I have been ripped off by many mechanics over the years which has made me very cautious of who I trust my vehicles with. Since I have started taking my vehicles to this location I have had nothing but positive experiences. They are extremely cost competitive and do an amazing job. Not only that, they make my son feel so welcome there he gets excited to go to Brakes Plus.

I called as soon as they opened and asked if they had availability to do an oil change, brake replacement and wheel alignment. They said yea it’d be done by the end of the day. So I dropped my car off at 9am. By 3pm I hadn’t heard anything so I called and they said my car was next. I headed over around 530 because I hadn’t heard an update and knew they were closing soon. As I rolled up I saw they were working on my car. After about 15 mins they told me yes I need new brakes and all they did was an oil change and wanted me to make an appointment to come back. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. They gave me the oil change for free which I am very appreciative of, but don’t say you can do something when you can’t. I waited around all day. A little communication would have been nice. Won’t be using them again.

Dont bother to make an appointment its 1st come 1st serve. I had an appointment for one oclock and every customer that was there as a walk in got to go before me thats the definition of 1st come 1st serve. My car finally made it into the Bay after 230 when I was the last person. After the brake job was done I am driving and hearing a swiping Squealing sound as you drive. Great guess I will take it to just a different shop too get it looked at tomorrow

The team here, led by Adam Parsons, the GM was stellar. They went above and beyond to install new brakes, not upsell me and explain it all in very clear and kind manner. Excellent customer service from the moment I dropped my car, until pick up. Highly recommend.

Rating may be high but my experience was different. I spent almost 4k for maintenance. I got the car,drove home just to realize that some parts removed were not replaced. My car is not driving smoothly. I gave a call, return and waited for 45+ minutes. Staff were smoking, chatting and I could see an empty spot.On the other hand, I previously used the Tower Rd brakes plus who equally didnt return removed parts.I think this is very odd. I have pictures of what I am writing.I dont think brakes plus give attention to details.

This shop saved us. We were at a wedding from out of town and couldnt get a part we needed. We ordered it and got it from a warehouse.This shop immediately installed it for us so that we could continue our trip. Jason installed the part... right then and there.We made the wedding and made it home from out of state.. If you need any assistance or repairs in Denver. This is the place that I would go to... again and again.Thanks to Jason for his service! Professional and courteous. Top notch!!.

I recently had the Wheel bearing go out on my 2005 Dodge ram, after an unsuccessful DIY attempt, I was glad to find Adam and his crew. Not only did they fix my truck faster than expected it was also the same price he told me on the phone as it was when I picked it up. Im sure everyone has experience the opposite at other Automotive places. Jason was the tech that worked on my truck he did a great job and is an up and coming mechanic, he looks 16 but Im told hes older. 👌 Everyone that I came in contact with was amazing and very professional. Kudos to Adam and his crew. Great job Jason could not be happier.

I liked the friendly God like quality of the way I was treated. They told me everything about the problem and the solutions to fix it! I didnt have to wait long and I personally was well accommodated for. On top of all that the whole visit was free including the labor to replace the old bulbs with the new ones I provided.

Made an appointment for 9am to have brakes replaced (pads and rotors). Got a ride home quickly but then waited at home until 4:30 pm to be picked up even though my car was ready earlier. It was my day off and when I scheduled the work I was told three hours to replace the brakes so I made another appointment for that afternoon which I had to reschedule while I was stuck at home waiting for them to pick me up. Also, if you have respiratory issues or dont feel good around air freshener, stay away as they use a huge plug in air freshener in the bathroom and the odor from those toxic devices stinks up the entire waiting room. If I had to sit and wait for my car there, Id be in the emergency room now. Nice guys who work there but the place reeks of fragrance and you never know how long it will take to get picked up and taken back to get your car. A wasted day off. Would not go back.

I’ve been going here for a few years. After being taken by several shops in the area, I was the typical skeptical woman. But the crew here always treat me right, are timely and correct the problems. You can trust Adam and his crew at Break Plus!

The employees were really nice but after they told me my rotors needed to be machined and they performed the service my entire vehicle started shaking because the rotors warped. Had to replace everything when it wasnt a problem before, costing me hundreds for no reason

After discovering that the road-side assistance who put on my spare stripped two of the lug nuts, my tire place referred me here to get them replaced before they could put on the new tire. It was very unexpected and it being my only transportation I was stressed. The tech and manager were so helpful in getting me in that day even though they were completely booked and getting it done before my tire place closed. They also did not charge me for the service and went ahead and put the tire on for me so I didnt have to go back to the other place. These guys really went above and beyond to get me back on the road!

Service was quick and professional. Had to order parts but even with my oversized box truck they took care of us quickly and efficiently. Pretty sure our tech was Jason and the dudes a legend would recommend him.

Our experience was great from start to finish. Travis is so easy to work with and Adam did an amazing job on our Subaru. ! Well continue to bring our cars back to Brakes Plus as its always a pleasant experience.

After my previous review and experience, I am very impressed with the professionalism and care that went into correcting the issue. Adam and Jihuan were great to work with in correcting my issues. Adam reached out immediately once he saw the review. He was extremely professional, apologetic, and wanted to do everything he could to correct the problem and my experience overall. They had me bring my car back in the next day to correct it. It was determined that the issue was being caused by the new tires and a valve stem rubbing on the brake caliper causing a vibration. Knowing this definitely put my mind at ease and provided confidence in the work completely and the overall safety of the vehicle. I really appreciate how genuine and sincere they were with me, my vehicle, and the issues that had occurred. With all of this in mind, I would definitely recommend this Brakes Plus to anyone. It is hard to find companies now a days that understand customer service and want to go above and beyond to help you but more than that, are willing to admit fault and work to correct it immediately. Very satisfied!

I had an appointment set up with Cadillac the next day stopped by Breaks Pluss to see if they could fix something small on my truck, Adam and Cody misdiagnosed my truck having me spin well over $5000.Adem with beaks plus on Evens and Colorado Constantly had me come in back-and-forth and to his shop them not fixing nothing constantly giving me the runaround talking about parts is on the way all I want is a refund for what I paid for and Adam turned around and turned back took back from me. I spent over $5000 with Breaks Pluss and they misdiagnosed my truck and keep giving me the runaround I will be contacting Better Business Bureau along with speaking with upper management again in person. Never again will I go to any of the breaks pluses here In town. Stick with your first mind, and go with the Dealership, breaks Pluss ant worth our hard earned money.

Work was good people are good. The inventory lacked. I set an appointment gave the person all the info of vehicle count needed. The expectation is with an appointment the work will be completed same day, not that youll have to leave it overnight since the part that has already been removed is not available.

We had a problem with our Toyota 4Runner that needed an urgent electrical repair. We walked into Brakes Plus and talked with Travis. He was great.He diagnosed the problem quickly and got right to work fixing it.The BP team had our car fixed and ready to go in just a couple of hours and now the car works perfectly.Thanks Travis for your help.

My gas gauge was broken and they fixed that and so much more so fast! They replaced the fuel pump, as well as the axle shaft, air filters, changed the oil, and replaced the wiper blades, all in a day. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and supportive. Cody who I worked with was incredibly helpful. Having a car that isn’t working properly can be really stressful and everyone felt like they were there to help. Definitely go here if your car is needing work!

They squeezed in an inspection of my car at the end of their day which I was extremely grateful for and they stayed after until the repairs were complete. Ive been coming to this Brakes Plus location for years for all of my vehicles in my family and I couldnt be happier about how this location operates. Adam, the manager, and his team are the BEST and they always have been professional and caring with servicing and maintaining our cars. When ever you come in to pick up your car, they tell you, if you have any issues or questions after your service, to give them a ring and theyll take care of it. And they do. They have kept my 95 Honda accord running smoothly and I wouldnt take it anywhere else. I trust this team and location entirely because of their OUTSTANDING service and you too can trust them to take care of you and your vehicle.

I came to this location for new brake pads. The staff was friendly and I did not have many issues with the appointment process (aside from my car being done later than I was told).However, after taking my car here, the check engine light has been on and my radio is not working. These issues occurred the day after I picked my car up. I took my car back the next week hoping they would be able to diagnose and fix the problems, since they started right after they worked on my car. Unfortunately, I was told to take my car to the dealership because they are not able to fix the radio issues. They were able to remove the check engine light, but now it is on again. There was not a diagnosis given for the check engine light being on in the first place.It is not a coincidence that these issues happened the day after my car was worked on. Very frustrating.

I had to make an unexpected visit to Brakes Plus to fix an issue caused by a different shop. Upon entering the store, I was immediately helped by Adam and Brie. I was not expecting great customer service from a repair shop. These two associates and the mechanic went above and beyond my expectations to get my vehicle repaired and back on the road in less than an hour. I will be using Brakes Plus in the future. I decided to seek out a different option after my dealership quoted me $850 for spark plugs and an oil change. I stopped at brakes plus for a quote and it was half the price of the dealerships for same quality parts and service. A couple hours later, they were done and I saved $400+. Adam was very knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Had no intention of overselling me and left me with the info I needed to know exactly when I would need to do tires and brakes in the future. Overall good experience and I will be back soon to do brakes.

I really wanted to give Brakes Plus 5 stars. I really enjoyed the professionalism, courtesy and communication that they showed me. I was much less a fan of the overcharged price quote, which was several hundred dollars more expensive than the dealerships quote when I called them the same day. I was also frustrated when I took my car to the dealership for a follow-up, and the dealership indicated that Brakes Plus assessment of further maintenance work may have been inflated.So while I cant speak to whether or not Brakes Plus performed extra maintenance that wasnt strictly needed, I dont know. But I can tell you that the dealership price for replacement struts and shocks was several hundred dollars below Brake Plus quote, which is why I will go back to using the dealership.

Brie and Travis were exceptional to work with. Even when I was rude and frustrated they remained professional and worked with me. They helped me a lot and it was an overall great experience.UPDATE: my brakes were installed upside down. It has caused a terrible screeching sound and was very dangerous. Damaged my brand new rotors and have to spend 2 Saturday mornings waiting for them to fix it. The first time I went back they said a pin was out of place. But it continued and when I took it back in, finally someone noticed they were on backwards. Anyone could put brakes in the wrong way. Seems like a ridiculous mistake at a brake shop....

The mechanics here are always helpful and polite. I have taken my car to various Brakes Plus throughout my life and always get great service on my car. I love that they will do a full diagnostic on a car for $98. I will be using it this week for a thorough going over on my newly purchased warrantied Forester so I can have the mechanics at Icar quickly repair whats needed.

We are from Texas and driving here, our windshield wiper fluid froze up bc we don’t typically use antifreeze it Dallas! So you can imagine the disaster after we drove through our first snowstorm! Travis was very professional. I came in soon as they opened and soon as the scattered traffic cleared they took care of my alignment within 45 mins of arriving, even gave me a discount for not being able to service my vehicle for the scheduled 8am appt due to their parking lot being a little over crowded.

This particular shop is my favorite place to go when I have a light come on or an issue that needs to be addressed. They are very thorough in their explanations, they have photos of the parts of cars to better explain whats going on, they stay in touch with estimated wait times, fair prices, and are taking precautions with COVID - much appreciated! Ya know when you find a good connection and you never let them go? These are my car maintenance people :)

A Christmas miracle!!!! I have to give a shout out to Adam at this location. I got in my car about 12:30 today to start my holiday activities. My car was dead would not start. I called Adam and he asked what noise the engine was making. As we both suspected it was hopefully just a dead battery. I explained that I have a friend coming to give me a jump. He shared bring it on by and we will see what we can. He shared that if he could not get to it today (Christmas Eve), they would get to it first thing on Saturday. I dropped my car off about 1:00 and went to lunch with my friend. When I arrived just after 2:00 he told me that my care was ready to go. Now I wont be stranded over the holiday weekend. As stated in other reviews, this place is notorious for telling you you need 1 part, then proceed to install it, only to add after the fact that you need a $1200 replacement part. They desperately try everything in their power add additional work as if theyre trying to hit some sort of quota.I came here out of a recommendation and now I cannot fathom how this is the highest rated Brakes Plus in the Denver area.Maybe come here for an oil change? But Im sure theyll just install a new timing belt so youre stuck having to pay them.

The overall time of the service was around twenty minutes which is much faster than most services I have been to in the past. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this location.
