They close when they feel like it. I pulled at 7:10 and they locked the door when I was getting out out my car. They need to update their hours if they close earlier than 7:30!!!!!!

I just left this establishment and never before have I felt so disrespected. Specifically, as I was shopping the cashier rudely told me that they dont carry the brand I was looking for. I let that go and continued to shop, but he became angry when I looked for a drawstring ponytail. WOW apparently it is located in an area for employees only... NOT MARKED AS SUCH, OR SECTIONED OFF. Then, at check out he literally argued with me! Whaaat who does that to their paying customers. I could not wait to leave. He was soo rude. Almost like he hates his customers or something... it felt so awefull! Our community deserves BETTER our $$$ are as good as any. My prayer is that God show him how to treat and serve others. (By the way section off the area dude if you dont want people there) Dont worry I dont expect a response from them 0 class.

This store is horrible and they need to train their employees in good customer service. They are more worried about you touching the wigs and hair than actually helping you. I looked at some wigs and she kept trying to take the wig out of my hand even though she handed it to me to look at. When wig buying you want to make sure you get the lace and cap of your preference. Not only that she said “this is human hair” as if I couldn’t afford it. Listen I have bought wigs twice the price and triple the quality so that was a huge red flag for me. The wig was $150 and it looked like it was blended at best. Needless to say I left due to her nasty attitude and found much better quality and service at a the beauty supply place across the street.

Now I have had horrible service at Wigs Beauty Supply and NEVER returned. I found B&B Beauty Supply and I only shop here now. These ladies are ALWAYS friendly, welcoming, and they will ask you where you have been if you havent been in for a minute. Very warm place to shop, see you soon.

The customer service is horrible!!! They are so rude & they don’t know how to talk to people. I will never shop here again! Customers are the reason that these people are in business & they don’t value the customers. This is not a place anyone should patronize because they truly have no respect! Very Very Horrible Customer service rude and don’t let you shop in peace

First of all I googled the store to see what time they closed which is states at 7:30. I get to the store and it is 715 on their door it’s states that they close at 7:20. I call In To tell them that I made it there before the time of their closing time. The lady tells me that the registers are closed as she is helping someone out at the register, then proceeds to hang up in my face. They will not be getting my service anymore!!!!!!!

The workers if that can be said, stay at the front and arent helpful in any way other than to watch you on video camera. I had a question for my daughter who was shopping about a product I hadnt seen before and the 2 guys started talking Korean and laughing. If you are going to serve a community, good business would be to practice emotional intelligence and not be disrespectful of the community.

The ladies are nice but no one really wants to help you pick out wigs or when it comes to buying hair. They arent that helpful. And they are over priced.

I love doing business there because it clise to home, but everytime I go in there they watch me ad if I am going to steal something I just dont like to be a suspect when I go in there. When they opened the Black owned beauty supply across the street I would go in there they are so nice ! however there are some things that I like to get from them. The thing that bothers me is they know my face !!! I have been going in there for years and never once have I stolen anything and never will. Tell me thanks for shopping with us !!!!

1 star is being nice. Wish I could give this place -100 stars. Today I visited this store looking for a hair for a fashion show tomorrow. From the moment I walked in I felt uncomfortable. I asked the woman at the counter where I could find the hair and she pointed and said “over there” I told her I would come back for it while I was still looking at hair products. She then proceeded to ask who it was for and other unnecessary questions. While watching me from her counter like I was acting suspicious or something. I spoke up and said something about not making customers feel pressured or like they are being watched she then got attitude and began to yell and said in case “we steal from her.” Mind you me and my friend are both African Americans. Shortly after I told her to do her job and quit being rude to her customers a man came in also African American trying to exchange his item he bought yesterday for the right item that was $1 she began to yell at him telling him no he has to buy it. Just as I asked he asked why she was being hostile. With that being said DO NOT SUPPORT THESE RACIST PEOPLE OPERATING A STORE THAT 98% OF THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE OF COLOR! Worst experience ever.

Its a quaint beauty supply store BUT the owners need to always be respectful ot ALL customers and not selective customers only. If I hand my money to you in your hand, I expect you to hand my change back to me in my hand not placed on the counter. Your in a multi-cultural neighbor of Blacks and Hispanics which most of your product services those ethnicities that you make your living off of. Get it together our shut down and move out the neighborhood.Til Then ~

Theres a store right next to Walmart across the street thats black owned. And A-1 beauty supply is right off I70 and Colorado.💯💯Twice I came here. Twice I left without buying a thing. Asked a question both men shouted from the counter, never came over. Hair is over priced and some instances packaging doesnt look original. Foh🙄

Their were to ladies at thr counter and whrn I approached they immediately askes cash or card seemed mad that I said card. I also had some tweezers that were loke $4.00 so I asked if she had a 99 cent for the lady slamed the container on the counter took one out and slammed it down she acting rude and unprofessional when I askes for some black rubber bands and she pulled them out. I set my card down and she was talking in their launage I said u know I come here because I can get what I need and usually because you are nice. I said I can go across the street to the black owned hair store and get it their for less. She was like what I dont think so screaming. I picked my card up and said no thank you I am cool. She snached all the hair and every thing off the counter. Screaming fine fine u will be back. I just walked out as I was she was screaming ok have a good day! Rude and unprofessional I will never go back in that store and will tell my friends to go across the street and get their hair products with the black beauty supply where they have great customer service. Terrible service bad attitude = no more of my business or $$$$.
