I had a hole in my tire from a nail and these guys happily fixed it in less than 24 hours for FREE! I left the tire over night since I dropped it off close to closing and got it in the morning. Staff was so friendly and kind and Felix was so awesome to do this for free. Will be back for future tire needs! Highly recommend.

Nice guys who do the right thing! I came here a couple of years ago and got good service putting some tires on, so I decided to try them out again even after having moved. Everything was done quickly. We did have some miscommunication, but it was rectified immediately and everyone was very polite. I ended up getting a hubcap lost after they put on my tires, and Del the manager offered to replace it for me. They are willing to work with the customer here and make sure youre happy.

I just got a car and needed some work done. I went to a couple of other stores before Big O tires on S. Federal. I decided to let them do the work. They were so helpful and appreciated my business. The sales staff and mechanics were so good, I will never go anywhere else. This guy Alex who does the orders was so cool. I will always go there. I came into the store with a flat tire, and the staff did everything they could to help me. Not only did I feel comfortable in the store, but I also felt really informed on the state of all my tires (not just the punctured one). I came in to have a valve stem replaced on one of my tires. Fransisco took a look at it and determined that it didnt need to be replaced, just tightened. When I asked if I could pick up the tool he used at a local auto parts store, he simply gave me his. Not only was his knowledge and quality of service top notch, but he completely blew my expectations out of the water.Discount Tires quote to replace the valve stem was significantly less expensive than the competition, but more importantly, they didnt try to sell me a part or service that wasnt necessary. I can easily see why this location on Federal Blvd is so highly rated.Dont bother with any other companies if you need tire or wheel service. Just go to Discount Tire. Theyre fair and honest. Especially the location on Federal and Evans. A big thank you to Fransisco for his great service!

They are unprofessional. they brought in a novice and changed the tyres for me. then they damaged a brain at my tire changer. and they didnt even pay. They even talked about asking your uncle to fix it. I dont understand why theres such a big problem and they cant even do it, how can I trust them!

Had to return today after my oil change a month ago because I saw oil leaking in my driveway. Employees are not welcoming. I had asked them to check another issue with my car seat warmer and they dismissed it and states that it was not the fuse, which is what I originally through, but they also offered no other reason or suggestions.They are quick, that is the only positive

I bought a radiator from Big O with a lifetime warranty. The transmission cooling box broke in the radiator. And ruined the head gasket on my van. Big O did try to do some work to the truck but with the transmission cooling box breaking in the radiator. It basically ruined my motor in my van. And Big O Tires in Denver on Evans and Federal. Refuse to do anything about my motor in my van. They did give me $400 back for the repairs that didnt work. And I now have a van that is absolutely worth nothing. Big O Tires on Evans and Federal is the biggest rip-off a consumer could ever encounter! Their staff have no problem lying to your face. And were not very responsive with anything I offered as a compensation situation. I will never ever do business with big old tires again. And I will also inform everybody that will listen that that is not a place they want to do business with!

I have gone to Big O for many years. As you get older snd you are on a fixed income the reasonable prices and open discussion about what the vehicle needs, Big O is the place to go. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

They gave me an outrageous estimate to get new ball joints, CV axle and alignment. I went to Littleton auto care and Victor did all the work with new parts for $350 less than Big Os estimate.

I went to big o’s on federal and was so pleased with their work and help! I for sure thought I was going to have to spend $1000+ on tires and other things that needed to be done and I was prepared to have to put my foot down on someone upselling me on stuff I don’t need...but they were HONEST and didn’t try to “mansplain” me into buying more expensive items for my car or getting work done that wasn’t necessary. My family has gone to this shop for as long as I can remember and I will definitely be returning! If you think you need repairs on your car or if you need new tires but are scared to take your car in because of what the cost/drag might be then I definitely recommend the location on Federal and Jewel . They are quick, honest and very clean/thorough with their work!

My truck was struggling. Now it drives like new. They even loaned me their truck so i could go to work while mine was being worked on.

I was told a part on my car was so bad that an alignment was not possible when I took it in. Went to another mechanic to put in the part. Just to find out that the part was fine and didn’t need to be replaced. So this whole time I went through the hassle buying parts for my car that I didn’t even need. All I needed was alignment but I was almost sold to get the work done for over $1000 and be put on a finance plan. I was lied to and will never return.

I called a bunch of different local shops for quotes to get my snow tires switched over (I already had the tires) and aligned. Everywhere I called gave me ridiculous prices and was booked out for a while.I spoke to Victor here and he got me set up to have them switched today and it was quick. Great price too, significantly lower than anyone else I called.

I came in today thinking that I might have a nail in my tire. They found a screw and were able to mend the tire. Then when I went to pay they said there was no charge. How sweet for them to do this. It might not have been a big job for them, but it definitely made me feel safe to drive the 25 miles home. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Since moving to Harvey Park I’ve been using these guys for all my tire issues. Had a nail in my tire this AM, there were quite a few people ahead of me but they had me ready by the time I was finished eating breakfast! And they didn’t charge a thing! I’ve never had an issue here and plan on going back in the future!

I am what I like to call observant (picky). I did not get fake sales thing when I showed up here. I got integrity sales (got the tires he put on his sisters car, mid grade etc.). Didnt have the tires that I wanted. Put me in a set that was comparable. I could tell by the way they operated I will not be needing to go back all the time because of unnecessary issues. This is because few people work on one car so you dont get the 7th guy misses a bolt thing like at a big oil change company. Used to go to the place nextdoor haha, but I think I will stick with you guys now and bring my truck on through too.

They tried to overcharge me for breaks shocks and struts so I told them I will do them myself so they came and over tightened my lug nuts. I normally wont leave a bad review for a shops prices but I will for their petty actions, I will definitely be taking my truck elsewhere from now on.
