Bought a bottle of 20 volume developer and didn’t realize until i got home that the cashier never rung me up for it and since they haven’t updated their new hours on google, it’s impossible to know what time they actually close. Had this whole day planned to do my hair, no one’s answering the phone at the store because like I said, they haven’t updated their new hours. Get your sh*t together. Not the first time I’ve ran into this problem and you would have thought they’d fix it by now

Walked a mile to get there and the store has permanently closed down. Although Google still lists regular business hours. Dont waste youre time going to this location, its no longer in existence

Love this spot! I’ve been a bunch of times and the workers are unbelievably friendly, warm and helpful. The store is small but has lots of great products!

The manager of this store is extremely knowledgeable and hard working. As I was in the store, she helped at least 5 people find exactly what they needed in no time and seemed to please every customer that she came in contact with. I’ve been to many Sally’s and have never had a nice conversation while checking out like I did with her. Kudos to this store manager!

Horrible service. They pretty much told me that I shouldn’t buy the products I was looking for (I just wanted to help my hair grow), repeatedly talked (yelled) AT me instead of have a conversation, didn’t wear masks.Extremely rude and not helpful.

I find the products I want quickly, or I ask an employee. The store is small and not too crowded when I shop there. The products are usually for women and maybe Hair stylists. They have Hair products and some makeup supplies. When I get a ride to this store, it is hard to find close parking. But I do like this business.

These ladies are always honest and very helpful!!! They do a great job of trying to satisfy your needs as a customer!! Everyone who works there is very kind! Thank you!!!

I like that it is close by. The customer service is good, But the business philosophy leaves a lot to be desired. Sallys Beauty has the worst return policy i have every encountered. On occasions they are out of a particular product. I go there for hair dye only. I buy all my other beauty products else, because if the item is unsatisfactory i want to be able to return it.

Black haircut necessities! This place is handy. Id rather shop here than wally world any day. Dont pass it up!

Its always clean and the workers are always ready to assist you however the prices are pretty high, you can save money going somewhere else to get the same exact product. If you can catch the holiday items that are on clearance they are priced reasonably.

I love the staff at this location but its small and the selection could be better overall. Really, A+ in the helpful staff though.

I waited in line and asked if she could get some extensions down, then she said that she had to help the people behind me before she could help me. Her friend came into the store during the transaction, and she had her friend behind the counter. She was sayin to her friend who came into the store that another employee had left and she left because she got into a fight with her. She did not have a name tag, I took the name off of the receipt. I had to repeat the zip code to her three times and then repeat the state twice.
