LOVE Monique! She was very accommodating and pleasant, but most of all she can read the audience. My son and daughter in law took me to get a new phone - my previous phone was not working correctly. I had to make three trips to the store (long story - I needed help), she always made me feel welcome and that she was happy to help me. She was the perfect mix of professional and fun!!

None of their employees (there’s only three so it’s always very slow) on are on the same page. I went in once and I was going to get a trade in value for my phone at $450 but I had to transfer my service. Came in to get my phone after I transferred, they said trade in value was $500 but only if I got the screen fixed. Got the screen fixed, came in today…now only offering a $100 trade in value…

I had an unusual and extremely difficult technical issue when transferring my number to a new Verizon account. Verizon support was good overall, but it was a frustrating process. Cody at this Verizon store invested a lot of time and commitment to get my phone working. He and the manager both helped me feel like a solution was possible and that Id be taken care of. They were professional and determined, and Im so glad we got the job done.

Absolutely terrible customer service. As much as I pay for my monthly bill the manager could at else look at me when he responses to my problems. Told me when my spouse gets on the phone to let them know. I did just that and they wouldnt even speak to him on the phone. Didnt disclose in the texts about curbside pickup for my new phone I needed his credit card and id. If I would of knew that Id of had him drive down there and not myself. Drove 20 mins to the store now driving another 20 back just to go back again..The customer service alone was enough to make me never want to step foot in the store again. I dont want to give my buisness to people who dont seem to give a hell about their customers. I can not go on enough about the awful customer service and feeling of disrespect from the store manager. I would much rather drive out of my way then deal with the staff there again. I personally work in customer service and would never blantly look the other way when a customer is speaking to me. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. Been a customer of Verizon for 15 years. So disappointed.

Poor customer service!!!! They don’t offer you the promos that are on your personal account for customers. Bought an Apple Watch here on Friday, and then returned it on Sunday due to the salesman not offering any promos. I was advised by another Verizon store to let them know that the salesman didn’t do his job so we wouldn’t have to pay the restocking fee. The manager refused and said he would talk to the salesman about it but we were told about the restocking fee. It doesn’t matter to them if the salesman doesn’t do his job and offer the customer the promos Verizon gives them. As long as they get their money is all they care about. I will never set foot in this store again. Pretty sad that a corporate store can’t offer you corporate discounts that your eligible for, but a self owned store can!

My Uncle is a lifelong customer of Verizon I had always been with TMobile...I joined their plan to get it cheaper and went in the SE 14th store to trade in our phones that were paid off...the CSR was Jason or something and he acted like he didnt want to answer any questions we had and was so sarcastic when we asked questions. We asked if we could look at a phone and he said IF we have them but you cannot touch them...we didnt ask to touch anything but we arent gonna purchase a 1k phone and not see it...I could not believe his attitude towards us as we are both over 55 my Uncle is disabled. I will never in my life be back to that store...the Manager was very unprofessional and ordered us out of the store not even asking whats wrong...we went to WDM store and the young man who helped us was a sweetheart...I dont know his name but he sure turned a really bad experience into a good one. The manners they displayed at SE 14th and the way the Manager was dressed was unbelievable...I just hope no one else our age has to deal with that.

Just wow! Verizon on East 14th wont let you in to buy a phone. But they will let someone pay a bill. We were told that this is the only location for Corporate accounts. So what to do? I even asked for a business card and they said they dont have any. My company has had a corporate account for a very long time. We were there to purchase two new phones. The guys were rude and was even rude to the other customers that were there. With looking at the reviews sounds like this location has lots of problems.

I went to the location on SE 14TH at 415 pm to see if they could look at my phone. I could not get it to call text or do anthing.. The young man said they were booked solid until 500pm and there is nothing he could do... Go to another location and see if they could help. He was not understanding I could nothing on my phone... I could not call another location.. He was rude and not compassionate at all.. I left very dis satisfied and will hopefully find a different carrier who cares for their customers.

My girlfriend and I both stopped in to upgrade our phones on separate plans. We were greeted immediately by Morgen and he added us both to the wait list. After a very short wait, Morgen was the sales representative to assist us. He quickly helped my girlfriend through the upgrade process and transaction, during which he also politely helped another customer who had questions. Morgen was able to upgrade my phone and process my transaction shortly thereafter. Our entire visit took less than 45 minutes and was seamless and enjoyable. Morgen was truly helpful, thorough and without a doubt enhanced our experience. Kudos to him and the store’s management for prioritizing experiences over sales!

Hours a limited due to COVID 19. Which is not anyone’s fault. But I did a phone pick up at this store. They closed at 4. I knew it was going to be close getting there by then, but I made it just before 4. They were closed. I drove an hour and 15 minutes round trip to get to the store, only to find they closed early. I tried to call and ask if they were in fact going to be open and to let them know I would be there to pick up the phone. But they have it set to say no one can come to the phone and the only option is to go to Verizon Customer service. Thanks for the wasted time and gas. Glad you guys got to take off early on a Friday and can’t answer your phone. 🙄

We waited about 45 minutes before leaving to another Verizon store. In the entire time we were there, we were never given an estimated time to be served or even checked up on while customers that have come in after us got served almost right away. We feel like we were neglected perhaps because we look young as the other customers who came in after us were older. We do not recommend this store to anyone and hopefully the managers can fix and address their employees.

The people were friendly, but Im tired of Verizon nickel-and-diming everything. I had switched to Sprint, went back to Verizon, now Im wondering if I should explore other options. With Verizon, nothing is explained clearly, they give you an offer, then they tell you its going to be prorated, could take months to apply. I just want to know what my bill is going to be every month without confusion.

Actual store staff were ok but were not able to help fix any issue, After an about hour in store trying to resolve an issue from online support, and being told by customer support to go to store, from night before they closed store @ 5:00 and told me to call myself customer cuz they had to close immediately at 5:00 rather fix or help fix issue. Spent another 1.5hr + over next day to try to get issue resolved will not honor quoted deal on phones and wont look at my screen shots of conversation and say they can not find the chat conversation in their system. Asked for next level supervisor and now they say Now have to wait 24-48 hrs for a supervisor to call now. All over them not fullfilling order as quoted and described by their customer support. Keep saying nothing they can do and keep trying to upsell and have me add 2 new lines rather than just resolve and adjust the issue and error they made. Will c if they actually call me or not. Glad to see this is how they treat 16+ year customers.

This store has very poor customer service and very long wait times for assistance. When we said they should have more staff the manager became extremely rude and said he was going to go even slower if we made another comment. Others in the store were expressing similar frustrations and several walked out. This is fairly consistent at this location. Its worth the drive to the mall where the value their customers and respect your time.

We came in needing used device setup on our account. They were extremely busy, and it was 15 minutes before closing time.The staff was friendly when they greeted us, they were courteous and professional, and they even stayed open long enough to help all of the customers who were in line.This was the best experience Ive had at a mobile carrier location.

Absolutely awesome experience. I bought a tablet on Amazon and wanted it added to my unlimited plan; Sam knew exactly what to do. She gave me a free SIM card, activated the tablet, literally shined it up, and sent me back out the door. It took less than 5 minutes.

Over 2 hour wait. Customer INTEREST is non-existent. Good product knowledge. Poor time management. The wait is ABSURD, they need to staff the evenings and weekends more appropriately. Id rather have a mammogram than need to go INTO this location. To be fair MOST locations are this way.

Guy was rude and acted annoyed the entire time we spoke. Im guessing because I wasnt buying a new phone and was only looking at changing plans so perhaps not a commission for him? In any case I walked out because I dont see a reason to be rude or short or snotty with a customer of nearly 20 years. He didnt seem to care.

Saw the recent reviews on this store just before heading over there today and was concerned that I might be in for a bad customer service experience. Not at all! Though the place was very busy all of the staff were working hard to help the customers. I didnt have to wait long, everyone was courteous, and they helped me with my tech problem. Great job!

Came into the store and was ignored while two employees helped other customers. Waited for about 15 minutes when a third employee entered the lobby and recorded three customers in before me, that came in much later. Ended up waiting another 10 minutes before I even got into the system. Then after another 25 minute wait behind all the customers that came in after me, I was offered assistance.If you are going to use this wait system why do you not ask who was waiting the longest before plunging customers into the system.Huge waste of time.The lady that did help me was wonderful and did a great job.

Been here multiple times. Very disappointed and long waits. The customer interaction today was terrible. Never asked me what color of new phone I wanted. I examined the bill and a bunch of hidden stuff I didnt ask for, like insurance and a case. More interested in upselling and changing for extras than actually helping you.

It was a great visit today because I got some puzzling questions answered so I could understand & fix the problem my self but I also had real good help in solving some questions & he showed me how he did it at the same time so I can do it next time when I need to & he also hooked me up with the tech couch app. for acouple extra dollars a month so these people can answer my questions 24/7 texting or calling them & a one on one conversation to get a problem solved. So Im good for the day & months ahead now. THX Verizon !

Very poor customer service and lack of knowledge by the same employee on 2 separate occasions. The first occasion is when I bought my new phone. She claimed there would be a prompt later on to transfer data and contacts over to my new phone but in reality when she was setting my phone up she simply skipped over the prompt. On the second occasion I came into the store with the glass protector on the back of my camera broken. She said to just mail it in to the insurance company and pay a small dectuctable. After that I asked her what she estimated the decuctable to be and she said around $200. Not so small if you ask me. So I ended up seeking a second opinion at a repair shop down the street who fixed it for $30 in 30 minutes without me having to use my insurance. The location may be convenient but steer clear of that lady!

I agree-very lazy employees. Went in to replace a screen protector, they served someone first that came after me, made me wait for 10-15 mins before telling me that I need to contact the Zagg Co to get it replaced! Instead of wasting my time, should have told me from the beginning. They just make you jump through hoops even though you pay $300+/mo for lousy service. So not cool VZ!
