Excellent service, people and prices! I was in Denver last weekend from Texas to visit friends, and found myself at MakeUpMania due to Molbergs for a watch repair. SO many interesting, cool high-quality makeup products and gift items. The owner was also incredibly warm and helpful. Denver should be proud to have business owners like this on its roster. Highly rec for all your general and niche cosmetic needs.

Ava is just the sweetest most helpful person ever! Always greets me with a smiling face and shows me all the new products and deals! I just bought the coolest candle from her for my mother for Christmas. Its a dragon that when you burn it goes down into a dragon skeleton! Shes always got the best stuff and is super knowledgeable. Got some glitter primer, ben bye bronzer. Also got some pretty fun gifts from her for hitting a certain price point! Shes got such great variety!

Stopped here with my spouse to look at the Ben Nye products that are hard to find in other locations, the lady who greeted us was rude and she made us uncomfortable to the point where we just left and rather try our luck online than to deal with her. My HG foundation is from here! Its Mehron OS6, and it matches my skin perfectly, looks great in photos, and doesnt make me break out.MAC NW20 and NC20 made my skin look dull and clogged my pores. Mehron is half the price and infinitely better!Oh, and they also carry William Tuttle foundation, which I cant find anywhere and have always wanted to try. So much to look forward to! Did I say I absolutely love this place?

Such friendly people! They have the more high end and camera ready makeup including fx. On yelp, it says they have colored contacts, but they had no idea about that and gave me plenty of recommendations for other shops that might! Extremely helpful, I WILL be back!!!

I discovered this wonderful shop while trying to find a store in Denver that sold Ben Nye products and I have recently moved to Chicago. I found out that MUM has online ordering and I could not be more thrilled! I bought my favorite banana powder and my order arrived in Chicago TWO DAYS after I placed it, which is unheard of with Chicagos slow post. And shipping was only $3! Thank you for the wonderful customer service, Im a customer for life!

No product delivered for 3 weeks, when I called, they said the order must have gotten lost, and would resend. 2 weeks after, still no product. Called and talked to a person who said the first order was not sent and apologized but wasnt sure where second order was. I still have not received the product. Will NEVER order again!

Holy makeup, Batman... this place is legit. So I really needed this one particular palatte for a costume I’m doing for Halloween, and Im partial to Mehron’s product line when I beat my face. Amazon couldnt come through for me this time, and I emailed a few places around town to ask if they had it in stock and could hold one aside for me. MakeUpMania was the only one to respond, and they said they had it and were holding one aside. After work, I headed over. I also needed some other miscellaneous things for myself and for my husband and my roommate, so I loaded up. Eva is a total delight! What a sweetheart. They have a points system, which is cool. Thanks for staying open during the snow storm before Halloween, Eva... you da bomb. Ill come back.

I had a great experience purchasing some new make up at this adorable in sparkle and pink specialty store!!!! The sales associate Colleen was cheerful and well informed. She obviously loved what she was doing. They had lots of products that were new to me at great prices. I love and use them all. Try the Gerda Spillman foundation my fave item. Picking eye shadows were so fun making my own palette. They shipped me the one product they were out of stock in very quickly. I will continue to shop online with them as well!!!

Went to makeup mania and Eva helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She was so personable, knowledgable, helpful and had incredible customer service. She answered all my (loads of) questions, and even made sure we got added to the rewards program because we were so close to a reward and were new customers! Makeup Mania has made me a customer for life after my experience. :)

This is another hidden Denver gem. They have a huge selection of makeup, amazing false lashes, kits that have anything youd need to create a certain look (like sugar skull, zombie, etc.) for reasonable prices. If youre into makeup, dont miss out on this place.

MUM employees are seriously some of the greatest when it comes to customer service...i havent even gotten my order yet but i have to give them a shout out. My order is stuck in USPS purgatory (not MUM fault) and they have done research, called usps, updated me...and then offered to overnight something else to make sure my daughter had something to open on Christmas. Also they said they had pulled tons of product to choose from. And put a daily reminder to check the tracking number. All while being gracious and patient. Great customer service!!

Product is really nice this is not the frst time i order to them. and i always receive my package not on time and now i order since july 12.. and until now nothing process in my order if i didnt follow up no one will email me.. i hope next time this will not happen again if i order..

Makeup Manis is absolutely incredibly. Meg suggested I try a Ben Nye foundation line there and although they are in Denver, and I am in New Hampshire, I will never buy another brand of makeup again. Her customer service was incredible and she really took the time to find the perfect match for me. I get Ben Nye along with other products shipped to me every month!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS AND WONT GIVE YOU A TRACKING NUMBER and if they do IT WONT BE ON TIME. if your a female who likes to get the makeup you pay for with your hard earned money SUCH AS MYSELF THEN THINK TWICE and just go to another supplier ! Why would I want to order twice when Im thinking they are scamming me ... I cant even receive a tracking number ?

Great collections of products.

I have been trying to contact the store for almost a week, as I needed to adjust an order. My phone calls are not returned and gmail cannot deliver the email I sent. The live chat feature isnt working either. I really wish I could get someone to return my call.
