones and she I said I dont know and turned away and continue to talk to her co-worker after picking a phone the employees were supposed to be getting my phone turned on but were so busy talking to each other that they messed up and had to redo the whole thing which made me have to end up waiting over an hour just to get a phone and get it activated

I have brought every cell phone (7) ive ever had from this store since switching to boost mobile ... but Saturday I went into the cell after looking online at the LG G3 to purchase this phone the phone online is $329.99 in the store and before I could even look around a worker asked me what I was looking for so I told her she brought it out from the back room and I looked at it and I decided to purchase it she ran my credit card thought the machine and then told me it was $466.91 ... I said what its only $330. online she then went on to tell me that the online phone doesnt come with a sim card I asked for my money back and was told there are no refundsI WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE AGAIN !

Instead of helping you with phone issues, they always to sell you a new phone.
