I’ve done a ton of business with Ron and Jason Schrantz. A large part of my business is replacing carpet and pad after water damage. They’re prices are hard to beat, and they’re knowledge and customer service is top notch. They’ve gone above and beyond what I would consider, great customer service, many times. I’ve worked with many carpet companies across Metro Denver over the last 12 years. I found Ron Schrantz Carpet about 3 years ago, and I haven’t gone anywhere else since.

Great service. Super friendly. Extremely knowledgeable. And the pricing. Nothing beats their pricing. If you buy carpet anywhere else youre a fool.

These guys are great! I needed carpet nothing fancy, but they really took care me as if I was doing a whole house. They have a nice selection and can recommend installers. I will definitely return here.

We have wood floors so when my dog blew out his back knee we were advised by the vet to get runner rugs to put throughout the house so the dog could move around easier. I called and happened to speak with Ron Schrantz himself who was very helpful. He informed me that for my needs he could certainly help us but could get what we needed at someplace like Costco for much cheaper. I appreciated his willingness to help and his up front honesty about costs involved. Should we decide to get new flooring in the future this will be the place we go first.

My husband and I, along with our three kids, headed out to shop for carpet... my very particular engineer husband who had already researched carpet materials and padding for hours and had millions of questions and thousands of requirements - and my three kids who wanted nothing less than to shop for carpet... and it was awesome.We were greeted by Ron and worked with Al who knew the answer to every ridiculous, particular question my husband had about how the carpet is made, what its made with, install, prices - you name it. And he answered pleasantly, knowledgeably, patiently and helpfully. The entire staff was also incredibly pleasant, patient and helpful with my kids, who were given paper and highlighters and used them to (what? really? it was THIS good!) draw pictures and thank you notes for Al for being so nice and helpful. I thought wed spend the day going place to place. We started and finished here.The selection of carpets is fantastic - in type, color, price..., the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful, the showroom is clean and inviting and, if it stopped there, Id stop writing -but theres more. As I said, my husband is an engineer- construction management for large, multi unit residential over commercial spaces, so he knows flooring - and the install is PERFECTION. Jaziel was so pleasant, worked clean and hard and did a great job. We have NEVER had a contractor in my home who has pleased my husband - but hes already talking about re-doing our bathroom and heading back to Ron Schrantz for flooring.Start to finish, an incredible experience. THIS is why you go to a small business instead of a big box.

If you are not worried about a company backing up their work, then go ahead and move forward with them. They sold carpet to my mom and instead of working with her when the carpet started coming up, they actually said “not my problem”. What a terrible business model. I don’t expect anyone to be perfect but if something goes wrong with your product, I expect you to fix it. The extra little bit of money is worth not working with this company.

Wow, these guys are fantastic. I walked in and was promptly greeted by Al. He was helped me pick out some carpet for my rental quickly and scheduled an installer for the next Monday. I was there on a Friday. The price he offered was competitive and I was out of there in about 20 minutes. About an hour later Evelyn, one of the installers, called me to schedule a measure and was able to meet me at my rental that night. She confirmed that I didnt need quite the area of carpet I thought and, as Al told me during the purchase, Id get a refund for un-needed purchased area.To top it off Evelyn and her team were able to install the carpet that Sunday!I shopped at Home Depot, a few times, and found it to be a pain to find someone to help us. They wanted $50 (deducted from the job once done) for a measure and it would take almost a week to do that and additional time to get the carpet installed. I did have the option of spending 50% per sq, yd. more for 72 hour carpet thats in stock at the warehouse or buying the comparably priced stuff at the store and hauling it to my property. While I do have a truck, no thanks!Thanks again to Al, Evelyn and her husband, and Ron Schrantz for the exceptional experience! I will me using them again for my future flooring needs.

My realtor suggested thus place and I was not disappointed. I purchased beautiful, quality carpet and they installed it in the short timeframe I needed them to. Definitely recommend them.

Used Ron Schrantz to replace carpet in my Dads condo as we prepared the property for sale. After being ignored at my vlsit to Home Depot, I decided to expand my search for quality carpet at a reasonable price. I drove past Ron Schrantz on my way down Evans and saw their storefront and decided to stop in. Within 10 minutes, Jim Thoen recommended a couple different carpets and had me a quote for carpet and installation. Bought the carpet, Jim arranged for the carpet installation. Everything went as scheduled and I saved at least $1000 over Home Depot. Give these guys a shot if you need new carpet, you will be glad you did.

Probably would get more business if you didnt get harassed by all the bums partying behind the store all day. If I were the business owner I wouldnt want people drinking and shooting up right next to my business every day. The whole corner could be safe and nice if people gave any effort. Do you really want your customers having to see people deficating in the park before they walk in? Put up a fake camera or something. Actually Ill come install a real one for free. All you have to do is call the cops a few times and they will leave. I dont get why everyone thinks what they do right there in plain site is acceptable.I dont have a problem with homeless people. These are just party people and drug addicts. They live in the basically free government housing up the street. It wouldnt be that bad either but they harass me and my 2 girl roommates every time we walk by.Its not your fault but its not making your business approachable even though your remodel looks really good. I would try and get rid of them. Again I can help all I can.

Terrible had floors done in living room the installer kept going outside to smoke pot I finally told him you are stinking up my house to just get the job done. Also they layed carpet in my basement stretched the carpet so tight my bathroom door won’t close right. The came out to fix still not closing. This company is a joke
