If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Every aspect of my experience with them has been nothing but stellar! Heather came out and measured our house and brought a plethora of her sample boards. She walked through each type of carpet, the difference in height and even discussed the carpet pad types. She had us walk around and lay the carpet samples in different rooms to see the lighting changes to get a feel for what we were looking for and what we liked. Ordering was a breeze. Our carpets showed up days early which meant we could get our install schedule faster. The installers were simply amazing and paid careful attention to detail and left my house clean and ready to go. This is an absolutely fantastic group of people to work with I will be using them for my future carpet needs!

First to prepare my house to sell, and second for flooring and carpet in my new home....they were SO fast, the work was amazing, everyone so helpful and professional! Carpet Connections did a wonderful job of quoting and the scheduling our basement carpeting. We had to co-ordinate with drywall installation and painting as well. Due to the COVID19 situation, we had to reschedule the installation twice. The installation went very smoothly and quickly! The installers were very friendly and professional. Shelly came to our home with all sorts of samples and helped us decide on a color that would go well with our wall color and hold up well under traffic. She has helped with carpet in several of our rental properties as well as the home we live in. I cant say enough about what a great experience it was. The carpet installers were also polite and did a great job. I felt like they really cared about the job they did.

I have used Carpet Connection in the past with great success and just used them again to carpet my entire home. They did an amazing job again!! Shelly came by our home and gave us a great selection of samples to choose from and even recommended our wall paint that would go well with our new carpet. Our installer was very personable and a perfectionist at installing. Everything was done on schedule with no issues. The carpet looks beautiful and the customer service was amazing!! Honest upfront pricing company and the did a great job with my carpet

We have used Carpet Connection for every carpeted room in our house. Originally the experience was great, which is why we went with them a 2nd time. This time the installers did not install carpet on the sides of the stairs as needed. I have been calling to have this corrected for 8 months. Multiple times I was told that they would charge me $50 for the installers to come back out and correct...now, after continuously calling to get this worked out and being ignored I talked to Shelly today and she told me it would be $150. She immediately started yelling at me on the phone and told me it was our responsibility. When I asked if she had notes from the months of previous calls she said it was also my responsibility to take notes. Terrible customer service!!!!

Horrible horrible experience. Michelle came to our home the day I called. She did not a swatch of the carpet I wanted, so she ordered swatches to be sent to me. When received it was totally wrong. Then she says I’ll bring them to you at 8:30 Friday night! No show! Says I’ll be there tomorrow morning 7:30, no show! Writes me again saying I’ll drop it off later. Told her to forget it, went somewhere else. Not a text, phone call, or an apology. Wasted a whole week! Poor, very poor!!!!!!!!
