Their Sunday hours are incorrect on the Sephora app and Google. Google I can understand but on your corporate website having an incorrect hours is incredibly frustrating when they are directing you to the store because items are sold out online. thankfully parking is free on Sundays. Otherwise the store is clean and usually has good instocks.

Amazing! Everyone was so helpful. As soon as I walked in I was greeted (I think by Sarah was her name (?)) she was super friendly and asked all the right questions to learn just what I need. She got my foundation match and suggested an amazing product. I was helped by Mikayla who offered to get me samples of what she knew to be exactly what I needed from her experience and I’m really happy with the products she suggested! They were fabulous. I’ll definitely be ordering some. Overall it was a great experience and I can’t wait till I’m in Denver again. Thanks so much!

I didn’t necessarily have a bad experience here, the girls who were working on the floor last night 3/7 around 5 were kind of rude and short. The girl at the checkout counter was super nice though. It’s a nice store and it’s easy to find things on your own. Location is perfect to just run in on my way home from work.

So what are your hours? Google say’s 9, obviously I called because COVID-19 and updated hours are till 7 Monday-Sat. Went at 6 on a Wednesday and it was closed. As one of the only Sephora’s open in the state it would have been nice to update the website/phone system. Place signage at the very minimum. Please let me know when I can spend my money here. I don’t want to shop online.

I go to this store all the time and each time I am more and more disappointed with my experience. The staff is rude and unhelpful and for an expensive makeup store, i expect much better customer service. Save yourself from being annoyed and go elsewhere or just order online.

These people really need to get there act together. I asked several different personnel about 3 products that are prominently featured on the Sephora website and they all basically shrugged their shoulders. Even when I asked about shimmer sticks, they looked baffled. They really need to brush up on their product knowledge. They were friendly enough, just not informed.

This store had a very helpful staff. Went in looking for Tarte Shape Tape (which it turns out is only available in Ulta), and the staff helped us compare products and brands to get a close match. Additionally, we wanted to match a foundation with a new spray tan color, which Sarah helped us match perfectly.

Deserves 1 Star for poor management and people skills but Jackie saved it. Jackie was phenomenal to work with in helping my wife find the items she was looking for, very funny as well! On the other hand Jess either needs to take some management classes on how to not have attitude with customers or needs to find a non management position. What are you looking for?! In a bad tone is not an appropriate way to ask a person. When confronted about it in a calm way she denied it and said she asked my wife What can I help with? Which was her trying to lie to me. Not good. Jackie thanks again for being great, I hope upper management sees this somehow and gives you some recognition, you deserve it!

Store is nice, lots of selection but I totally agree with the other reviews. Not one person said hi to me. The cashier had about the same motivation for life as a dehydrated slug. Even after they found out I was rouge, don’t care, same rolled eyes and nothing. Worst I’ve been treated at sephora.

I had the worst experience at this Sephora location. I really hope the upper management can work on the customer service on this store. Today, I made an exchange on some products (they are unused) I bought a few weeks ago, but the 15% discount did not apply on the exchange transaction. She said You did not use your own money, thats why the discount did not apply. Then I asked to returned them. She returned them in a VERY BAD attitude and threw away my return receipt!!!!! I asked for the return receipt, and she said You can see the transaction on your account. How could you not giving your customers return receipts????? And I CANNOT see the return receipts online. Your tone and your attitude will definitely turn the customers away. I would never come back to this store. Worst Experience Ever!!!!

Received above and beyond customer service from multiple employees at the store, especially Michael, when a couple friends and I went into browse fragrances. He was patient in helping us look at different perfumes, and spent a great deal of time showing us scents that he thought we would enjoy. He even gave us several samples of fragrances for us to try. At the end, he sent each of us home with a free mini size of the DevaCurl macha tea hairmask. I would definitely come back here again.

Absolutely awful experience.I went to Sephora to see if they carry Neutrogena products this afternoon. The gentleman helping my friend and I treated us like we were from the wrong side of the railroad tracks.He told us that they did not carry Neutrogena products and pointed us out of the store towards Target. When I lingered a moment in the Fenty makeup section, this gentleman lurked nearby, but never once offered to help me find a shade comparable to my Neutrogena makeup.He basically made both myself and my friend feel like trash based soley off my lackluster choice of products (Neutrogena). I will never shop at this Sephora location, or any other location for that matter. Shameful customer service, horrible treatment and employees who stalk the clientele.

Maybe its because I was looking bummy when I went in after work but I couldnt get the service I needed. I usually dont want alot of help while shopping but I was really out of my element. Have been wearing MAC for 20 years and came specifically to buy a whole new set up since they carry Fenty. First a disembodied voice greeted me from across the room, let me know if you need anything she shouted, I do need something, I shouted back, then a lovely woman pointed me towards the Fenty display. Ilooked for her again and asked if she could help. She did a color match, and gave me liquid foundation which Ive never used before. Really needed concealer, lip color, eyeliner, eyebrow filler and an applicator for the liquid foundation, I think, who knows, she disappeared so fast. Cashier suggested I use my finger, sure..ok. But I was there to buy. Nvm. Ill just order online. 2 stars because they did at least carry the product in my color.

So I was going to see a movie and I had about 30 minutes to kill. I have never been to Sephora so I decided that I would go in and look around. Normally when somebody standing at the door theyre there to greet you and ask you if you need help. However, when I walked in instead of getting a greeting the lady said we are closing in 20 minutes. I was kind of annoyed but I didnt really say anything except thank you and walked away.My friend Allie called to see where I was and I told her that I was in Sephora. while I was on the phone with her an employee walked up to me and she could obviously see that I was on the phone but she said just so you know were closing in 20 minutes. I said I know thank you.When my friend Allie arrived she asked them about the Too Faced Peach palette before the lady at the door could tell her they were closing.I was in the back looking and smelling perfumes when I noticed somebody looking at me from the corner of my eye. Thinking it was my friend ready to go I looked up and but it was Employee staring at me. instead of asking me if I needed any help or if I was looking for anything in particular she just kept watching me. There was about 10 minutes left and I went to the Skin Care section just to kill time. As I was walking down the aisle I noticed that the employee had followed me and was watching me still. I looked at her and we made eye contact and she still did not ask me if I was looking for anything, if I was Finding everything okay she just kept watching me. Then I went to go look for Allie and she was in the front paying for her makeup. I started going through some loose pigment Shadows while she was paying and I noticed that the employee was still watching me.Maybe she thought that I was suspicious. Idk. But I have worked retail for a few years and not once did I think it would make sense to stalk someone whos suspicious. Usually I handle them like any other customer. Hello, welcome to T.J. Maxx let me know if you need help finding anything Hello, thats a really pretty scarf. I never want to rate anywhere because i don’t want to be a punk that complains but every time i come to this location i am followed around the store and i see them all looking at me and hovering over me. It makes me want to cry because i work two jobs downtown and I’m a full time student and i come to Sephora to get myself a treat every once in a while. It makes me feel terrible about myself and it doesn’t he that i am very obviously a woman of color. Please find a way to reduce the employees stress on theft because i am positive that for that reason i am treated like a criminal every time i come in. I have never stolen anything and this makes me feel like i should just stay out of Sephora if they are going to assume I’m a thief.

Worst customer service ever!!! Both Carol and Journey, (that’s right, I payed attention to your name tags ladies) look at you like you’re stupid if they don’t know what product you’re looking for. Alexandra was absolutely helpful and the sweetest person ever. The only employee there that knows what they’re talking about, and if she doesn’t know at the top of her head, she’ll ask you every detail she can to make sure you find it and are a satisfied. Oh, and Zack? The rudest cashier I have ever come across. I won’t be ever spending my money at this location again. You’re better off going to Cherry Creek or JcPennys, hell even ULTA.

This sephora has the worst employees I have ever come across!! If its not the employees than its the management. I went in the first or second week they were open. I wanted to get a foundation march. They had several employees all over the makeup section. When I asked, a girl with long black hair said I would have to wait for one of the two girls to be done at the beauty studio. I asked why I couldnt have one of the other girls walking around to have it done, and she said because they arent allowed too. So finally I waited around 15 minutes and I was never matched. So I went in this past weekend because I live downtown so its the closest store to me. This time I didnt have to wait to get a foundation match. Will was helping me but the whole time he seemed to be trying to push me to buy foundation instead of giving me a sample. Oh, and if youre a person of color, they automatically assume youre shoplifting. Several of the employees including a manager were constantly watching me and would talk in their walkie talkies about my every move. Dont waste your time with this sephora, the ones inside JcPenny are much better.

After 15 minutes in the store I had been pick-pocketed and found myself without my iPhone. I immediately approached management and they refused to look at the security footage citing a potential theft if they left the selling floor to check the camera. I thought this ironic since the manager just oversaw someone steal over 600$ of personal property. It became clear to me after talking to 3 managers of this location that no one was going to look at the footage. They would rather have a thief running around their store than go backstage and check cameras to deter and potentially catch the person to victimized me. I called back 2 days in a row and still had no luck with getting the management to review the footage. So besides this place being disgusting, overly crowded, and loud, you can now count on Sephora to protect criminals over their clients. Thanks so much to the management who ignored me and treated me as a nuisance on Saturday night. Thank you for enabling a criminal to get away with my personal property and thank you for not even CHECKING your camera so I could give a description to the police.I will not be returning and would advise any person who cares about their safety to stay away from this establishment.
