This is my favorite place for vehicle repair and maintenance in Des Moines. The staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. Services are reasonably priced, and Im saying that as someone who has had everything done here from a simple oil change to an entire engine replacement! If you need anything done with your vehicle, check here first!

I was visiting Des Moines for the weekend and was leaving town and ended up getting a flat after a blizzard and I needed up right across the street from this place. Talk about fate. They were really professional and got the job done and Im very pleased thanks United Fleet. I definitely recommend to go see them

They left my car unlocked for a week in their parking lot and didnt work on my vehicle at all, EVERYTHING I had in the car was stolen. $250 worth of electronics I have to replace.

Ive used this shop for all my vehicles. Ive only had a couple small issues with them over the years but nothing to worry over. Yesterday I had my truck towed to them to check if the alternator was my problem...they said they couldnt get to it yesterday but itd be the first vehicle this morning. I called at 1pm and he said they were down a technician but he was almost done with a vehicle and itd be next. Its 3:30 in the afternoon and still no calls to let me know theyve checked it out. Apparently my money isnt as good to them as anyone elses. Not good business practice to keep lying to your customers or not keeping them in the loop either. I rely on my vehicle for work...Im losing money over this.
