Called many places to price out used and refurbished phones. Not only was my iPhone XR competitively priced but it also looks and feels brand new. There isn’t a scratch on it. I am thoroughly impressed. The guy at the counter was very knowledgeable and explained the warranty which is also awesome. They back their refurbished gear beyond just about anyone else. I will be coming back here for purchases to come.

Wow! Just got my screen replaced in minutes and at the best price in town. In these times of poor service and sky high prices this was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend them to anyone! .

Jumped into a pool with my phone in my pocket, and the guys at KB wireless fixed it! A month later I dropped my phone on the concrete (don’t judge me) and they fixed it again within 30 minutes!! Can’t recommend enough. Super cool guys at the shop. Great option if you’re not trying to spend 1k plus on a new phone!

They would not fix my LG Harmony for $90 because to buy one brand new was 105 with a brand new one does not have all my information at the brand new one is not unlocked didnt they want my money doesnt matter what I can get a brand new one for at another store I wanted my old one and they refuse to do it

Excellent customer service. I went to another repair place earlier in the day and was not happy with the customer service. I left. I went to KB Wireless. Had a good price, but they had to order the part needed for repair. 2 to 5 business days. I have no problem with the wait, but they required that I appear in store during COVID just to get the process started. Refused pre-payment over the phone. Unacceptable.

If you want your phone fixed and fixed quickly, this is the place to go! Price was better than any of the other phone repair shops in town to fix the camera on my S9. I know because I called. Good reliable service and great price.

My iPhone was having connectivity issues with the power cord. I assumed I had messed up the connection by using non Apple power cords. I had tried to clean the connection but it didn’t help. I took it to KB and he dug out a big chunk of lint from it. I asked if I owed him anything for that as it would have been worth a small fee to now have it working again but he just said no, have a nice day. I really appreciate good customer service and will keep them in mind for the future and will also recommend them to my friends.

They helped me with a Sim card, for free. Tried a used Iphone but I didnt like it so I got my money back. At least they are honest, if you have a broken cell phone they fix them. Worth stopping by in my opinion.

They are great. They ordered a new screen for my android. I kept it until the new screen came in(only 3 days) and they called me and had it fixed in an hour. Also, I get a 90 day warranty. Woot woot!

I cant give these guys/gals enough stars. I went in to have my charging port replaced, they looked and said they had just ran out and would have the new part soon so he asked to take a look at my phone and was able to clean it thoroughly enough that it functioned perfectly again. They didnt even charge me. I have a toddler who finds amazing ways to break screens and will be going back here for all my repair needs. Thanks again, guys.

I enjoy coming to these guys. I manage a Verizon wireless and when I go in there, those guys are very knowledgeable! The service is quick and they are very welcoming. I have been referring all my customers to them and I hope whomever reads this, will go to them as well!

These guys helped me out of a bind today. The USB port on my phone wasnt working and I expected it would take a few days to fix. I dropped the phone off before lunch and it was ready about two hours later. Works great! Highly recommend!

The owner is very nice, responsive and honest. They did water treatment for my phone and found it was completely dead, they didnt charge me a penny. I saw a lot of happy customers in the store. Obviously they have very good business.

They can fix almost everything. Ive had my iPhone ran over by a car and was bent in half and they STILL FIXED IT. Pretty incredible work for pretty cheap compared to trying to go to the apple store (ugh) and theyre all super nice. If its not complety fixed or they cant fix they wont make you pay or theyll see what else they can do.

These are great people here. They put up with my phones issues. They enjoyed me conversing with them too.

I bought an iPad from KB wireless and I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful their staff was! I wanted a used iPad for my kids but didnt want to buy a new ipad and didnt want to go through the hassle of buying used online. They were very responsive before and after my purchase. UpdateI had to visit a couple of more times for other fixes. Again these guys were awesome. I needed an adaptor for a microsim card for an older phone and they fixed it for free and made sure it worked!Excellent support by Franklin and Richard. If you have an international phone and Verizon says their service will not work on your phone, go to KB wireless. They tested my phone and got me a number in 5 minutes.

Really good service and super cheap fixed my phone in less than an hour

I traded a Nokia Lumia 1020 for a used Moto X (1st generation) from KB Wireless a few months ago. They had 3 different ones and kept trying to get me to buy one of the 2 in worse condition from the 3rd; she said she had trouble getting the one in good condition to charge. After an hour of hanging around the store waiting, she finally gave me the phone with about a 30% charge on it, so it sure didnt seem to have any issues charging. I got the phone home and began using it and then suddenly I was no longer able to get data to work. I contacted AT&T and the chat rep was able to get it working again. I ended up trading it to Wireless Exchange after a bit due to not liking the small size. They contacted me shortly thereafter asking if I was aware that the phone had been reported stolen! I contacted AT&T and asked them about it and they told me that the reason my phone had quit working shortly after I had switched to it was because it was reported as stolen and that the rep I spoke to via chat shouldnt have turned it on for me.I will NEVER deal with KB Wireless in ANY capacity again. I should have known when they didnt even ask to see my ID when I traded in my Nokia that something must be up. If you deal with Wireless Exchange, youll notice that they do their due diligence to make sure that they arent dealing in stolen merchandise.Shame on you KB Wireless.

We Fix it Cellular Repair fixed my iphone while ago, there is nothing wrong with it. However, i would like to try KB since my whole family recommends KB wireless for phone repair. My kids dropped my iphone 5 from table top, the screen was shattered. I Luckily the lcd is fine, i just have to pay for the new glass. KB wireless fix iphone 5 right away. Love it!
