Known as Service Street now place looks beautiful and clean.

They were understaffed, yet each employee was clearly working hard to keep up with all the customers. Everyone took the time to make sure I had been helped. Brian, who looked to be the manager or supervisor, really did a fantastic job handling the whole situation. He was professional, friendly, and eager to help. His leadership, passion to solve problems, and take responsibility was quite nice to see, and made me feel like I was in good hands. Keep up the great work you guys.

I am new to the state and one tire had a slow leak. I thought it would be a good opportunity to try out a new garage for future oil changes/tires and so on. I am giving 2 stars since the employees were very nice but when I went in today at my appointment time, I was told that there was a long wait and basically, they were overscheduled and I would have to wait quite awhile to get my tire looked at. I would have been happy to pay for my leak to get fixed (they offer to do it for free), but at the time that I had scheduled for. It would have been nice if someone called me to tell me that they were too busy before I took time out of my work day to go there.Maybe call before your appointment to make sure that they can take care of you.

One of friendliest experiences i’ve ever had at a tire shop (mostly gone to discount tire so that may explain it) but Brian the manager is great. while fixing a slow leak they accidentally broke the tps sensor. They owned up to it immediately, mistakes will happened. they ordered a new one immediately ant got me in quickly to get it repaired free of charge . Will be back to get tires when needed for sure!

Jesse and Brian were so helpful and full of knowledge about vehicles that I was definitely blown away with these mechanics being able to respectfully charge me and help me out vs the other vibes I had been given before from other mechanics at other shops. Special thanks to those gentlemen for going the extra mile to see me and squeeze my vehicle in, they have really gained a new regular customer. If I could add more stars, I most definitely would. Went in for an oil change and all the staff were very friendly, attentive and fast! Great experience and will definitely be going back for my next oil change.

I had a slow leak on my tire and needed an oil change and new front wipers anyway so I decided to go get everything done at Les Schwab. The service was quick - I dropped my car off for a noon appointment and got a call around 2pm saying that it was ready. They said they had found a screw in the tire and patched it up (a free service) and that they changed the oil. They did not replace my wiper blades even though I had asked but they didnt charge me for it and I was in a hurry so I figured Ill just do it next time. The tire seemed fine and I was satisfied...but unfortunately the next morning the same tire was COMPLETELY flat. I dont know what they did (or didnt do) to make it worse than before. At this point I will use someone else to fix or replace the tire because Im not sure that I fully trust Les Schwab.

The team at this location is seriously AMAZING! They are friendly and efficient. They were able to save me several hundred dollars, and communicated throughout the whole process. Dustin and Garrett, thanks for all your help!

I’ve come here now for 2 sets of tires, a flat and I get my regular oil changes here. I always feel Les Schwab backs up their work. Anytime I have had an issue they are quick to fix it. I love my snow tires and my performance summer tires. Garrett helped me have a good experience here. Will be back soon!

They replaced the lugnuts of one of my tires with odd lugnuts without my consent or knowledge. This is odd for cosmetics of my car. The lugnuts were seemingly forced in hence uneventful aligned. 2 stars is just because they are very friendly

I had such an amazing experience! The manager Garret was very helpful, accommodating and patient with me while choosing my tires.

I ran over a screw and called Les Schwab Tire Center around 5pm (they typically close around 6pm) and they told me to swing by. They patched up my tire in about 30 minutes.Best part... they didnt charge me a penny!Luckily, there was no damage to the tire and it was a relatively easy fix; however, the service they offered was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone and plan on going back if I have another tire issue or need new tires. Thanks again!

Went in last week and one of the guys diagnosed a leaky tire—I was in a rush so he put extra air in it and told me to come back ASAP. Went back in this week expecting to replace my tires. They told me they are still good, removed a nail and patched the tire, and charged me nothing. Always a positive experience at Les Schwab!

I was in need of a flat tire repair before finishing my trip to Breckenridge from KC. As a traveler, Les Schwab was not my first choice (I had never heard of it before), but they will be my first choice going forward. When I went to pay, they told me they fix flat tires for free. Amazing customer experience, from greeting to goodbye. Highly recommend to anyone in need of tire service.

After getting tires there once, Ive never guns anywhere else. They send reminders, check things for free, are quick to get me in and out, and its not expensive. The staff is kind and the facility is always clean.

November I took a car in to have the OEM wheels mounted. A month later while I was driving on the highway the front left wheel came off. Was told by both the cdot employee that found my wheel on the highway and the tow truck driver that the lug nuts were torqued to much. Had to tow my car back to Les Schwab for them to tell me that it was not their fault because I drove the car 400 miles and they watched a video of the employee installing the wheel and he didnt do anything wrong. After paying $383 today for repairs the tire came off the rim while I was driving. I wonder how this is my fault.If you want to almost die while driving you should totally take your car to this location. Also Les Schwab blocked me from calling their customer service number. First photo was from Dec 9th. Wheel came completely off damaged the rotor, fender, and car door. Second photo was from today, 2 miles away from the Les Schwab location.

Ryan over there was fantastic! After taking my vehicle too many other shops Ryan showed me that Les Schwab is the only place I should take my vehicle for tires, front end alignment and tire balancing. Thanks again Ryan!

I was in Denver for the weekend when I discovered that one of my tires had gone flat. Thankfully, I found your location shortly before closing. Despite my late arrival, the manager quickly fit me into the schedule. Rather than recommending a tire replacement, the shop was able to patch my tire (for free!) and send me on my way---within 45 minutes of my arrival. Instead of spending Saturday night in Denver, followed by an expensive tire replacement, I was heading home. Thanks for everything! You will always get my business.

This was my first time going to Les Schwab, and this will definitely not be the last time I go!I had scheduled an appointment to have my shocks inspected. The person that was working on my truck, Brian, was a true professional! First of all, the inspection was on point! Brian inspected ever nook and cranny of my truck and highlighted some things that needed to be addressed sooner rather than later, as well as some things that arent an emergency to address, but should be on my radar.Brians knowledge of Les Schwabs products and knowledge of trucks was flawless! He helped me select a pair of shocks for my truck that would fit my needs bases on what I used my truck for. I could tell/feel that Brian wasnt looking to sell just the most expensive product he could sell. Rather, he was patient with my questions and really took the time to understand my needs. We settled on a set of front and back shocks for my truck, which were installed by Brian.Overall, this has been an amazing experience, maybe one of the best experiences I have had going to a tire center. I would highly recommend going to this location for your tire, wheel, and shock needs. If you get the chance to have Brian help you, know that your needs and worries will be addressed!

I took my Tahoe in on a Friday at 3 pm to repair a U joint. They were very busy but still able to get me in and diagnose the issue quick. Brain was very helpful and efficient with the issue, and stayed late on a Friday to get me back on the road. Highly recommend!

Im not from Colorado. Was here on an adventure with little funds. Their free tire patch policy saved my day. Friendly customer service. If I stay in town, this is where Im getting my new set of tires.

Took my lifted 4Runner to Brian after having my usual shop spend a month scratching their heads about an issue I was having. Not only was Brian able to diagnose it quickly and accurately, he took the time to listen to me and walk me through every detail of his diagnosis. On top of that, he offered additional care & maintenance advice which was sincerely appreciated. Honest & knowledgable, it felt like I had someone on my side genuinely trying to help me - night & day from my usual shop. Definitely won me over. Will be back in future.

I like this location. Very friendly and professional services can be expected. My only gripe is that they are not Tire Rack friendly. They charge extra for tire mounting if you dont buy from them. I would buy from them but they dont take the Goodyear credit card. Im offered 6 months same as cash with that credit card. I paid the money and they provided excellent service.

I have been taking my heavily modified 4runner to Brian for alignments for the last couple years. Its beyond obvious that everybody at Les Schwab cares about the quality of their work, and Ive enjoyed working with Brian and Jesse who make sure everything is done to a professional level. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone and will continue to send business their way.

Full of people that have no idea what they are talking about. I was told that my car was totaled and unsafe to drive and that they wouldnt even touch the car, picked it up and took it to another shop to only find out that I just needed new struts and an alignment? How would that be considered totaled? Dont waste your time or money here. They have no idea what theyre doing.

Took my Toyota 4-Runner in because it was driving oddly and had a lot of maintenance lights on. Brian, who has a solid understanding of Toyotas, was able to get it running again in a short time. When I offered to pay, he said there was nothing to charge for. I tried to give him a tip, but he also politely declined. I will definitely be coming back for my vehicle maintenance of any kind. Really appreciate the service.

Bait and switch is what they tried to do. I took snow tires loose in the car and asked to have them mounted. The price was 80 for all 4 so I agreed and they brought the car inside. After all the wheels were off the car and one tire dismounted the manager came back and said that the price is now over 250 since the tires didnt come from them and they were new. I made them put the car back together and I will never set foot in another Les Schwab.

I had a bolt in my tire and they were able to repair it in less than an hour. I was floored when they told me it was no charge. Im on call tonight and was worried about having car issues, I was so impressed by how quickly they were able to get things done. I will definitely go back when I need new tires; good service goes a long way!

Didnt mind the wait at all just what bothered me that they left a few nasty machine rashes on my black surface wheels on 21 tiguan.

Dont even bother! The tech at this location is extremely patronizing, disrespectful, and the farthest thing from helpful. I took my car in for a simple alignment after having recently replaced the front lower control arms. The tech looked at it for a period of less than 3 minutes, came out and tossed my keys on the table, saying he was not going to touch my car. He claimed it needed to be towed out of there immediately, refusing to tell me what was wrong, despite my repeated requests for more information. I promptly took it elsewhere and had the alignment done--no problem. The fact that he wouldnt even tell me what he thought was the problem, while indicating that it was so dangerous that it was not driveable, was completely unprofessional! He obviously doesnt care about customer service or my business. DO NOT RECOMMEND--go anywhere else!

$56 for a rotate and balance. For a premium price, I would not expect this level of negligence. Grease on the outside and inside the vehicle. Plenty of other places charge nearly half the price and wouldnt expect smudges everywhere

Same experience as the last poster. They refuse to honor their tire warranty. My AWD vehicle had all four tires replaced LESS THAN A MONTH ago. One tire was damaged and Nate, penny-pincher of the year, won’t honor his scam of a warranty. “Replace all four per manufacturer” I asked Lexus and they laughed. They literally said as long as the other tires match and aren’t excessively worn (they aren’t. Less than 500 miles) that’ll be fine. Please consider a different shop for your tire needs. A cheaper place that actually warranties their tires such as Town Fair Tire

I only needed air in all my tires but the service was courteous & friendly. The shop a couple blocks away wanted to charge 5.00. They didnt charge me here and when I I tried to tip the gentleman he declined. The young lady that answered my call was very friendly and professional as well. Next time I come this way I will be stopping to have some work done. Thanks guys, for not acting like putting air was an inconvenience to you 😁👍 See you next month most likely.

Had a front tire that was leaking air. I walked in and was helped immediately. Within 30 minutes they identified a nail in my tire, patched it and had me on my way. When I asked how much I owed, they explained the patch was free.I was having a hectic and stressful day and Les Schwab really helped.

I had a really bad buying experience here in October and I hope it was a one-off. I am from Oregon and grew up with good feelings about Schwab. I went in to purchase tires and got a rundown from an employee of my options. Numbers like 60, 65, and ”70 were written down on the quotes in bold. Its been a while since I bought tires...I thought those were prices! It was never explained that was the milage (in thousands) they were guaranteed for and never was given a final price prior to commiting. I picked one based on employee description--not knowing I had picked one of the especially premium options. Paid WAY more than I wanted and got crazy-beefy tires.Please make sure your employees always give a final quote to customers. Super important. I was made to feel silly for my mistake afterwards and no one offered a do-over; I left absolutely sticker shocked. Others may not be able to afford such an error.

Im not typically one to write reviews, but its not common that I recieve such kind customer service. I dont live near a Les Schwab, but Ill take my car to one if I find myself outside my home city in the future.

I was having a hard time determining what tires I was going to get because they were a fairly uncommon size (33 12.5 width R17). Im not sure who i spoke to at Les Schwab but they understood my problem. After pointing me to a similar size (285 70 R17) I was able to see a lot more options. He recommended the Open Range A/T tires. Super thankful he recommended them, they are so much quieter and a smoother ride. The lighter tire has also prevented the back gate of my jeep from rattling so much (if you know, you know).The guys there were also able to fix my back wheel cap where the screw threading has always been too loose from the manufacturer. Huge pain that is finally fixed and off my mind.

Had a tire leaking air, dropped off my car as a walk-in this afternoon. They get to it not more than 2 hours later, and call me over as they can’t find the adapter for the wheel lock.I do some running around, come back with the part, and they literally pull my car right in the garage. 15 minutes later the screw is removed, tire is patched, and they didn’t charge me a dime for anything.Great service, great people, I’ll absolutely be back.

Beyond impressed with the level of customer service this team offered. I recently had a flat tire but was also due for new tires all around. They gave me options to fix or replace, yet did not pressure me into buying today since the tire was able to be repaired. I was ready to purchase if that happened to be my only option; however, if not, it wasnt imperative due to the stay at home orders. What really surprised me is that they did not charge me whatsoever. I will most definitely be back soon to purchase my tires from these guys-- a true example of how you do customer service and acquisition.

WORST customer service. Sales person was unwilling to help even though we were willing to pay for 4 brand new tires and give them business. he didn’t take the time to look at our vehicle, walked away while we were trying to address him and it felt like he was racially profiling us.

Great costumer service! Jesse did a fantastic job in explaining everything so even i would understand. He did not try to sell me anything i didn’t need but made me aware of all things recommended! Brian then did a great job executing! I’ll definitely be back!

Got there an hour before closing just to get some tires put on my truck when I went into shop I thought I got lucky there was only one customer in the place waiting, so it was pretty empty when I asked to get my tires put on the guy says well i dont have space for you at all this whole hour we are booked. When I left I looked around there was 3 cars in the shop area and one was getting put back together like it was gonna be done and there was no other cars hanging around at all. So im confused on how I couldnt get help. I called up another tire shop, peerless tires 4 less to be exact and they were closing the same time and i asked if they would have time to install my tires since they would be closing soon and the guys tells me we arent thinking about closing, we are thinking about mounting your tires for you. So again pretty bad service coming from here if they were empty and couldnt help at all i also drove 15 mins out of the way and still got helped.

This location was amazing! We were out of town from Utah and our brand new tire was leaking pretty badly. We called a lot of places who all told us they were completely booked up, but Les Schwab got us in, and found that it had a bad valve stem. The staff was so friendly and helpful! And the replacement valve service was complimentary so there was no charge! Incredible service!!! Thank you Les Schwab!

I had a dead battery and my engine would not even turn over. I called Les Schwab and within 10 minutes Marco was super helpful. They drove down to my house and gave me a jump and followed me back to the shop to ensure I made it there. They took my car right into the garage and provided me with a new battery. This was all done and taken care of within an hour. I have also had my tires serviced for a flat. They are professional and quick.

Went there to get tires rotated and brakes done. They told me 2 1/2 hours it should be done. It took them 8 hours. I recommend not going here.

Les Schwab never fails to deliver excellent service with friendly staff. They saved me $600 by informing me of work that isnt really necessary that the dealership was trying to get me to do on my alignment.

The reviews looked awesome so I gave it a try and Im so glad I did! They got me in as a walk-in appointment in and out within 45mins for brake check, tire rotation, and flat tire inspection all for FREE. And they were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Ran over a nail last night and immediately called Les Schwab on Federal to see if they could take a look at it. Even though it was within an hour of them closing, they still told me to come on by and they had no issues taking a look. They found the nail and said they could patch it the next morning, no problem. I brought it back first thing this morning and they took care of everything! Everyone was so nice and the store itself is very well kept. When the time comes for new tires, I will come back to this Les Schwab!

Great service! Very helpful staff. I went in after work and the walk-in wait time was a little too long for me so I made an appointment for the next day. They took my car in promptly when I arrived for my appointment. I hate when places make you wait especially when you made an appointment. They were friendly and repaired my tire really quickly. I definitely recommend this place for any of your tire/other automotive needs. This was the smoothest auto repair experience Ive ever had.

Great service

I made an appointment to just get my tires rotated and balanced on a service plan I had bought. But after an hour of waiting and having not seen my truck move I got my key back and left. They still have pop corn and coffee and wifi which is worth 2 stars but the service is missing. They completely over booked their time and I got the impression that this is normal for them. My experience was that the appointment did not ensure the work would be done when promised.I had bought my tires here with a service plan this summer. They got me in at then fast. and installed the tires and my ride has been better.I was in Colorado Springs and went to the Les Schwab shop and had my tires rotated and re-balanced in less than one bag of pop corn.Still can not keep appointments. Waited an hour again and left

I had an appointment for yesterday and the machine to do the alignment broke. One day later its fixed and David And Jesse from the shop called me to bring it in. I was upset last night that I couldnt get the new tires I bought aligned, but David and Jesse and their great staff are going to take care of me. They didnt break the machine so I cant blame them. Great work fellas. See you soon.

Brian is the one who helped me with my truck and he was unbelievably helpful and honest. I had a lot of questions and he really helped me understand what needed to be done as well as what was unnecessary. That’s huge for me because I don’t know anything about cars and the fact that he was so honest was very comforting. I will continue to go to this Les Schwab as long as he’s here!

AWESOME service

This review will be based on price and value only, can’t comment on workmanship and quality. Brought my own 18 inch winter tires for seasonal change, they asked $50 for each wheel that’s $200 total. You can probably purchase a winter set for that amount. Please shop around and don’t overpay for something that should cost no more than 80 or 100.

This place is fantastic! The employees are helpful and friendly and will go far out of their way to be of service. Please please please consider them for you next set of tires + service. Tho I live across town, I will make an effort to come back!

Im from the east coast visiting my son and his family. Got a flat tire that needed a plug. My son told me what a great experience he has had at Les Schwab so we took my tire to them after another tire place wanted $30 to fix it. They had it fixed in half an hour and offered to remount it for me as well. Total cost was zero dollars. Very friendly and professional. Wish we had these guys in Delaware.

Sometimes you wonder where to get good customer service? Les Schwab Tires has to be one of the best. Friendly people, Jessica and Francisco, at this location. They fixed a spare tire that I had for no cost and helped me attach it back to the car. All of this and I didn’t even purchase my tires at Les Schwab. I definitely will be buying my next tires here though.

Always busy, no reception guy. You have always walk to guys who are working in the garage and ask them. Went there twice and seems they are busy I understand that! Not returning to this brunch!

Ed and Scott are the best! They treat their customers with friendliness, and are knowledgeable and dont try to sell you stuff you dont need. Very HONEST guys!! We have been dealing with them since shortly after they opened. In that time we have had numerous vehicles worked on, tires bought, front end work, and I can go on. We have tried their patience a few times I am sure, but these two have NEVER done us wrong. In fact my brother in law, 2 sons, a sister in law, my brother, mother, and who ever else we have sent there has nothing bad to say about them. I am sure we have spent a substantial amount of money at this shop. They also helped solve a bad problem that happened at another location and made the scenario good. I cant believe that anyone could ever have a bad experience at this location. Kudos to these two for all they do for their customers.

****Update- received an apology from the manager of the store. They also offered some comp work and free alignment to make up for their over site. I appreciate that they were able to own up to this and follow up with me in a professional manner.----------------------------These people almost got me killed!I went in yesterday for an alignment on a car I was going to purchase and to have them check out brakes, battery, etc.They told me that they could not do the alignment without replacing my front control arms and wanted to charge $550. I just took it to a volvo mechanic for the engine inspection and the control arms are fine.However they did discover that the front tie rod was bent into a V shape. My guess is they didnt even lift the car up!I guess if the tie rod had broken while I was driving I could have tested out Volvos awesome crash test record!The other kicker-They told me my battery and struts are fine- which they arent. If they wanted to make money off me they could have found an actual problem, there were plenty to choose from. I know you do a free safety inspection, but maybe you should ACTUALLY DO IT...who knows could save a life some day.

Very happy to live right next to them. I came in right before they closed with a nut jammed into a flat tire and they repaired it in 20 minutes free of charge! Will be coming back for all tire needs and winter tires soon.
