Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with CPA carpets. At the recommendation of Erin at CPA, we paid an independent 3rd party to assess the carpet installation. The flooring inspector found the installation to be faulty. but both Erin and Stan Stratton (CEO) have been non responsive to our requests to review our case. We have lost thousands of dollars and encourage people to stay away from CPA carpets!
