The measurement and installation process was efficient, and they were there throughout the design and renovation process whenever I had questions. Since I was not working with a general contractor, the owner Al worked well with the other tradesmen to answer questions and coordinate the timing so I was without my kitchen for a minimal amount of time. The price was fair for the granite counter that they cut and installed. Would definitely recommend Bellagio to any Denver folks looking for granite or other stone, and customer service to match.

He walked us around the shop going over various design options and suggestions based on the style and look we wanted. Ultimately, we picked out an exotic black and white granite that he showed us with an amazing finish and stunning modern look. I had Belagio install granite for a rental property of ours. It was a really reasonable price for the project. They had a quick turn around time from the measure to install. The sink was great with the project. Overall I’m satisfied with the project and happy to have worked with them. If you’re looking for a well priced project without a lot of bells and whistles they perfect.

Working with Al was great. They had a beautiful marble in stock that they installed in my kitchen for a couple thousand dollars less than the other quote I got. And once I was ready, they were able to do the job within a couple days.

I called Bellagio Stone when I was getting estimates for a large kitchen granite project. Al, the owner, called me right away after looking at my cabinet drawings and asked all of the questions he needed to in order to be accurate on pricing. He asked when I needed it done, I said within the week, and he told me they would make it happen. The next day I went to his showroom to pick out my slabs. He has a large selection of slabs and remnants for those smaller projects. He had it installed within the week for the exact price he gave me. I dealt w/Bellagio Stone more than once. I had them provide materials for 4 different bathrooms, 2 different kitchens, counter tops and cabinets. They also installed some of these products. I was very happy w/the quality of the materials and the workmanship that was provided. The owner, Al, is a genuine, friendly guy. His prices are very reasonable. He goes out of his way to make the customers happy. Really appreciated his efforts to provide the best for his customers. Selection of the kitchen cabinets are perfect, there are enough choices before one gets lost and overwhelmed. Their granite and quartz counter tops are also plenty. It is a family company. I am renovating a house for resale, and am so glad to have found Bellagio Stone. Al helped me find a beautiful slab of granite and gave me a great bid on fabrication/installation within my budget. When I called them to measure, they were prompt and professional. Although they told me 10 days from measure to install, they had it cut and installed within 7 days (I know, unheard of!!). Everything fit perfectly, looks great, and was at the price quoted, no surprises. I would definitely recommend you check with Bellagio if you are looking for granite slabs or work. We had a lot of difficult cuts in our kitchen and everything fit perfectly. We have only one seem due to a strange counter shape, and it is flawless and almost impossible to see.I cant speak to the experience of the other woman who posted here with the unfavorable review of her experience with Al, but I am a woman and he was nothing but respectful and helpful throughout the process. Not once did I feel as though he was talking down to me or treating me any differently just because I am a woman. He is honest, professional and will offer you his opinion. We had zero issues with our order, it was done when he said it would be, and his crew did an amazing job with installation. I handled this whole install and ordering process myself and Al was wonderful, good humored and answered all my questions happily.He communicated well with me throughout the process and did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would do it. He even invited me to his shop where they do the cutting to choose which parts of the granite I wanted for my island, etc. I had to decline do to a prior commitment, but Al told me that he gets very inspired by the movement in the granite and how the colors play when cut in certain ways. He assured me that he would make it beautiful, and he did. He chose EXACTLY the pieces I would have for my island and sink tops. And he did all this for about $2000 less than the next closest bid. I would recommend Al and Bellagio Stone to anyone and would definitely use them again.

I see lots of negative reviews on home improvement projects all the time and read recently that there’s over 11 million home improvement complaints a year on the BBB so I thought I’d share a a good experience I had with Bellagio stone in Denver.First of all I dealt directly with the owner AL and not 3-4 subcontractors and he has everything from basic to exotic styles of granite and quartz along with lifetime warranty on his cabinets that obviously aren’t the cheap particle board garbage you can get at Home Depot / wayfair / etc, etc...He was at least 15 to 20% cheaper than other companies and even put a 25 year sealer on my granite countertops. AL is straight forward like me and has integrity. Everything he said they would do, they did, and in the time frame he said they would.I was impressed by the entire process but I think when you’re dealing with a mom and pop business and dealing directly with the owner who really appreciates your business it’s always going to be a 100 times better than dealing with commission sales people who only care about their money.Anyway, before you do a kitchen remodel or even replace countertops throughout your home you should go talk to AL at Bellagio stone. He’s a good man and does what he says.

I am very happy that I found Al to help us with our granite install. After going back and forth with two other fabricators, I found him to be the most attentive to our needs and staying within our budget. He was also very easy to work with. We had the unfortunate problem of needing just a little more granite for our kitchen than a slab typically has, and rather than just sell us two slabs Al found us one larger slab that he was able to make work, saving us a lot of money. We visited Bellagio based on the reviews when we were redoing our fireplace. At first they were great--providing direction and recommendations, and when we found a piece of marble at a wholesaler we requested a quote from them. At first, they were very responsive, even asking if we considered some other options as the marble we put on hold was very expensive. I wrote back after looking at some less expensive stone, but having decided on the original, I thanked Al for the discussion, and asked if he could please provide a quote based on the original marble. I heard nothing. I followed up asking for the estimate again a few days later. It has been over one week and I have still not received any reply. I decided to not follow up again- if the company cannot even be bothered supply an estimate (or to at least reply back they are not interested in the job for whatever reason) how can I trust them for an expensive home project? Very disappointing because I really did have high hopes for them based on the initial experience.

Worst experience I have ever had. Granite work was good but cabinet work and installation was horrible. What should have take a few weeks took months and was never completed. Stay away from this place.
