Great staff, nice layout. I had plenty of opportunity to check out the features of the Tesla and had a test drive. Great service before and after sale. Love this car, so quiet, smooth driving and built to our customization.

Fantastic experience, we worked with Nicole Ballegeer and she was very helpful and knowledgable. So much better than your typical car shopping experience.

Staff was too busy chatting with each other to help us. When we finally got help we were looking at the Y and told him we know nothing about the models and needed a third row. Told us the third row in the Y was really small but never bothered to advise the X (which wasn’t there) was bigger. Had to find that out from a friend.

Its a good place to go even if youre not buying a car. The Tesla employees are extremely nice and knowledgeable. They will pretty much answer any question you have. This place offers a unique hands on experience, as well as test drives for free. Its a place I recommend even if you are not a car person.

Our model y was brand new so it didnt have the full self driving wasnt finished calibrating so we were only able to use it for the last 5 min. But still a great experience

The showroom was completely empty when I visited. I was visiting the area from out of state and made a special trip to visit the showroom since the nearest one to my home is hundreds of miles away. So I was a little disappointed to walk in there only to find nothing. At least the staff were great and apologized for there being no inventory.

Its a very nicely finished Mall with lots of high-end brands and a Tesla store in the center. Great food options and the AC is nice and its clean. The parking is free for the first hour and goes up after that. There is now a brand new AMC that is redone with dine-in seats.

No one seemed to know anything definitive about the cars they were selling. Can you turn regen breaking off? Does it have a roof rack attachment? Is the front screen shatter proof and can you operate the car without it? Why did the chicken cross the road? The cars were nice and Im sure in time they will learn the answers

Had a fantastic experience with our salesman. We test drove a model 3 and when we came back he patiently answered all of my questions (I had a lot so that took a while) and I really appreciated the honesty and the suggestions on which model to go with. I will definitely be back and I cant wait to get my new tesla! Thanks so much!

Wowza... A beautiful cherry red Model 3 and two amazing Model Xs. It was super cool to check them out and see how simple they are. You can sit in the drivers seat, open all the doors, and so on etc.

Ask for Jeff! He is the one who will provide the best service if youre interesting in learning more about Teslas features and test drive to determine if it is a car for you.He knows all the cool features. For example, he can has start and honk his personal Tesla from Paris. How cool is that!I am definitely going to purchase the Model S Performance when ready. :)

Awesome customer service. Very through. Went for a test drive. Very low pressure environment. Knowledgeable staff.

The only short coming is that they only had a single model to look at the day I was there and are currently unable to even offer test drives for the model S and X.

While Teslas are great over brands are stepping up to compete.

I somewhat spontaneously visited Cherry Creek Tesla for a scheduled test drive while on a road trip to finally assess a Model 3 dual motor for myself. Beyond the exciting vehicle, Cory Becker assisted my wife and I with our questions and accompanied us on our test drive to discuss the features in real-time. This experience could not have been more informative and was entirely pressure free. There was no guilt from Cory when we said we were waiting for the used market to hit a certain price point. One of the best car shopping experiences we’ve had (and the car wasn’t too shabby either)!

Nice Tesla store with friendly staff. I did my test drive with Laura in a Model 3. She was very knowledgeable and explained all the features well. I really enjoyed the test drive. The only problem is that I now really want one!

My son wanted to come for his 9th birthday. Its a very cool place. I wish I would have gotten the guys name, but one person in particular was exceptional. Dark brown hair & a beard. He gave my son a replica of the Tesla model 3. This made my sons day! We will be back to purchase a real Tesla (the one with 3 rows of seats) right after we win the mega millions. Thanks so much!!!

Decided to check out the Tesla store as Im considering buying a Model 3 next year and wanted to get better informed. Talked to Stephen to just get some answers on wait time, pricing, and the basics. I decided to go on the test drive and OMG! The experience was really educational, and gives you a great perspective on the vehicle.

I came here to test drive a Model 3 during a trip out to Denver, and it was a fantastic experience! Alex was able to get us scheduled, and even rescheduled when we found out a time didnt work for us later on. All of the advisors here were extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles (as expected) and even knew things like tax rebates for different states, the trade in process, etc. The test drive did not require you to be 25+ as another review stated, I believe you just need to be 18+ and with a valid drivers license.During the test drive, Alex was extremely informative about all of the bells and whistles of the Model 3, and make me feel very comfortable about driving through Denver. There was zero talk about financing, pricing, etc. unless I brought it up first. Really it was to just learn more and enjoy the car. Keep up the awesome work everyone!

The staff is great. No high pressure selling here...the cars sell themselves. There are too many positives to list, but we enjoyed wonderful service from Tyler, and a truly eye-opening test drive. This is the future...and at least one of our current cars is the past!

The worker in the store was awesome. He let my young kids get in the car and touch all the buttons and see all the cool stuff. We just went in to look and there was no pressure at all to look at this, look at that let me give you info let me get you into a new car he just answered any questions we have and showed the kids all the awesome stuff.

Went in there just to look around. Can view vehicles up close. Get inside and sit down. Employees there were professional and asked if I needed help and still answered questions and were super friendly knowing I didnt intend to buy a car.

I definitely cant afford a tesla anytime soon but the staff at the Tesla place in cherry creek still let me sit in the cars, play with the features, he even let us know when we could test drive one at an event for fun. Super friendly people and the cars are awesome.

Nice showroom. They had a Model 3, P100D, and a model X out. Sat in the model 3 with Stephen. He told me all the new additions and differences compared to the Model S. He really wanted me to take a test drive but I was short on time.

Staff is very educated and they spend time with you even if you are not looking to buy at that time. The store is IN THE MALL just like almost every other tesla showroom. They have a Model 3 in the showroom and available for Test Drive with an appointment. I highly recommend the cherry creek location if you are in Colorado!

We’ve had never ending problems with the staff at Cherry Creek and both the Tesla 3 performance (returned) and the Model X (the window broke within two weeks of delivery, doors are always frozen open, and the heated windshield wipers already failed) that we got subsequently. I would love to recommend these cars, but at this point there are too many lousy parts that make them unreliable (especially in the cold and snow).

The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. There were lots of parents with their children running around sitting in these cars that they never intend to buy. Makes it difficult for customers who are actually looking to make a purchase.

Very happy we stopped in here bc otherwise wed probably never consider a Tesla so this was eye opening for us. Biggest thing though was the sales guy.. wish I could remember his name... young guy with a phenomenal attitude and style. Im a recruiter... hope youre paying him well bc smooth sales talent like that is rare.

These people will do nothing for you if youve had a bad experience with your brand new $50k+ car or had to deal with the terrible delivery service. Nice store, terrible follow-through.

Drove around for 30 min looking for the place, called the number listed which connected me to California who told me he was next to the Tuscan grill, hint: its not. Have cash to buy a new model x but couldnt find the place to even test drive. Finally as Im leaving they tell me its inside the mall (3rd phone call at this point). Why is it this hard to buy a new vehicle in cash? Their solar side of the company says my flat roof is not compatible with their solar panel either. Why even open doors for business?

I had a great experience here. I made an appointment for a test drive on a Saturday morning. I was greeted right away and introduced to my “Owner Advisor” Nathan Boobier. I guess it’s not a dealership, so they dont have a sales title. Anyway, Nathan walked me through one of the cars on the store floor, the Model 3, and then took me on my test drive. Since this is a review of the store, and not the car, I won’t talk about how the car just blew me away. Nathan was outstanding, showing me and my wife all the features during a perfect test drive. I was there an hour in total with test drive and ended up pulling the trigger on buying one.Nathan supported me through the whole process and even jumped in at the 11th hour to help deal with my trade-in when his Las Vegas counterparts were dropping the ball. Without him, the whole experience would have left a bitter taste in my mouth.If you go, ask for Nathan. I’m sure he’ll take good care of you.

I love tesla. They make amazing vehicles, I finally test drive the model x, and it was the most amazing experience that Ive had in any vehicle. I am now obsessed about Tesla. You will have to come down and drive and explore tesla. The show room is very clean and the staff is awsome. Trust me you will fall in love with tesla.

Terrible experience.. I had scheduled a model S test drive months ago. I showed up at the exact time and day and they had canceled my reservation on a whim. The manager lied about how he had texted and called me telling me that it had been canceled. I showed the staff the text and email from tesla which I had received the SAME day saying that my appointment was CONFIRMED. Atleast be honest and tell me that you canceled my test drive for no good reason.

So...this is my dream car, I will continue to frequent here whenever I get a chance...sit in that Tesla and day dream about driving through the glass...on a high speed chase...through the mall...all gas, no breaks. Just kidding 🤣
