We had a great experience ordering from Mile High Kitchen and Bath. Graham came out helped us with layout and did a full mock up. He provided a quote quickly. We had to wait a little while to order but once we were ready he made sure everything went smoothly. He showed us options and we received everything quickly. The kitchen came out great. I would recommend them to anyone.
Graham and his crew were amazing to work with! We purchased the first set of our cabinets from another company, and had a horrific experience with delays on installing, wrong orders, etc. Graham was able to match the rest of our kitchen cabinets and installed them in half the time the last company did, and at a FRACTION of the price. Graham was a huge pleasure to work with, and I will definitely be referring him out to all of my real estate clients.
I got my kitchen cabinets and counter from MHKB almost 20 years ago and they are still in great shape. Recently we reconfigured some cabinets (our redesign choice, not a quality issue) and in the process needed a piece of facing material to cover an end cabinet that was now going to be exposed. Graham (owner) met me at his showroom on a Saturday to give me that material for free. Cant recommend them highly enough.
Mile High Kitchen & Bath has been wonderful to work with. Overwhelmed with whole house remodel Graham offered an array of ideas and his assistant sent me the virtual ideas that made it clear how my rooms would look. Very patient and helpful.I was trying to squeeze in more cabinets and he very diplomatic shared why I should consider differentlyI am thankful every time there are two or more people in the working area because I listened to his concernsThank you thank you I love my home
Graham is unproffesional, argumentative and lack integrity. Graham measured the kitchen incorrectly and refuses to take back cabinets or trim that will not fit (4 crown with only 1 1/2 ceiling high to top of cabinet?) . So, now my client is stuck with cabinets, crown, panels, lazy susan etc. which she paid the contractor, who signed the Mile Hi Kitchen & Bath Inc., and doesnt get a refund or return for what she spent. Graham worked with another contractor on the design and purchase and did not wait for a review and approval from the client. Now, the client has spent money on a subpar brand of cabinets (she was led to believe she was getting top quality) and it does not match what she thought she was getting. That contractor has been fired and I have tried to work with Graham to resolve the situation. He has refused to waste anymore time on this project!. When I asked about the size descrepencies he seems to blame others. From my point of view he pushed expensive assessories onto the order without clients approval, made expensive measurement mistakes and now, will not follow what his website claims their integrity is about. As a business owner that serves homeowners, I am sad to see this kind of failed service.
Thank you to Graham for being very professional and knowledgeable. Our kitchen looks great. Cabinets and new island added much needed space. Highly recommend!
Graham is probably the most knowledgeable cabinet vendor we have ever worked with, and seems to have access to more options than any where else. He is tucked away right off I-70 and Pecos off the beaten path, but well worth the trip! We highly recommend Mile Hi & have been working with and buying from them for several years now.
Working with this company was one of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had. Graham failed to measure my kitchen appropriately costing me more money in new materials. He will never return emails or calls and will not provide information requested from his clients. We did not receive the 3D rendering of our space, nor did we ever ok the final product before it was ordered and installed, not ok- since it was costing us thousands of dollars. The cabinet quality is mediocre at best and forget ever receiving a reordered cabinet. When I wanted a better cabinet door that was not scratched-which I am owed after all the money I spent on them-I was told it would be three weeks. Three weeks for a regular cabinet is ridiculous. I am amazed that a company can stay in business with this kind of customer service. Do not do business with this company.
I have purchased many cabinets from Mile High Kitchen and Bath, They are the Best!
