I will definitely be going back to Unravel Coffee! I stopped in before my son’s swimming lesson next door (I’ve been meaning to for awhile but finally got around to it). The barista was very friendly and helpful and took the time to explain their to go cup policy, which is actually super cool. They do a jar exchange instead of single use cups! There was a small fee, actually a deposit. Next time we’re in I return the cup and get another. Love it. They had some really tasty looking breakfast options as well that I’ll have to check out at some point. And I’d like to try their coffee, but when I’m not planning to share my drink with my LO;).

Their house coffee is delicious and inexpensive! Their little is fairly small, but its packed with caffeine. They also have a menu so you may get anything to go with your coffee. The freshly baked bread, pies, and cakes were both tasty and reasonably priced. The space was a little cramped, but it could fit a group of individuals.

The coffee here was good, service was quick and the staff was nice. The decor is swanky and feels kind of cold, but its definitely more trendy feeling. Four stars because it was more expensive than we anticipated for what we got. There are better shops out there for coffee quality. The staff know what they are doing which is really nice. Sad I didnt remember to take a picture of the actual coffee bar as its very stylish. We were here late in the morning and it was still pretty busy. Id come back again, but Id be hesitant to buy anything other than coffee due to prices.

Really wanted to love this place, however had the most awful and scary experience instead. The area and setting is gorgeous and adorable, hence the 1 one star I can give it. I ordered a coffee and gluten free avocado toast. I received my items and the coffee was average, then I received the toast as well. The barista approaches to tell me I was given the wrong one and it was not gluten free. The toast was about half eaten, thank goodness it is just a sensitivity not celiacs disease. Again I understand stuff happens but I felt like it was not handled well on the shops part. They almost just could care less. Reimbursement or more concern should have been offered. Overall, do not ever recommend this coffee shop to anyone.

Ive been drinking Starbucks everyday for about a decade so Im ALWAYS looking for better coffee. I wouldnt call myself a real connoisseur, but I tried this place today for the first time and upon first impressions: this place has fantastic espresso ( I had an espresso and a cappuccino). They also have some delicious food ( not sure about their whole menu). I just ordered the daily special which was this salad, and it was quite good, I really didnt know what to expect. Really great service as well, very polite and even remembered my name when I went back to the counter to order the cappuccino. The decor is nice, I was there on a seemingly slow-ish day so it was nice and calm. Not a large outdoor sitting area, but it seems like enough people just order to go. I will be back.

We ordered a pom fizz, a wonderful specialty drink that has fun ingredients and tastes amazing, and a cold matcha latte. The drinks were served in cute jars that allows you to appreciate the visually stunning colors and layers of the drinks. ( I should have taken a picture of the pom fizz, the layers were stunning. Fortunately/Unfortunately, it was so tasty that it was gone before I thought to take a picture) They have many non dairy milk options. The food looks and sounds amazing (delicious and nutritious), we didnt get any, but will definitely plan to try some in the future. They emphasize sustainable practices; the environmentalist in me always appreciates that stuff. The artwork, furniture, music, and staff create a very comfortable and rousing environment. Popped in for a quick breakfast meeting. Love the glass jars used for serving drinks. The chocolate smoothie priced at $7.00 was flavorful but not overly sweet. The banana was not fully blended so I had to navigate fairly large chunks. Bakery items are very scarce. Wish they had more variety there. The atmosphere is a huge surprise! Very trendy and comfortable, BUT the place reeks of rubber tires thanks to the gym that is connected. Would have stayed longer, but the smell was too much for me. I wonder how the gym noise would impact the afternoon and evening experience??!

A simply decorated space with music and a concise menu of drinks. Their specialty drinks menu is more creative than most Ive seen, the molé drink was a taste to remember. The only problem I had was the lighting. Because its a corner store, theres limited direct sunlight while the lighting deeper into the space is done using individual soft yellows that dont provide - in my opinion - enough light for reading on paper. Really awesome new coffee shop off of Holly. They have a great open space, PLENTY of outlets, and very large tables. Coffee shops like these, who support new-age work spaces, are definitely at a competitive advantage in 2019. The owner was also very polite, kind, and even talked to me a bit about coffee brewing.Whats keeping this from being 5 stars is 2 things. One, having the open-door gym right next to the shop is honestly just strange. A bit of noise in a coffee shop is no problem at all, but when there are busy classes (or children screaming), it really disrupts the vibe. I would recommend closing the garage-like door if a busy class is going on.Two, closing at 5pm. I know thats pretty common for a lot of coffee places in Denver but I think its a huge mistake, especially with how well this place is suited for work/study. If you look at places like Stellas Gourmet Coffee or Improper City, they can bring massive amounts of people who like to work/study/hang-out at night.P.S. This is practically the only review Ive ever written and Im writing it because (besides those two things above) I really like this place!! Come check it out everyone, you wont be disappointed.

Tried this coffee shop down the street from my house. It wasnt for me. Its so hip it seems to not at all match the neighborhood-- Id wondered if Id teleported to Portland. To-go comes in a glass jar. First thought was hey thats cool although pretty small for the price. Second thought was jeez glass gets too hot to hold really fast. Last thought was wow my coffee got cold fast! I heard about this shop from a friend and was eager to try it. So, this past Saturday, my friend and I decided to stop in. The food, namely the avocado toast, was delightful as was the chia bowl. The layout and design choices are warm and charming. The coffee is top-notch too! However, the service was interesting, to say the least. On one hand, the gentleman who took my order was kind, welcoming, and helpful. He informed me that they roast there coffee in house and will soon have educational classes to offer. His counterpart was quite the opposite. She had her hood on while working and refused to make eye contact with just about anyone it seemed. On top of this, I noticed her using her phone multiple times while there was a line and it looked like she was eating back there too. Im not really sure what the culture is at a coffee shop, but in the service industry, those actions dont make anyone want to be there.

BEAUTIFUL scene. however, I’m not sure I understand the “open concept” to the gym next door? Meaning, there’s an open hallway connecting the coffee shop and the “gym” business next door. you can hear all the children and noise while trying to enjoy the quiet coffee & cafe vibes. soooo bizarre.I honestly couldn’t find any reason they would have for that to make any sense. And to think it’s such a simple fix: put the necessary wall up and you would then have a near perfect coffee shop.

Ok, first of all, excellent coffee and food! Decor is prefect for a coffee shop. Why 3 stars then, there are way too many people working on computers taking up a lot of space for other customers. I saw multiple people walk in and were disappointed that there were no seats available so they got coffee to go instead of enjoying a wonderful place. It really is a great coffee shop that loses its vibe to working people. My suggestion would section off an area of high top table usage for work laptops. This would limit them wanted to stay for an extended amount of time. Or limit wifi usage to 1 hour.
