I had what qualified as the best experience I have had with purchasing a used car long distance. Rhiannon took the time to thoroughly describe the car and email me videos with explanations. Her description was spot on and I would say the car was even better than expectations on my arrival. I worked with both Rhiannon and Nermina as I had to come at a particular time for my schedule. I’ve never posted a review before, but this experience warranted one! About two weeks ago, I brought my Volkswagen Atlas in for its scheduled maintenance. Unfortunately when I got home, the check engine light was on and there was a weird error message as I was driving. I called the dealership and spoke with Colin DeSimone about the situation. Granted, I wasn’t thrilled to get home and find my car needed a repair the same day that I took it in the shop however, Colin, was extremely accommodating and made sure that I would have a loaner vehicle ready when I brought my Atlas in. He was extremely accommodating to my busy work schedule and very communicative regarding the whole process of my car’s repairs. Not only did my car go in for a recall service, it also needed a very expensive and labor-intensive sensor replacement. He reached out to the warranty company and this repair was completely covered under warranty! When I got the call that my car was done, it was almost impossible to get down to the dealership to switch out cars due to my work schedule. Colin was amazing and let me keep the loan or over the weekend and allowed me to return it at my own convenience. I just wanted to leave this review to show that even though I had to go back to get my car repaired again, it was an all-around terrific experience and I have my service representative, Colin, to thank for the fantastic service I received.

I always come back here because of the honesty and care they have for their customers. Colt helped me out a few times on my vehicle and it always is up to date because of this location. My car is in great shape because of them. Sometimes you cant put a price on honest work. This is the only place I go for car maintenance at the moment. I recommend for your VW.

I took Jetta tdi in for oil change. Soon thereafter a ticking started. I proceed to check oil level knowing I just paid 100$ for oil change. Oil appeared as dark as when I took it in. Emichs response? I was told diesels will do that. Even within a week or two be as black as before I changed it? I don’t buy it however I assume they make sure to protect themselves by stating well your car does have 225k on it! I looked back at my big o tire receipt when I put tires on a week after oil change and they also recommended oil change. Highly disappointed in vehicle service AND customer service. Could not post this without at least one start however I give no stars.

Great experience overall. Matt did a very good job walking my girlfriend through all aspects of the car and getting everything ready for a seamless purchase. I walked into the dealership on guard, concerned they would try to low-ball offer on my trade-in and find ways to increase the price of the new car I Was interested in.Little did I know I would be talking with Emich himself about the trade and agreeing on the price. On top of that, he also was fair on the new vehicle.I left the dealership that afternoon to go home and join in a zoom meeting for work. As soon as I was available, I filled out the necessary paperwork and shortly after received a text message to come in and pick up my new car!All of this was done in a combined total of 4 hours. Two hours of talking about trade and looking at the new cars I wanted. One hour or less to do the finance paperwork. Jared has been helpful for us for years at Emich. Very responsive, always speaks without judgment or a condescending tone that can often occur at a dealership. I appreciate his help, very much. The mechanic who filmed the video explained what we need to repair, but left out a few key details about what exactly the repairs would be, and the only other feedback Id give is take a minute to pause on each part of the car that youre discussing, because when you move at the speed of your own eyeballs, its dizzying for the rest of us to watch. I know you were backlogged, but just a few extra seconds at each problem zone would make a world of difference. Your hospitality and snacks and drinks are always appreciated, and very nice touch on adding videos and text availability!

This was our first time car shopping at dealerships, and we had a great experience at Emich. Unlike in other places, staff was not overly aggressive. Nermina was highly professional and very pleasant to work with and she took the time to listen to us.The car we were interested in was being worked on at the time we arrived, but Nermina pulled it out of the shop for us to test drive it.She clearly explained all the details that we were confused about, set up all the paperwork very quickly, waited for us to go back to the house and get some of the missing info, and all that with a smile on her face. We ended up buying the car, and we walked out of the building satisfied.

When I purchased my leased vehicle towards the end of my lease I was told that I could use my last prepaid oil change. However, when I went to go use it I was told it had expired.I’ve been a Emich customer for over 5 years and have always experienced issues with their service and communication. I would receive emails from them regarding past vehicles which would cause confusion when scheduling appointments. Now that I own my vehicle I don’t plan on going back.

While the individuals are very pleasant, the organization does not support them. It is difficult to communicate with your tech, my car is frequently kept for a week while parts and service can catch up. I have been going to Emich for over 14 years, this is not a pandemic issue-the service has gotten progressively worse since right before they moved. Most recently I did not want to do an expensive, questionably necessary repair to my 10 yo car and they essentially informed me that they would not honor my warranted-which is extended and not even theirs. This is after they replaced all of my coils and spark plugs and started to have trouble again after less than 5,000 miles. I have been to other places and the repair that they suggest may be helpful but is not necessary. Given their poor performance, it is not a risk I am willing to take with them. I have moved my service and will buy my next vehicle from someone else. Prior to this they had done every single one of my repairs, so there is no room for them to claim that the service was a problem

First time buying a car and they were probably just as excited as me. Matt was really helpful and told me everything about the vehicle I needed to know Answered any questions I had and even some I didn’t. Really nice, stayed late, honest, and a huge Volkswagen enthusiast.

This place was horrible. I already told them what was wrong with the car and they wanted to still charge me $161 for a diagnostic that they could not even do for 5 days. They also wanted to charge $161 per hour for labor. I told them not to do anything to the vehicle and I would handle from there on, due to the ridiculous prices. All I needed was a new lock cylinder (ignition) which they quoted just that at $1400, also saying it would take weeks. Then, they asked if I would sell the car to them for $200! Ended up selling it for $2500. Stay away from this place. Service seemed bad as well. When I walked in the lady at the desk didn’t even look at me and just held up one finger as a “hold on, you’re not worth my time gesture.” Would never recommend this place and don’t even plan on owning a VW again they were that horrible.

I had a great expirence with emich and my representative Collin! The part for my car was on backorder but was unsafe to drive, so they let me use a beautiful courtesy vehicle for over a month at no charge! This is a great value considering the cost of rental vehicles (I live in summit county so everythings 100+ a day)They were really great at accommodating my budget and focusing on the most pressing issues. Even when I came in towards the end of their buisness day to get my car, they were nothing but polite. I couldnt be more satisfied with their services!

I was pretty bummed when I left the store.I ended up going to Volvo and getting a 2021 S60 just a couple days later.

Emich VW is the best VW Dealer and Certified VW Service Workshop, Milo and Jered, both are my go to guys in service, reasonably priced and the whole crew has the best customer service, the sales team is great also very professional and Jeff Quin, one of the financial managers is A-1 when getting you a great interest rate and warranty. I will be back and will be happy to refer people there.

Matt was awesome. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed when I told him what kind of car I was looking for. Matt is great at his job. He was not a pressure sales person. Again he was great. I recommend Matt to anyone.Again my experience was great.

I brought in my 99 Cabrio recently. Overall, I had a good experience with the team there. I ended up only getting some items fixed, as this car isnt my daily and being financially conservative at the moment but they did a great job diagnosing the issues with an itemized list for me to review. Milo was the service manager I communicated with. They were able to send me video footage of the diagnosis by the tech and we could also communicate via text/email for convenience throughout the day. I would highly recommend Emich and their team for their professionalism, great communication, and work on my car.

The mechanics are solid and explain via video what they are seeing. The customer service at the front desk is a bit dry. Overall good experience.

I bought a brand new Atlas a week ago and someone swiped me in a parking lot. I called Emich and was connected with Shawn in the service/body shop department. He was more than accommodating and saw me next day! He was able to look at the car and calm my nerves on the necessary repairs. Shawn went above and beyond and fit me into the schedule to make the necessary repair! Although I did not buy my car from Emich, I will be bringing my car here from now on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I trust their pricing, sales team, and financing. We called Travis because they had a car we were interested in and he pulled the car around for us for when we arrived. It was great seeing the car as we pulled in. Walked into the dealership and found him easily. Cheerful upbeat and easy to talk with Travis got us to the car quickly and we were off test driving.Once we got back my wife and I decided that we would buy. The team at Emich took off to work, entering data, getting the car detailed, connecting with our pre-approval bank.The whole experience took two hours from the test drive to getting both keys and walking out the door.We were very comfortable inside while the team did there work and everyone was nice and professional. If they have a car you are interested I wouldnt hesitate to tell you to go here.Tldr: quick service, buy car here.

Amazing and accommodating especially after my engine died on my car. They were extremely helpful in finding me a car that would fit my needs and helped me get the best deal. Their prices are extremely competitive across the boards. Would buy again from them.
