Was so very pleased with the kind and courteous professional advice I received from Jeremiah about my Volvo XC90....after giving my car a total once over I decided not to follow through with the needed repairs . The cost would have outweighed the value of the car ....Jeremiah informed me of every possible option and cost, and allowed me the time I needed to make a decision ! I have never had such a great experience at any shop in my life !

I won’t take my vintage Mercedes anywhere else. The experience was positive all around. I have been to several garages with my vehicle and AutoImports was far and away the best.Price was fair and everything was explained beforehand.Scheduling was prompt and repairs were completed within the timeframe described.Staff was friendly and helpful.

Not being familiar with Mini I wanted to take my wifes car someplace that specialized. The car was at 75k, purchased from Carmax 2 years ago so I wanted good service maintenance, brake check, and other recommendations. They could have easily told me my brakes needed done but was straight with me - good pads on rusty rotors. Didnt try to see me anything which I appreciated. He did notice some cracks on some belts which I had done bc it was time and we do a lot of driving. Id use them again and recommend you give them a shot if you need/prefer a specialist.

I recently took my car in for repair and Dominic was extremely helpful and provided great service at a great price. I had a fantastic experience. I plan on returning to AutoImports for all my car service/repair needs in the future.

I have a 2009 Rang Rover that required quite a bit of work. I thought I knew what needed to done on it but after a initial check of my concerns and a diagnostic test they were able to know exactly what needed to be replaced and did the job at a fair price. I plan to take it in again to have further work done. A very satisfied customer indeed!

I had asked for an estimate to fix the stripping on the driver-side door which is falling off. I did not receive an estimate. Otherwise, everything was fixed and I passed the CO Emissions test.

These guys are great. I couldn’t find a ride so I had to wait while they serviced my vehicle. Dominick got right on it and had me out of there in about 1.25 hours for an oil change and a fuel filter change on a TDI. Excellent work.

AutoImports of Denver put in a brand new clutch and flywheel on my 2007 BMW 530xi. They quoted me a very good price and did the entire job in 2 days. They gave me a shop loaner to get by and Kris kept me informed on the progress of the repair. His mechanic, Dominic did a fantastic job. He even found a leak with the oil pan gasket and replaced it at the same time.Now the car drives like a brand new BMW. This is our 3rd visit to Kris shop and we will be back for sure! I don’t know if these guys are incompetent or scam artists but they quoted me $181 and told me it would take 30-45 minutes to replace a headlight bulb. $20 and 10 minutes later I had it done myself. Save yourself some time and money and find yourself an honest mechanic. There are plenty in Denver.

I gave 5 star service because this shop offers expert mechanic work with fair and honest service. Besides thorough maintenance for my Audi Q5, Jeremiah recently replaced the engine with a used one and there has been no problems so far.

Jeremiah is the best. Chris is the other best. Prompt, professional and straight forward. Their work is always done right the first time. Ill go back.

Traveling in a Mercedes sprinter rv and had a squeaky brake sound. Scheduled a week ahead of time when we were coming through Denver. auto imports was able to accommodate our timeframe and checked out the noise before we drove back to North Carolina. Dominic resolved the problem quickly. Would recommend and appreciate their help since we were not local.

These guys are great! Kris, Jeremiah and Dominic are all top notch. I have taken my vehicles to them many times--always excellent work with a personable touch. From replacing a light bulb or doing an oil change to major work, i.e., transmission, engine work, they do it all.Theyll give me a heads up on what might be coming down the road thats necessary; I like that, so I can plan ahead. Glad I found them after having a not so great experience elsewhere.

We had a great experience working with Automotive Imports. Josh went out of his way to make the deal work and prepare the vehicle for us. I highly recommend these guys. They are passionate about what they do.

DO NOT GO HERE! $450 for a new battery because of necessary testing. We went in and explained that the battery was not holding charge and specifically requested that they test just the battery and if needed replace it. THAT WAS IT!! We get a call 2 days later. . . they pulled apart the whole dash and panels and were testing the whole car AFTER they already tested the battery and found problems with it. They did extra unauthorized testing and labor without fixing the problem. Doubled our quote. THEN they asked if they could replace the battery(which was our original request). Once again doubled our quote. We got our car almost 4 days later and a $450 bill for a new battery!!!!! I could have done it myself for $60. The whole bill was testing and charging our car and waiting until the end to actually fix what we already knew what wrong. I do NOT recommend this company. I do not think that they have ethical policies. I feel very taken advantage of and hope that others do not experience the same.

I have been taking my BMW X3 here for several years when it needs oil changes and other work. AutoImports is definitely my preferred place to take my BMW over the larger place on Colorado Blvd due to customer service and honesty and quality in the work they do.

Randy and Kris were thorough and knowledgeable in their assessment of my car, and were very upfront about the costs, which I very much appreciated. I ended up needing a new alternator as well as service on my A/C, both of which AutoImports completed right away so I didnt have to wait long. These guys know what theyre doing and are considerate of their customers. Recommended place to go if you need quality service on imported cars.

The heat in my VW TDI was not working, which is rough when getting into the winter season. I cold called them up and was able to drop my car off the next day. Besides driving to and fro, since I did not have a vehicle, the team there kept me up to date with options and their opinions of what I should do to keep my car at the best level.Though expensive, as is anything that has a German brand in the name, they do good, quick work and I can survive the winter.

Chris and the guys at Auto Import went above and beyond for me over the past few months.First they honored a portion of a warranty that was 2 years expired to fix my water pump. Then after the pump was fixed a leak was created from the new higher pressure in the system. They took it upon themselves to replace the faulty part and fix the leak. I believe that any other auto shop would have expressed that this was a completely different issue and would have charged me parts and labor. This was not the case. RUN RUN RUNI took my wifes Rover and told them a friend said the suspension Air Compressor was out. They said they had to charge me $200 to diagnose the problem then told me the air compressor was out. (Duh) They told me it would cost 1800 to fix as the part was expensive and the labor intensive AND they had to do a software upgrade. I called my buddy and he said they were taking me for a ride and to go elsewhere, so I paid the $200 and took it elsewhere. The othe place said I could told buy the part at NAPA for $700 and they would put it in for $150. When I said software upgrade THEY LAUGHED and said someone was feeding me malarkey.ITS HARD TO FIND A GOOD, HONEST MECHANIC. THIS IS NOT ONE.WILL ROMERO

Auto imports saved us a ton of money! We had an oil leak and another shop wanted $7,000 worth of repairs! We found Auto Imports and they fixed the problem for under $500!! They were fast and very friendly!!! Love these guys! Will definately go back again!

I have spent almost $3000 with your company this year to repair my vehicle. Twice after major repairs I had the bring the vehicle back because the problem still existed. I get that some things may get overlooked and mistakes happen, but for the money I was spending I would have thought it would have been checked and then double checked. I have a feeling that this last visit to have my cooling system looked at, it really wasnt the radiator that was cracked, it was the pressure valve. I say this because after spending over $900 to have it fixed, I drove it home only to have the exact same leak that I had to take the time to bring it back to your shop and they told me it was that valve. Not really sure how that would have been overlooked if the vehicle was checked after the repair was completed.

I was happy to find Auto Imports 3 years ago when I found out I needed to replace my whole engine. According to McDonald Audi my engine block was cracked and I needed to replace the engine with new. The price was a staggaring 8500.00. It was not worth it to me considering I still owed money on the car. Luckily, after months without a vehicle I found Auto Imports. Chris the owner offered me solutions that made sense and were extremely cost affective compared to McDonald Audi. Chris and his team did an amazing engine replacement procedure. I did have to return a few times after but it was only for minor adjustments that is common with a huge repair. I can vouch for Chris and say that as of today he has always made things right. His latest improvements that I have noticed are more auto technicians for a quicker turn around.

Where to begin! I own a 996 Porsche Turbo. I have used a local Porsche dealership for years. I have changed with one phone call to Auto Imports of Denver. My story begins with a leak found between the transfer case and transmission of my car. The dealership stated that Porsche does not train or supply replacement seals for this type of repair. They advised me the only repair is to replace the transmission and transfer case directly per manufacture recommendations. Keep in mind the car works perfectly with the exception its just a bad seal leaking out the fluid. The Porsche dealer handed me an estimated quote. 21 to 26,000.00 dollars. Thats when I found Auto Imports of Denver and talked to Jeremiah. Sorry if I misspelled the name. He listened to my concerns and without a hesitation assured me he could fix the leak. I deal with customer relations on a daily bases, I could tell this man knew without a doubt what he was talking about. For that I handed my keys and car into the care of their company. They kept me informed when parts were ordered all the way to the pickup. I received a call from Jeremiah after he was able to start the actual repair. Not only was it fixed right but he found the problem that led to the leak. Turns out a bracket had worn out bushings that caused the stress to the transmission. They could have kept that to themselves and not said a word. But this company is honest and found the cause. The bracket was replaced and I will probably never have the issue return. I want to say thank you so much for fixing my car. I drove it hard and its solid as a rock, you Jeremiah know exactly what you are doing when it comes to Porsches. If you have not had a raise in awhile you deserve one. I am part of an elite car club here in Denver I have spread the name and integrity of your company. The cost of this repair was change compared to the dealership. All this was done in less then three days! These guys even stuck around after closing for me to pick up my car before the weekend. My VW Passat was due for an oil change. I also wanted them to take a look at my steering because i felt it was loose. I wanted to be sure nothing was wrong with it.Since my car is beyond warranty i wanted to checkout a repair shop and avoid the dealerships service which most owners know can be expensive.I call this shop and spoke to Kris the owner. He quoted me $100 for the oil change and told me his guys will check steering system to see if there were any issues while they had the car up for changing oil. He said that they do that the steering system inspection for free. Also told me it would take one hour.But at the end of the service he charged me $146.98 for the oil change. I can understand if the quote is a few dollars off because of taxes and such, but the quote to be almost 47% off than what was quoted was beyond reasonable. This is bait and switch.So many oil changes in my life and not once has a shop changed the cost of an oil change. An oil change is a basic service. You have to be able to correctly quote what you are going to charge for an oil change. In the end I paid $146.98 dollars for an oil change. That is very, very expensive for a street driven, midsize sedan. Plus its more than what the dealership would have charged me oil change + inspecting my steering system.Plus the service took almost 2 hours. If i had known it would take this long i could have planned to leave my car. Added to that Kris, the owner, does not like to use the air conditioning as he gets cold very easily. So the waiting room is kept very, very warm. Its really tough to wait in there for almost 2 hours.All in all, a very bad experience. This place is a rip off. Chris is a jerk. I spent over 2K to get a coolant leak fixed and it just got worse after each of the 3 times I took it to them. In fact after taking it to them one of the 3 times my speedodimeter stopped working and it had a flat tire. They would not guarantee their work and wouldnt fix it without saying they may have to charge again. Im taking it to the BBB and to court

The place is great and they really know what they are doing and I can always trust them with my import.

I did not have the same good experience as many other reviewers here. I called the shop for a quote to replace the lower control arms on my 06 Range Rover Sport and was given as estimate I was OK with. On the day I brought the vehicle in, I got a call in the afternoon that some bolts were siezed (I later discovered it was a common issue on my vehicle) and that it would cost an additional 2 hours of labor (Approximately ~$200 more than quote). When I went to pick up the vehicle it was so out of alignment that numerous sensors were going off. I had to drive my truck home with the steering wheel turned almost all the way left and multiple sensors going off because the shop said they do not have the equipment to properly align Land Rovers. This is also when I found out the alignment wasnt included as it is in most front end jobs. I guess I should have clarified. I ended having to take the vehicle to the dealer for alignment for an extra few hundred dollars. This shop is certainly not Land Rover experts. I thought I would save some money by buying my own parts and having this shop install it, but in the end the job ended up costing more than the dealer would have charged and the dealer would have done it right the first time.

Took my wifes X3 in for new shocks and struts, Spoke with Chris over the telephone told him what I wanted in terms of OEM. He ordered them, replaced them. Overall good experience. Was in an out in 2 days.

I have been going to Auto Imports (Federal and Hampden) for a number of years and always enjoyed the experience. I have had them work on VWs Audis, and BMW vehicles. Each time I was satisfied with the results. I have sent other friends in for their service needs as well. To date I do not believe anyone has had a bad experience. I would highly recommend this facility for your service needs.

I have a BMW 2007 328i. I first came to autoimport because of the electronic problems with my car. The trunk was closed but the warning light kept popping up that it was open. Also the control buttons for my windows and two rear view mirrors were also not working. They were abled to fix those and now they are working fine.Because of the pleasant first impression, I came back the second time to get 100,000k maintance services on my car. They gave me a work order with the estimated amount for all the parts and labors. I liked that they did their best to explain what they would be doing to the car and asked for my approval everytime.Overall, Im satisfied with the performance, I recommend Chris and his technician team, and I will be coming back here for future services.
