I stopped at this place to get brake job done on my car. Mechanic/owner at this place is very knowledgable. Helped me to pick right options available with reasonable labor charges.

This is the worst place ever, period! I brought my boyfriends car here recently after perviously getting work done on my old car trusting that he would do a good job. I requested a quote over the phone for the labor for replacing routers and brake pads for all four side of the vehicle. Turns out the only nice thing he did was a free brake inspection and letting us know we only needed the pads replaced, yay! As we return to come pick up the car and pay it turns out that he still wants us to pay the price he quoted for work that wasnt done on the car at all. He alters the receipt crossing out certain lines with sharpie and stating that he added extra people to the job so it got done sooner than the time promised. My issue was there was no communication to let us know about the work being done also charging us 3 hours of work when you only put in 1 and a half hours. They barley speak English here so good luck trying to argue with them. I ended up paying and I will never return there again, these people just want your money and theyre very unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone thinking about getting their car fixed for any reason.

If you don’t speak Spanish,don’t come here. It took me almost 4 hours for oil change. There’s a lady who spoke Spanish came after me 1 hour but she left earlier than me 30 mins. Worst service ever had. Be mindful guys!

Luis at Advanced Auto Repair is an excellent mechanic! He is also honest and trustworthy. Advanced Auto Repair not only offers fair/affordable prices but also provides great and timely service. It’s unlike my experiences with slimy and shady auto dealerships and other mechanic shops where they try to upsell you on services that you don’t need with lousy service. I’m sending Advanced Auto Repair my personal vehicles as well as company fleet (currently 15 vehicles). I’m confident that they’ll get the job done and not try to rip me off in the process. Wonderful service, Johnny was awesome and was able to fix my car over the weekend so I could work on Monday. I had a P0451 error that they resolved very quickly. I thought the rate was fair and he called me ahead if time with an estimate, which I appreciated. Thank you to the whole crew, I will be coming back if my car needs more work in the future!
