Cory, the manager, was an a**hole. Not remotely apologetic about us having to wait 30 to get basic help. He spent nearly all that wait doing one customer return. Clearly this stores operations are poor, expect to wait for assistance and resistance to getting money back.

Very nice experience, knowledgeable staff, no pressure environment. Kim was a great help and made us feel very relaxed with the process. Even though we did not end up going with Sleep Number, I would not hesitate to recommend that anyone check it out and ask for their help. The product is fantastic, just not for my personal needs.

Craig helped me choose the right mattress for my needs. He was courteous and not pushy at all, which I appreciated. I pulled the trigger and cant wait to get my mattress!

Shopping for a new bed was very easy and painless. Making a decision on buying a new bed is important, and the staff in the sleep number store on S Colorado was very informative and thoughtful. I am in sales, and I never felt I was being sold to. The interest in what caused us to come to the store, and what we were trying to change in how we slept was strong and focused. We learned a lot, and really thought about what we wanted and what was important. Highly recommend this store and sleep number in general.

This was my first time acquiring a mattress. I had the pleasure of working with ms. kim. I talked with her over then phone and that gave me an idea of what I was looking for.I came in later that day. First she showed me how it works and found my number (sleep number) that im most comfortable at. Then she show and let me try every bed that would work for me. She was never Pushy or overbearing like a lot of sales people. She contacted me when there was a sale and I would be able to purchase at the lowest price possible.

Tony and Crew at sleep number were so helpful. They help us find the right bed and accessories without being too pushy. Definitely recommend this location and product.

Friendly staff, and helpful. They went through the education behind the science of Sleep Number which was helpful, as I had only seen the commercials. Not pushy, and ended up guiding me to a decision I hope to be happy with (mattress due Nov. 7th). I will say that we were offered two pillows, but the pillows were later taken off the table as we took advantage of another offer. Still hoping the pillows can be made whole. ;) Overall, great store experience.

Deceptive sales practices, unaccommodating, poor customer service, and overpriced:When I came to the store, I explained to the sales rep 1) Im in a lot of back pain and need a new bed as soon as possible and 2) I have a large wooden bed frame that I will need to delivery personal to remove.After I find the bed I like, I am told that 1) it will take a week and a half to deliver, 2) I cannot arrange for a time that is convenient for me although I can make a request for an evening, BUT 3) they will be able to remove my large wooden bed frame and haul it away.After waiting through ten more days of back pain, the delivery team calls me (Im not at my house because I had to work that day and they came first thing in the morning, even though I had requested an evening. I had to call in a last minute favor to a friend to come and let them in), and they inform me they cannot remove the wooden bed frame, because they dont do that. I explained that this was agreed upon prior to purchase and that it was a material part of that agreement because I cannot remove the frame with my back injury, but these facts didnt matter to him, at all. I requested to speak to a manager to resolve the matter, and he tells me that he is the manager so there will be no one else to speak with. I explain my frustration, as I could have paid to have a mover come for the mattress, even though I am already paying a substantial delivery fee to Sleep Number. He was unapologetic, and he needed to move on to his next delivery, so he couldnt wait for my friend to try to take the frame apart and get it out of the way so that he could install the frame I ordered. .FORTUNATELY, I went to Urban Mattress the next day and saved over $2000.00 on what I consider a higher quality product. Also, they delivered it the next day at a time that was convenient for me, installed one of the cool adjustable frames I wanted (yeah, other places sell those, too), AND they removed the wooden frame for me. Its too bad I wasted so much time on Sleep Number, but I finally found a super comfy and supportive bed, and my back feels better already, thanks to Urban Mattress.

Our sales person, Monique, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us select the best bed for us. We are looking forward to the delivery later this month.

Beware of this company. It’s not this store as much as customer service in general. I purchased an i8 which stopped working within less than one week.Customer service is horrible. It’s a 1-800 number to nowhere. I’ve been placed on hold for more that 20 minutes with each call. When the people finally pick up the call they want me, the customer, to do the diagnostics on the bed. This is only after a few days of ownership. So if anything were to happen down the road I imagine the service would be much worse. These beds are overpriced. For the money the service should be amazing and efficient. There are too many other mattress companies out there to waste time and money with sleep number!

They have some neat features in the showroom to identify problems you may have. They offer a few choice bed options to resolve those issues. The sales rep Murrey was extremely focused, very knowledgeable and with that I purchased a bed that is more than I hoped for. Its SUPER fantastic!

It was our first time at a Sleep Number and because of Murray at Glendale and the quality of the bed, we will be lifers! Murray was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to show us all of the features Sleep Number had to offer. My husband and I made an appointment for a Sunday afternoon and Melanie was our salesperson and she made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. We decided to go with the C2 with a topper to stay in our budget and we stayed in budget. With the help of Melanie and her team we purchased on Thursday and delivery was on Monday. We are super excited and we are fans of great customer service and quality merchandise. T and T

Poor customer service. Sales rep was very unhelpful and knew nothing about current discounts or promotions. She told me I was eligible for a discount since I own a Sleep Number bed then later denied me the discount and said the owner discount no longer existed. I definitely will not return to this store.

Skip this place. Delivery was supposed to take about 2 weeks, if its longer, they wont even call you until the factory finishes making the item. I had to take a day off of work to get a mattress delivered on a Tuesday afternoon. They didnt call until late Tuesday morning to tell me they wouldnt be coming because they had no one in the area. I am completely stunned by the lack of respect from this company for the amount of money that I had spent.

Not only was I not informed of the 100 day in-home trial when I asked to exchange the mattress, but I also have had a HORRIBLE experience with their upper management not calling me back. You pay 10K for a bed and get horrible service... how does that work?!

Top quality beds and knowledgable, low pressure salesman. Also, the hours are actually 10a-8p m-s, and 11a-7p on sun, hopefully Google can get those fixed.
