Pharmacy open until 11pm. Tested positive as an asthmatic. My lung function declined dramatically and I called my dr who needed to fill some emergency prescriptions for me same night.This was the only pharmacy still open. My husband drove the 30 minutes across Denver to get the prescriptions where they informed him they wouldn’t fill them for at least an hour.An hour wait for emergency breathing drugs while my husband was the only one standing there … no one else waiting ….Could this be worse? No help, no concern, no care, no customer service. Garbage pharmacy with garbage staff.Over an hour to fill a prescription at 9:15pm on a Wednesday? Really?

Pharmacist confirmed they had stock for a particular medication twice on the phone. Had my prescription transferred there, called to see why it had been delayed, and was informed that theyve never stocked that dosage. Cant have it transferred again, so Im out of luck entirely because of this pharmacys incompetence.

I would have given them 0 stars if I could.Walgreens has the worlds worst phone app. They keep loosing my refill requests and dont follow up when there is a problem.Their app does not provide status of prescription orders I guess thats because they get lost in the matrix.People are nice in the the store but there is constant turn over because of pay and working conditions.

Pharmacy staff are rude. I went to get a flu shot and the woman who helped me aggressively told me I needed to print out the forms I filled out online even though the email clearly stated that if you made your appointment with an account you could complete your forms online. Staff dont care about customers or their own companys policies. I can understand being understaffed and overworked but that is no excuse for rudeness.

Good choice of beauty products, drugs and much more. The store is conveniently located in Mississippi Avenue. Sales team are attentive and are ready to help. The store was not crowded (I visited on weekday, not sure about other days). This is good outlet for a quick shopping.

The pharmacist Corey is extremely unprofessional! He has changed our prescription refill quantity without permission from our doctor and when questioned about it gets extremely loud, talking over anything being said. Our insurance even confirmed that the prescription was changed on the pharmacy end after the correct prescription was originally filled.Our most recent visit again ended Corey yelling at me over the phone when I called to ask, “why the prescription I called in wasn’t filled, yet a similar one under another number was?” We still had one refill remaining on our current prescription but he chose not to fill it and put the new one on hold. The other pharmacy technicians understood my concern and agreed with my question but not the man in charge, he yells and belittles people. I have to wonder if he’d react the same way in a face to face conversation but I know the answer is “yes” he did something similar to my husband back in November.Our insurance might be paying for our prescription but I’m taking my business elsewhere! Corey doesn’t deserve his job!

Good luck if you are trying to get an answer over the phone. The automated service is worse than worthless as it doesnt provide any information I need nor any option to talk to an actual person. After asking literally 3 cycles of questions about how I want to talk to a representative and why I need to talk to a representative I then was put on hold for nearly 20 minutes. I was thrilled when the hold music ended and the phone began to ring as I figured I was then transferred to be the next person to talk to an actual employee. The phone rang...and rang...and rang. I started counting rings after 2 minutes of ringing and I got to over 30 rings when abruptly the call just hung up. Literally and unequivocally a waste of my time. I cant give a review of the manager or employees of this location because I never was given the privilege to actually speak to them over the phone.

I’ve been using this location most of my adult life. I really appreciated when the pharmacy was still 24/7, but getting otc is still possible on x-mas so that rocks. This locations manager is extremely friendly, above & beyond in his work! I think his name is Gene, & he deserves a raise. I also love this pharmacy staff! They are friendly & knowledgeable. The pharmacy has to be one of the busiest in the city, they still treat me right & get things done in reasonable time frames. However, today is Nov. 8, 2020 & I was stunned to find the whole location closed. Not just the pharmacy on lunch, but the whole store. It appears to still be closed 5 hours later. “Until further notice” was on the door. I’m extremely thankful I didn’t drop off my script last night bc they wouldn’t be open today to pick it up as I nearly did. I hope all is well, bc I rely on this fine location for all I’m autoimmune discomforts. The end

TERRIBLE PHARMACY SERIViCE!. Stay away if you dont want to be insulted. I attempted to fill a prescription and was met by an abrasive and abusive pharmacist. My family and I have been customers of this store since it was built +20 years ago- well never shop there again. My doctor prescribed a medication in which she had written please fill 90 day supply as vacation over ride if needed. This prescription was previously filled about 7 weeks ago and indeed there were some of it still remaining, yet we are leaving for approximately +90 day trip. Given the extended time on the medication, its not uncommon for a pharmacist to give it extra review. However this Walgreens employee went into orbit... essentially calling me some kind of drug abuser for requesting the extended time, calling out my doctor for not seeing me in person to write the perception - she had tested positive for COVID a few days earlier and was temporarily only doing tele- appointments. He threw the prescription back at me saying he wouldnt fill it. And this is AFTER the fact that they notified my doctor that everything was all set. Fortunately another pharmacy was happy to do it. Last week Amazon announced they will start filing prescriptions, and Walgreens stock tanked on the news... this pharmacist at 1111 S. Colo Blvd, Denver will help with Walgreens demise.

I dont know its worse their customer service in person or on the phone no matter what time of day I seem to call Im on hold for over 20 to 45 minutes get disconnected all the time when I do finally get someone on the phone they cant seem to do their job properly nor help in any way whatsoever in addition to that... Have had on multiple occasions with this location them refused to fill prescribed medications without giving any explanation while Ive even had my prescriber tell me not to use not only this location but Walgreens as a whole Ive had no problems with any other locations other than this Mississippi and Colorado location have been using this company for years nothing but good things about other locations this one management and the telephone customer service is terrible in person customer service is even worse

Do not stop at this Walgreens if you plan on putting cash on your PayPal card through the app. PayPal reload limit is $1,500 per day however Walgreens will only let you load 500 per day and on top of that they require an ID to load anything. When your wallet has been stolen and you have to wait two months for a replacement they refuse to help you. I will also be contacting PayPal

I had to wait over an hour and a half for my prescription (which I waited in store for). I completely understand pharmacies being backed up and behind. Yet, the ladies working, were not friendly at all and came off as rude and as if they don’t want my business. I’m so disappointed since this location is very close to my house, yet the bad experience has forced me to drive to a different location. This location has the best staff of all the Walgreens in the area. I used to go to the Walgreens on Colorado and Alameda. But this location is much better. The staff is happy and upbeat and seem to really care about their customers. Especially Tamara the beauty Consultant. She really turned around a bad day. Thank you Tamara!

Had a minor asthma attack and saw they had primatine mist inhalers which help me a lot.online said7-9 in stock. At 5 am I walked there having a tough time breathing. And they were out. The manager said the stick gun said there was 6. Instead of looking in the back all he said. I dont like they put them out. People steal them and there might be more on a truck later

A 24 hr Walgreens that has no restroom for customers from 10pm - 7am. Is it that hard to accommodate a customer that needs to use the restroom without putting a rediculous restriction on restroom use.If your can’t be bothered to have your restroom open for customers from 10pm -7am I would expect that this location wouldn’t be worth wasting your time going to past 10pm or before 7am. Sounds like this Walgreens being 24-7 is a waste of everyone’s time. I would avoid this location!

Been on hold for the pharmacy for over an hour trying to tell them to fill my prescription. Im still on hold while writing this review. The recording said, there are more than 3 people ahead of you, then it was 2, then 1. The phone rang 6 times and no one answered. then back on hold with the recording, sorry the staff is answering other calls, please hold on and well be with you shortly . This has happened so far 15 times!! No one is still answering. Theres no excuse for this. I have been at the hospital with my daughter, since Sunday and ran out of my blood pressure medication. I am from Florida and use Walgreens. I spoke to them yesterday and they told me to call when I want to pick it up, so thats what Im trying to do.Its been 2 hrs and Im still in the same loop. No one has answered still! My battery is now at 46%. This is an utter disgrace!Whenever I get there to pick up this prescription Im going to talk to the store manager. Ive never had a problem with any Walgreens store in Florida.

Im so disappointed. I never write reviews but I felt it was necessary. I dropped off four disposable water cameras that had pictures from an excursion from my destination wedding. First, they told me they would call when the pictures were ready. I never received that call. Second, I went into the store and they couldnt seem to find them. Third, I finally received a call, about 6 months later, saying my pictures had been sitting there for a while and wanted to know if I wanted to pick them up. I called back and they couldnt find them and said theyd been thrown away. Finally, I received another call about a year later saying they had found them and I physically went into the store just to find out that yet again they told me they had been thrown away. Turns out when they finally looked me up by my phone number they had my first and last name backwards which is why the confusion the first few times. Very Frustrating....

The drive-through service at this store is great. It is really nice that they are open 24 hours/day and they are great about helping out by contacting your doctor if they have any questions or problems. The pharmacy staff is also very knowledgable which is always nice.Finally, I really like this place because they send you automatic text messages when you prescriptions have been filled. This saves me so much time because I dont have to wait around and wonder if my script is ready or not!

Awful customer service in the pharmacy. Dont bother getting your prescription filled in the 24 hour pharmacy as youll be there for hours, they dont have access to other Walgreens prescription information (EVEN THOUGH SIGNS AND EMPLOYEES AT THE OTHER LOCATIONS WILL TELL YOU THIS), and youll just have to go again tomorrow anyway. The pharmacists solution to their mistake: GO TO ANOTHER DR. THATS STILL OPEN. Yes, sure, Id love to pay another $100 to get my prescription. Thanks for nothing. To the Walgreens Pharmacy tech: Yes, I understand that you have to check identifying information to give the prescription, but at least have some common sense and compassion. When my elderly mother did not know the address that Urgent Care put on her prescription, you just kept telling us no, that is not the right address when all along you could have asked for her birthdate. I gave you her drivers license which would have allowed you to check DOB, address, etc. Instead you just cop an attitude and then when I tell you that she is very sick and has just been waiting at Urgent Care for almost 4 hours to get seen, you say that it is not your problem.Well, I hope you remember that you will be old someday (or at least you hope you will be).

Usually I love this place but several times in Dec 17 and Jan 18 the lines are so long for the pharmacy (10 deep today)! Assuming they lost a front staff pharmacy person. Please hire someone. Mike Melloy or something to that effect was a manager there one night when I came in. I spent several minutes looking for an item, going up & down isles and from one side of the store to the other 5 plus times (I have to use a walker at the moment so this takes a lot longer than you think lol). Anyways the first 2 employees I see are this man and the woman at the front and they were leaned on the photo counter just conversation. When I asked does anybody work here? Obviously frustrated Mike replied with How about some Patience and tolerance?. What kind of manager says that? Even if a customer is frustrated because of no help the first reaction should be to fix that. I also let him know that I worked at Walgreens until recently and there is supposed to be someone on the floor to assist custemers and there were several other customers among the aisles.this occurred sometime after 11pm on the night of 3/24/2018

I went to get a prescription filled and they took forever to figure out my insurance. They had me sit down multiple times to wait, but I let it go because they were busy.I went home, opened up my ointment only to discover that it was all USED. Gross! I drove all the way back and they replaced it, but I cant believe that they gave me medication that was already all used by someone else. So unsanitary.

This pharmacy is too busy and it seems that no one is in charge. More than once, Ive arrived to pick up a prescription placed several days earlier only to find some problem and have had to return another day. Most recently, I waited 45 minutes for them to figure out whether they took Cigna PPO Rx insurance. (They said they dont). Ive transferred all of my prescriptions out of this pharmacy.
