The sales person that helped us was amazing! She was full of knowledge and had great recommendations!! The store was clean and a great environment.

Unfortunately, I was ignored for the first 10 minutes and customers who arrived after me were approached and helped immediately, before I was. I was getting ready to leave, but then a very nice salesperson came over and proceeded to provide excellent assistance. Ill add that the gal who rang up my purchases was also very friendly and helpful. Its a nice, well-lit clean store. Id have given 5 stars had I been helped from the jump, like all of the other customers were.

My appointment today was cancelled which is fine the hairstylist had food poisoning. I work too so I understand things happen. However, when I was approached by the manager she stated your appointment was cancelled I left a voicemail to which I replied I didnt get a voice-mail but I dont care. She cut me off and repeated that she absolutely left a voice mail she was very aggressive and did not apologize for the inconvenienc, I thought managers were trained to diffuse situations? I left without rescheduling my appt with the stylist due to her poor customer service skills. Please do more training with your managers before promoting them. This interaction was very disappointing and will be taking my business else where. Im very sorry to the hairstylist and hope she feels better.

I was hopeless, I think i found the hairstylist, today was my first time. I am usually sceptical to have my hair done at such big corporate places, however due to my work schedule I couldnt go to my regular place. Well, receptionist at Ulta salon is been really nice, and observed schedule for my time, suggested specialist for blonde hair( has mentioned - she is the best for blonde). Oh yes, her name is Shay ( I am sorry if I spelled her name wrong..) she is definitely is - I have realized after I have seen my hair outside in daylight. My hair stylist did not care much for my color shade the way I want it. I am customer forever now :) !!! Thank you Shay!

What’s the point of offering curbside pick up if I have to wait outside for over 30 minutes while no one answers the phone? I could clearly see workers standing around idle while I’m calling non stop and have been checked in for nearly an hour. Extremely disgusting customer service experience.

Erica was amazing! She is so sweet and new her products. She helped me choose a good shampoo and conditioner for my hair. Erica also helped me with choosing a new makeup routine. I will definitely be back. She is amazing.

They didnt have the appropriate staffing to be able to ask questions to while browsing. Only 2 clerk working check out, even though there was a line of 4-5 customers. Also didnt have a Clinique moisturizer in stock, which is a staple in my opinion.

Full of glamour and glitz, Ulta has your body and beauty products on lockdown. You can get pretty much anything you need to stay gorgeous or youll find something even better! The staff is helpful and the displays are usually stocked, unless you want something popular (be there when they open, get the best selection!). Overall, this location is spot-on for anything you need, stocked for your full body hygiene purposes, with customer service that cant be beat. Good job, Ill be back!

Listen shay is magical is everyday. She’s knowledgeable, personable, and talented. She’s an elite stylist so a little more pricey but 1000000 worth it. Everytime she does my hair it’s probably the most compliments I have received in my life, until the next time she does it. I listen to her teach and guide other stylist but also no over bearing. She’s just simply the best if you want the dopest hair you have ever had go see shay.

Made an appointment for 3pm Sunday with Jackie - I told whoever on the phone I would not be able to receive a confirmation text, my phone doesn’t accept automated texts. Whoever on the phone told me that was good to know, confirmed my time and my stylist and that was that. Show up Sunday at 3 - “hi! Appointment for Megan?” Uhhh.....no, not Megan. But Megan is right behind me so “looks like we’re going to have reschedule. Are you available tomorrow?” No, I made the appointment Sunday because I was available Sunday, not Monday. SECOND TIME this has happened at ulta - first time at this location but second time in total so my business will definitely be going elsewhere. Absolutely zero suggestion or attempt for resolution either time, incompetent staff, and overall waste of time. Stopped everything I was doing that day for this appointment and for literally no reason.

This store will always be be my favorite! The staff, the facilities, and products are five star every visit. I cant rave enough about this location!

CARLEY IS AMAZING!! I wanted to get the under layer of my hair dyed blue and went to a different salon. They totally messed it up and my hair came out this muddy green. It was terrible.I booked an appointment at Ulta hoping someone could fix it last minute before my 30th birthday next week. I got assigned Carley who squeaked me into her schedule. Wow am I glad!!! My hair is vibrant aqua/electric blue and I LOVE IT!!! Carley totally saved the day and its no joke when vivid fashion colors are involved. I dont want anyone else touching my hair when it comes to color. She. Is. Amazing! So talented and incredibly kind and personable.If you need your vivids done, not only will Carley do an incredible job, but Im pretty sure shes a miracle woman! You wont regret it! She knows what shes doing!

Pretty friendly staff, though they seemed a little more interested in moving the line than customer service at times... also fast service when I needed help picking things out for my friend, but it seemed like the beauty advisor just spun around and picked up the first thing that matched my description. Good store though, people were friendly and you can usually find what youre looking for within 5 minutes.

I saw this beauty shop here in our place, and I was so amazed by all the beauty products and cosmetics that they had. The staff was so accommodating and knowledgeable. I got my hair cut and “glossed” by Ericka, she is amazing and knows what she is going. Normally, I hate going to the salon because I leave with a style/cut I’m unhappy with, but not this time. I left feeling confident. The store associates are also very friendly - I looked a bit lost while browsing for dry shampoo and was offered help by an associate (who happens to teach a dance class, and had a great recommendation).

Erica in the salon is a master with blondes! She does a nice tight foil and moves quick with the amount of hair I have! She’s fun to sit with and seriously if you have blonde hair you cannot beat her foils, she’s a true professional. I always come out looking great! Thanks Erica!

Stopped by to get a medicated shampoo. Found sale associate rude and very unfriendly . Asked a question about where to find a product . Was given no help except to look in the back of the store. Her personal cell phone was far more important then providing customer service. I did look for what I was looking for. I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere. There competitor was very helpful and actually cared about a customers needs. I will never step foot in this business again and hope management looks into poor customer service. Customers speak with their purchasers obviously Ulta hasnt gotten this message. A very weak showing from a retailer in these hard times. Covid times

Came here for a quick refill of my BarePro liquid foundation and stayed for the mascara. I asked an associate, Rachael, to help me find the right mascara after a little whoopsies with some fake lashes and scissors (😳) and she gave me a couple of options. I proudly left with a new mascara to try. Thanks, Rachael! You are a rockstar! ☺️

This store is so cool! The customer service is very nice. One of their sales manager her name is Barbie is super nice and sweet. Also Claudia she works there she is so cool as well. Honestly everyone that I have encountered are so nice.

The manager is a total sweetheart. I was in there today and had brought up about 10 things to buy and it went to hell when I realized that my card was declining and I was super embarrassed having to pick and choose what to take off and usually the employee working will get somewhat of an attitude or say something rude but she was very nice and made me feel so much better about that extremely embarrassing moment. The staff can make or break a place to me for sure so in this case, I give it 6 stars not 5!! ;)

Love how much you can save in Ulta! There are a lot of products that when you buy one, you take the 2nd 50% off. I found products that I had been looking for in Sephora and didnt find there, so this place was great for me!

Im obsessed with this place. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Maybe a little too helpful even... because I wish they would stop asking me how Im doing, and just let me do my thing. I was there an hour, and got approached by different employees probably 15 times. Literally once every 4-5 minutes. Im finding everything just fine... good God, just let me shop people!

I am not that much into makeup and when I went in, I knew exactly what I was looking for. Someone kindly directed me to where my product was. I was in an out in a perfect amount of time - thank you!

I started getting facials here a few months ago. Laura is fantastic! They also have an awesome loyalty rewards program if you sign up for it. During the holidays they have really great deals, too! Love coming here for makeup, nail stuff and bath stuff. Also in a great shopping center.

Angelina Tigner is a fashion color mastermind, and an absolutely amazing stylist! I have never left her chair feeling anything less than 100% satisfied with the results. She is always excited to work with you to achieve whatever colors you may want, and is just a doll to be around. I HIGHLY recommend her if you’re looking for a new colorist/stylist in your life!

I really like that they offer a wide range of quality and priced cosmetics. The eyebrow bar is a great place to get your brows done but if you get that one older lady thats worked there forever prepare to be there longer. Shes super sweet but takes her time. I have only had one poor experience with an employee and Im just going to chalk it up to a bad day for her. Everyone else is pleasant and happy to help!

I rarely bother with reviews but needed to share my experience. I saw Tj today in the salon for a cut and all over color and he was sooooooo awesome. While making my appointment I pulled up some other reviews and others have raved about him and now I know why. Personable, kind, and LISTENS to what you want. Such a good experience, I will definitely be scheduling all future appointments with him.

I recently made a drastic change in my hair color and it definitely presented challenges. Brooke was phenomenal. She did an amazing job and was so sweet to talk to. I felt like she listened to me and was patient. I myself am a hairstylist but I will definitely be referring many many people straight to her. Absolutely amazing. Thanks girl!

It wasn’t horrible customer service but I feel like the employee who was helping was not doing her best. All I wanted was to exchange a sugar scrub and I was not able to return this used/tester item that I purchased from another store in castle rock. (No i did not realize it was a tester until I got home and was going to wrap it because it was a gift) the reason that she gave me was because it wasn’t in her inventory and they don’t have tester items at this store. I was told that I would have to drive back to castle rock just to exchange one item. Sounds pretty ridiculous to me.

The lady working the register today is very rude...Also I dont appreciate being glared at while Im waiting for curb side ...I called the store twice and got no answer so the curb side is a waste of time....Im not going to shop here if the girls are going to be rude, and you cant get curb side to work. Ive just recently started coming to this location as I have discovered a new love for makeup. I like the way the store is set up, and the employees have been nice and helpful and I dont get a judgy feeling like I get from some makeup store employees. They make you feel welcome. Since I was due for a haircut, I decided to try out the salon in the store. My hair was done by Erica and I am extremely happy with the end result. She took the time to thoroughly go through what I wanted, gave me her honest opinion and suggestions, and got to know my hair. It turned out perfect! I will be back!

I had a color match done by the most amazing make-up artist. He was such a pleasure to work with. The store itself was beautiful, stocked and the staff was super friendly.

I am not a big makeup person, but I went in to this Ulta to purchase makeup for my wedding. The girl who helped me was amazing! I believe her name was Amy. She not only pointed me in the right direction, she looked through my Pinterest wedding makeup board to help me get the exact look that I was wanting! Then she proceeded to show me every step of how to apply it to get the desired effect! I walked out with a full face of beautifully done makeup and everything I needed (including the knowledge of how to do it myself!)

Stylist Erica did an amazing job on the color (high- low lights). I would recommend her to any friends and family. She listened to what I was looking for and took great care to not only match my vision but exceed my expectation.Sincerely,Her newest client for life!

Ive been going to the this location for a little over a year and Ive always had pretty good service. However today I had amazing service. My stylist John was understanding and non-judgmental as I described the problems with my hair. Then he gave me a terrific cut and style and even suggested some products; I couldnt be happier.

Honestly. This is the only Ulta I literally had issues with. Very poor customer service. They will tell you one thing and then do the complete opppsite corporate says should be possible. They just don’t want to do their job or help you. I have other Ultas I can go too and have good customer care from. Don’t recommend unless you want rude employees or poor customer care.

I go here frequently but I get a bad vibe. I am Chicana and I get followed around like they think I am going to steal. Racist much? I actually have money and I spend it there. I love my eyebrow and hair stylist. But due to being followed around so much, I am switching to the one on Mississippi at Ironton. A little less racism if you dont mind. We dont all steal you know.

Yesterday was my first time in a Ulta and it was fun! So many different products that I couldn’t decide what I wanted. I can’t wait to visit again.

Ive always been rather happy getting my haircut at Ulta until this last time. I decided to get my hair done while on vacation. I spent the vast majority of my appointment trying to tell my hair stylist to cut it shorter but she completely ignored me and then proceeded to tell me how to style it even though I constantly told her I couldnt style my hair the way she was doing it. She had a picture to follow and the end result was my hair a good 2-3+ inches LONGER than the picture. Needless to say I walked away extremely unhappy on the verge of tears. I will not be returning to any Ulta to get my hair done any time soon.

Very helpful staff. I went in to find foundation and ended up talking to three different staff members including an esthetician and got basically a free face of makeup. Wonderful deals

I am in here about once a month. The makeup artists are extremely knowledgeable and Id trust any one of them to do my makeup. Ive always had a great checkout experience every single time.

I am absolutely disgusted with this location. One of the managers followed me and my partner around asking us several times if we needed help, if we needed a bag. I felt humiliated because they thought we were shoplifting! Was it my blue hair and black clothing that made me look like a shoplifter? Because I had planned on spending over $300 today but I felt chased out. I will be reporting this store to their HQ HR and will be shopping at Sephora from now on.

So I came in here tonight feeling SO ugly after a long day at work, hoping to buy my regular Lancôme eyebrow pencil, but they were all out of it as well as similar brands in my shade. I was on the verge of having a mini melt down but luckily an associate in a pink jacket; didn’t catch their name; recommended a brow pencil that was only $6 and they had auburn in stock. I was doubtful at first since it was so cheap, but I just tried it and I feel fierce! Thanks so much for the recommendation!

My first time shopping at Utra was a nice experience. They have a variety of items throughout the store and I just love it. I will be back again real soon.

The staff was rude and unprofessional. They seemed more interested in discussing their personal lives with each other than assisting anyone. No surprise the store was messy and disorganized.

ULTA is great, but they have more employees than customers.. and the point of makeup too can be to seem like its natural.. everyone there just keeps piling it on all day long! Great selection though.

Spent 45 minutes wandering around the store looking for the Catrice Dewy Glow setting spray and couldnt find anyone to help me. Eventually I ended up in the front by the checkout counter where I asked the cashier if they carried it and where it would be. When I checked online, they said it was available in store at this location. The girl said they didnt carry it at this location and went back to talking to her coworker. It was a nice store, but I felt a bit overwhelmed by all the product and like I was a bit of a burden to the staff.
