Just discovered this hidden gem- LOVE IT!They have so many fun, delicious & healthy options great for breakfast or even lunch.Good price for good portion sizes.I was very impressed by the fun variety of food they offer which also tasted delicious and was healthy.I was happy that I paid a reasonable amount for said food. The inside is clean, bright & cozy in a unique part of town.
Fast casual dining. Their nitro cold brew is on par or better than most places. Small seating not ideal for large groups. The staff seem friendly as well.I ordered the traditional oats. I would say the ingredients are fresh and the taste was good. However where they fell short was the texture and consistency of the oats. They were overcooked and had the viscosity of play dough. It needed oil, coconut or butter or otherwise. Something to break up the starch.I plan on coming again but ordering something different.
I was pretty impressed. The avocado toast was amazing and my friend got the banana toast and said it was great. Cute place to just quick grab a bite by yourself or a friend. Not too ample seating inside and theres room for 2-4 people so sit outside as well. There was no ac on inside though so it was sweltering hot and just too unbearable for sitting inside
High quality delicious food and coffee with a short wait time. Great outdoor seating as well. Highly recommend.
Low key best aΓ§aΓ bowl Iβve had. Not too sweet and good texture, loaded up on toppings .
Anyone interested in real healthy food beware. This is basically a desert place, the staff told me the aΓ§aΓ is basically sorbet since they add sugar as a stabilizer. They pre make all the smoothies WITH syrups and added sugars so they WILL NOT blend up just fruit and milk. Itβs a big shame. The ownerβs response below is completely different to what the staff said and what I saw (which was big bottles of flavored simple syrup)
The power to the protein smoothie is great! The avocado toast is minuscule and underwhelming for $6. Their mocha was so weak, watery and very disappointing, also $6. I had such high hopes for this place :/
Sometimes this place is good, but its inconsistent. Sometimed the staff is friendly. Sometimes the food is great. I get different sized portions from different employees. Also the burritos always look like theyve been in a warmer for days. The tortilla gets all rubbery and weird looking.
The smoothies were great. The chai was good. The service was good. Yogurt bowls were so so. They were out of the flavored yogurt.
I was looking for vegan friendly options while visiting Denver and this place was open early on Sunday. I was so glad to find it. The staff was super fun and very friendly. They were very patient with me and let me sample a few items before deciding on what I wanted.Next time Im in town, Ill definitely stop by again.Good to job guys and gals ππ½ Keep up the good work ππ½
Smoothies are overpriced and incredibly ordinary. Also, we bought a three pack Groupon, and they would not let us redeem it on one day because βthe boss doesnβt like giving out that many discountsβ, even though they offered the groupon. They sell bagels, but somehow donβt have butter or any type of jelly/jam. Waste of time and money
The fresh, flavorful fruit in the acai bowl totally hit the spot when I was craving something cold and sweet.
Go somewhere else if you plan to get a breakfast sandwich. Sausage patty was dry like it had been in the freezer too long and the egg patty tasted fake.
With the premise that I make my own oats every single day I was very excited to come and give this place a try while visiting Denver.Overall: convenient location, great friendly as well as helpful staffs, fruits are freshly cut and not soggy, outdoor/indoor seating which is neat and clean.F&B: Great choices of base, as well as the flavors and portions. You can tweak as much, or a little as youd like. I started with staple apple oats, swapping ginger with some more granola. Apples were fresh, crunchy, the apple cinnamon honey didnt render the entire bowl overly sweet but smoothened the ending notes.Atmosphere: chillWifi: providedOutdoor seating: morning sunNoise level: on Monday morning pre 9am is was quite quiet.
Love the concept. Smoothies are good but should be in bigger cups for the price of them. Banana lime smoothie is great consistency but needs honey for something. I think that just having oats in a bowl not cooked is weird, but to each is own. I prefer them cooked or in yogurt. Overall nice place!
So many healthy options at a great price point.
The barista was very friendly and the food was great! We got a nitro brew, Chai latte, salmon wrap and breakfast burrito. All the food was delicious and the portions were big, worth the price. The nitro was like rocket fuel and the Chai was super flavorful! The bowls looked enticing, they had a ton of options for toppings. Definitely going back sometime to try more menu items!
Excellent service. Quality of the food and products are high. Itβs worth for the money. Iβll definitely come back. Thanks
Came in for breakfast and wasnt sure what to get. The gal working was very helpful and recommended one their dishes that was delicious, especially with all the fresh fruit. Its a little pricey for breakfast but definitely worth it. Highly recommend and will be going back many times.
Very yummy oatmeal and breakfast burrito :) thank you!
This place is is called Prosper Oats and canβt make 8 bowls of Oatmealβ¦ wow
My dragon fruit bowl was tasty, but everything seemed to be pre-made and not fresh. Oats were incredibly dry.
Burrito was really good
The tropical smoothie is outstanding! The body builder on the other hand was extremely thick. You basically had to eat your way through it with oats, and peanut butter was over powering. Just wasnβt for me. But again, the tropical smoothie was amazing! Will definitely order that again!
Incredible breakfast bowls!
Love this place, Oats are amazing. Try the Breakfast Burrito.
Im a fan, for sure!I stopped into Prosper Oats to fill the void of wanting to try something new, while also trying to eat natural (read: known) ingredients.I was a little skeptical of some of the options and admittedly, I was a little confused by my choices. After understanding that you can either create your own, or go with one of their existing options, but you get to pick your base, things suddenly made sense!I went with the PB & B. I wasnt feeling overly adventurous -- There are some very intriguing options.I was pleasantly surprised!!My selection was not only delicious, but I could easily identify all of the ingredients. They were fresh, tasted great, and it was very filling. The ambiance is definitely cool in this restaurant. Kind of like a modern kitchen almost. But, the environment wasnt too loud or too subdued and, although the restaurant is small, there were definitely plenty of open seats.I am eager to stop back in and try some of the other options as-well-as create my own (eventually!).
Every time we come here we are disappointed. My hopes are always high, because the first time we came here back in March β19 it was great. It used to have great hand held menus with awesome suggestions and it was easy to navigate. It seems like there is a new owner and like theyβre cutting corners. The employees are lazy and seem generally confused or just not trained. Depending on who makes your bowl itβs always super inconsistent. So sad this place was flushed down the toilet.
Very friendly environment and staff. Extremely helpful during my first visit and food was dank. I highly recommend
This place was super cute and a great idea for healthy eats! I had the I think its called the espresso bowl where they put a shot of espresso in with your oatmeal and that was actually really good!!
LOVE this place! All the bowls I have tried are delicious. The nitro cold brew coffee is strong, frothy and so tasty! Love taking their apple cider vinegar shots as well. Staff is always sweet. Definitely try this place!
Expect to hear βweβre actually out of thatβ to half the menu
I walked in very unsure and I felt the staff picked up on that and educated me and let me taste aΓai, I loved it. My favorite is the banana toffee malt oatmeal its awesome the staff rocks and I will be back. Can you please open a store in Aurora?? If you are reading this and have never been GO! You are missing out.
I spent $9 for the dragon fruit. A small amount of frozen blended fruit in a cup with coconut milk. I just donβt really get it. It tasted okay.
Really cool concept, and a place definitely worth trying. I could see myself dropping by here for breakfast in the mornings. Managers: I suggest the store implement a meal plan of sorts. It could be a good opportunity to give locals a grab and go breakfast, and improve the stores traffic during the weekdays.
Amazing locally-owned restaurant for quick and healthy breakfast! The owners are fantastic and the food is fresh and delicious. Oats or yogurt with the toppings of your choice. Choose fresh fruit, nuts or protein options and an option sweetener. Great coffee too.
So healthy and yummy! I love what this place has to offer for breakfast. I left feeling fueled up and ready for the work day.
Loved it! Went for breakfast at about 6:45am and didnt have to wait. Endless combos on what you can get. I settled on the peach cobbler with almond milk. It was delicious. I got the small and it was more than I could eat. Cant wait to go back!
Hi, My name is Stacy and I am a Prosper Oats addict!!! I Love this place! The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is always fresh! My body feels great after every meal! Go get you some! β‘
Great little spot.
Visiting from out of town and walked by this place after finishing up a workout. It was he perfect post workout breakfast! Wish we had a place this good near me in MN.
Great spot for a quick healthy breakfast, the last time I did go in though I feel like they ate filling up the bowls less.
Best healthy meal in town. SO many fun options, sweet & savory! The best smoothie & coffee concoctions you will find. Plus an awesome rewards program & an awesome, comfy spot! Highly recommend.
I was visiting Denver and luckily this amazing, little joint was right down the road! Such friendly and helpful staff, an incredibly large selection for nutritious foods and drinks, and a quaint little atmosphere to relax for a little bit. Denver is lucky to have this place in its downtown!
Super friendly and healthy. Not much more to ask. Incredible massive selection of local and fantastic ingredients. Plus I can get espresso with my oats!!!
Changing the way you do breakfast? Absolutely! I love the options, the staff, the food quality and freshness...everything! I definitely recommend going. If youre just visiting town or if you live in town, this is the place to breakfast!
People that work here are airheads, but the food is very good. There are only a few places in Denver that serve açaà bowls, these here are very delicious and leave you feeling great. Worth be price, for the quality. Would highly recommend.
Iβve come here many times for the Brazilian AΓ§aΓ Bowl to go (itβs the only thing Iβve tried) and have always been pleased.
The BEST fruit bowl in the city and great service!
I ask for protein and they dont mix it in, just plop the bland cardboard taking powder on top of my already dry oats....really?? Had to throw the whole thing out. $10 for a bowl of oats I could make better at-home? Save your money.
This place is amazing. Friendly, patient and helpful people. Delicious and fresh food. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick and healthy option for breakfast!
Great juice and smoothie bar with relatively cheap prices. Takes a little while for them to make the food but the wait is definitely worth it because everything tastes amazing here. Can also order coffees and lates!
Very popular for local getting a quick meal.
Good food with lots of options. Really upbeat, friendly staff. Just a great way to start the day!
Love this place! Perfect, healthy breakfast and lunch and always fresh. Well worth going out of your way for it!
Love the concept here! I like the fully customized version if you know exactly what you want and that there are also pre-designed bowls. And to have coffee offerings! The staff has been very friendly, helpful and patient when I have gone in. The only limitation is always parking.
Love the bowls but please go back to putting the peanut butter on the bowls with a bottle and not in an individual container. Have you tried to spread that peanut butter around out of that little container? It ends up being me eating peanut butter on a spoon. Not the worst problem to have. Just sayin
Beautiful but simple interior. Very good healthy bowls. Will come again.
The most delicious oatmeal I have ever had! This is a great place to meet up with friends for a delicious HEALTHY and nutrious afternoon snack . Big bonus...its locally owned! Cant wait to come back.
Gone twice now. I tried the pb&b. Way better than the make your own I tried the first time. Super tasty.
This place was amazing! I wish we had one at home. I went 3 times in 5 days for breakfast! Loved all the options and the freshness of it all.
Didnt have the oats ready but decided to wait anyways. Good food.
I love prosper oats! You can create your own bowls here, unlike other acai bowl restaurants. And they have a rewards program
Ingredients seem decent quality, but preparation is lazy. They sent items made incorrectly, and with the wrong ingredients. Try harder kids.
Locally owned place in the neighborhood that I crave all the time. Always have the freshest fruit. Love their acai bowls and iced tea. They are SO friendly and I go here at least once a week now!
Best lavendar lattes in the city yall. Their savory sailor bowl is my favorite- staff are incredible, location cant be beat, service is quick. Go now.
This is one of those places where a tip is automatically added to your order and you have to physically press no tip while the employees watch you. Food was good if you dont want to go to the grocery store and pick up yogurt/fresh fruit but there isnt anything drawing me back. Certainly not the price or the tip guilt trip. Will you change the receipt to automatically include no tip and give someone the option to tip instead?
Where to begin. Healthy whole foods prepared with care. Quinoa and oats bowl was great. Many options for toppings should satisfy a multitude of tastes. Sweet or savory. Nitro iced coffee was off the hook!
I love this place! Its quick, healthy, and filling. The quinoa oat bowl with steamed milk is my favorite. I love the variety of toppings.
Love it hereCome too often. But happy to have them as a part of the communityWished they would stay opened laterMy go to is the açaà bowl with coconut shavings, granola, sliced bananas and peanut butter. YUM!!!And their nitro iced coffee is good too
Fresh, healthy food with countless options! The staff is also very courteous and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!
Love this place! Sailor bowl of you like savory! Add egg bacon and avacado!Agave bowls are bomb too!
This place is fantastic! Our kids love eating here - everything is fresh and the service isnt just good - its fun! I now find myself craving oatmeal because Ive never tasted stuff this good before.
The guy behind the counter said it was a chipotle for breakfast and he was completely right. The quinoa oats were delicious and the choice of toppings was beautiful to look at and healthy to eat and the fruit was ripe and everything was fresh. I only wish I could have eaten more because I wanted to try everything on the menu.
We are from Kansas City, so food is our blood. All of the staff was super helpful. The building and atosphere is great. Dont let the health kick through you off. You can add a lot of great stuff to your order making it good or bad ;) for you. Loved it.
The service and offerings were so much better before. Customization is problematic for your employees now whereas it was not on previous occasions. I made a request earlier this week for an acai bowl with avocados instead of bananas (avocados have a lower glycemic index and Iβm allergic to bananas), but your employee refused to do so. I had 2 aΓ§aΓ bowls on previous occasions with avocados. We ended up going somewhere else.
An oatmeal bar. Yup. Sort of like a Chipotle of oatmeal. They have lots of ideas, or have them mix your fixings just the way you like them. A bright and airy place with good coffee makes this the perfect stop after the morning workout or on the way to a regular old day at work.
Stumbled in with zero expectation for a quick breakfast. Pleasantly surprised by their bowls. Fantastic idea. Borrowed the idea and we now make them at home.
My sister, who lives on the east coast, is flying to visit me again only because she wants to go back to ProsperOatsβand honestly, I donβt blame her! Itβs such an awesome, delicious concept; my favorite place to eat breakfast for sure!
So many great options and add-ins for oatmeal. Very creative
Uuuhhhh love this place! The workers are so friendly and explained it for me! I make it a point to come back here at least once a week the options are seriously endless like any style mood your in you can make somthing to fit it here!
Delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
This place is one of my fav spots for a quick healthy breakfast. I customize my own quinoa oat bowl, which always has my fav topping... peanut butter!
Cool concept and good at what they do. Great pre-hike meal.
