Our initial experience was good during the purchase process. Bob Hanson was helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. We wanted a very durable attractive wood floor with an excellent warranty. The floor is installed on the main level of our home. Bob steered us to a Shaw wood floor that looked great upon the initial installation. After 4 years the the finish on floor started failing in the high traffic areas. It took nearly 2 months of repeat calls for Bob to respond. It took another 2 months to for Bob to come out and take a look in May. He took pictures and said he would contact the manufacturer and distributor. It is now the end of July and after repeated calls to Bob, he still has not responded. I would only use Denver Carpet Brokers if you are ok with no follow-up service. Good luck getting any issues resolved after the sale. I agree with the other reviews with similar comments.

No idea what happened with our experience. Im shocked looking at the other (positive) reviews...maybe something happened recently that caused a dip in good service. We have found this company very difficult to work with. They were uncommunicative when the carpet we ordered shipped late and therefore had to be installed later than predicted. This was especially frustrating as we could not move into our house fully until this carpet was installed in the master bedroom. It took numerous phone calls and an email to get ahold of anyone for an update. When the installers initially came by with little notice, they didnt realize they were missing the tack strip needed to install until they were here, so had to reschedule on the spot. They then arrived 30 min. late to the rescheduled appointment. Then finally the carpet was installed incorrectly. When Bob was here in person to sell us the carpet he explained how they could roll it out to fully cover the strip between our wood flooring and the door, and we paid for extra carpet to accomplish this. However when the installation happened this was not done (as shown in photo). I wouldnt recommend this service to anyone based on our experience.

I am actually editing my original review. I can’t recommend this company at all. I had noted previously that I had trouble communicating with Bob, but I appreciated the price and working with his subcontractors on the installation. But the whole story is that there were many little oversights on Bob’s part along the way (extreme lack of responsiveness, miscommunication on scheduling date/time, and major delays in providing product). I was willing to overlook all that for price. We initially ordered through Bob for a part of our home, and we then did a separate order after that initial installation to finish a main area in the same flooring. Both times he mis-measured - the second time, egregiously, by nearly 200 square feet. Like before, the contractors once again did not have enough planks to finish the floor, but this time I was left scrambling to find more flooring myself for a large unfinished job (partially torn up floor/major mess), one that would now be extended for weeks. I called Bob as soon as we realized we were short and actually spoke to him directly (huge surprise - he lets most calls go to voicemail). I told him the oversight he made in his measurements and order, but he wouldn’t acknowledge making any error, claimed he needed to check his records, and then never called me back.This was astoundingly bad customer service, and I can’t write that off. I’d warn anyone I know against Denver Carpet Brokers at this point. Sure, maybe for some it all works out, or maybe there’s an error, followed by error, and Bob completely stonewalls you.

Highly recommended!!! Bob was able to get us a much better carpet than the one we wanted (from Lowes) and 20% cheaper. Also, the carpet was delivered and installed within a week of finalizing the details. Also, his installer (who I believe is independent to Bobs company) was also amazing and took great pride in doing quality work. 10/10

Bob at Denver Carpet Brokers has been fantastic to work with. I will definitely use him again for all of his flooring needs. I would recommend him and Denver Carpet Brokers to anyone that I know that needs any flooring. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products that he offers and even nicer to work with.

No personal experience with the business, but someone driving one of their GMC Yukons on I-70 was cutting people off, tailgating and driving aggressively. Dont put your business name on your vehicle if you are going to flip people off for going the speed limit in the right lane.

I recently had Bob and his team install wood floors in my massage studio. Bob was so great to work with he helped me find a great flooring option that was at my price point but looks like much more expensive. The install was quick and easy and looks amazing. Absolutely love Bob and the team at Denver Carpet Brokers. My experience with them has been outstanding. I had Bob help me select and install a rubber floor for the gym in my house. The price was great, Bobs service and expertise was amazing and the installation was clean, timely and perfect! I am now having Bob replace all of the flooring at one of my business locations and that project has gone extraordinarily well as well.

I had Bob install carpet in my small business (Motel) and he did have the best price, not by much, but he talked a good game with customer service which is most important to me, the after sale service is always the key. I called Bob a couple of months ago about the installation and what had turned out to be a very poor job, Seams separating, Coving coming off the wall, I have pictures and what I thought would be a snap phone call to get the repairs done as I was promised, turned into the usual he never answers his phone, Red Flag, took him over two weeks to get back to me, Red Flag, and when we did talk, he assured me it would be no problem at all and he would get a hold of the installer to correct everything, that was a month and a half after I initially talked to him, Red Flag, and now he wont answer Emails, Phone Calls and Im going to have someone that actually knows what they are doing finish his terrible shotty work. Red Flag Red Flag Red Flag. I tried everything I could to resolve this and was very patient, Ive had enough, do not deal with Denver Carpet Brokers if customer service means anything to you. I read their reviews and Im shocked he has treated us like he has, but there it is for all of you, buyer beware!!!! My experience with Denver Carpet Brokers was terrific. With my busy schedule it is hard for me to get out and shop, so the convenience of DCB being able to bring samples out to me fit exactly what I needed. The carpet I picked out was very affordable and the install was seamless so to speak. I will use DCB for any of my future flooring needs and I would recommend DCB to anyone in the market.
