I cannot compliment this facility enough. Its weird because the building is a little strip mall looking in a weird part of town, but oh my gosh - the sales people and the prices and quality CANNOT be beat. Cody stay an extra 1.5 hours after they closed to help us find the furniture we needed, is helping us with financing, and is very clear we are not a burden and he has all the time in the world for us. Hes the best. Theres a new woman working there and when I called she literally sent me pictures via text of what carriers they use for delivery and the couches I might be interested in. And they were honest about how long its going to take to get certain pieces that arent in stock. I loved the experience, theyre business is booming for a reason, and if you need furniture you should go here. And its cheap/reasonable prices. Like, less than $1000 for an amazing couch. This is the best place to buy furniture in Denver - 100%.

This was the absolute best furniture buying experience Ive ever had. I purchased a sectional back in November. Obviously with Covid, deliveries were late as I expected. Mark checked in on me frequently to provide me with updates on my shipment. The quality of the sectional was incredible. Will definitely purchase from them again.

I was helped by Ross on Labor day, when there was a shortage of couches and sectionals. I told Ross I just moved in, have no furniture and needed a couch. This is why I shop local, and family owned.And here is an example as of why I came to Denver City Furniture.Same week, I walked into a big box store which I wont name, and received no help. All the reps were huddled and talking to each other. I actually needed a salesperson to help me and answer my questions. When I asked for help, he brought me to one couch, and left. I received no further help, and walked out, only to see the rep walking outside as well to go home. They clearly didnt care about my needs, despite their compaign not to harass the customer.

We were greeted immediately after entrance by Mark, he was such a nice guy, very informative and very engaged . We were looking for a couch and night stand, we had no luck on the night stands but we did find a couch that we loved . Mark really made our lives easier plus everything went smooth from the research to the check out, he gave us all the information that we needed to pick up the furniture and did not leave our any details . I was there for some time, as I had trouble making up my mind which sofa/love seat I wanted to purchase. I had bought sofas off Amazon a couple of months prior, and they were terrible, so I was afraid to make a bad decision again. Ive always loved shopping with these guys. Prices are great and they give the kind of care that only a small business can give. They definitely have been affected by COVID-19 issues, furniture is taking a long time to get in right now. A lot is out of their control, but they do the best they can with what they can control. Never buy anything from this store, the customer service is the worst we have ever experienced, the delivery staff are rude unprofessional and best describe....lazy. Delivery man by the name Terrell was rude and was not even wearing a mask when he stepped into our home..run run from this place..

I am not usually one to leave reviews but this business deserves a five star one! Let me just say that prior to purchasing my daughters bed here, we had just been through the worst customer service from a big company. When I found Denver City Furniture online I was truly desperate as my daughter was just sleeping on a mattress on her floor. I believe the man I spoke to was Sal (I apologize if I got the name wrong) but he was wonderful. In fact, I have not received such a pleasant customer service experience in a very long time. He was able to answer all my questions and he was empathetic to our situation. Not only was he able to get us the bed I had my heart set on from the start but we got it in half the time and for a better price. Thank you all so very much. I have already recommended you to people and will continue to do so. I plan on buying all my future furniture pieces from this place.

I dont know what we were expecting, but the showroom was small and cramped to the point you cant get to most of the furniture. We wanted to ask questions about some of the furniture but the one and only person working there was on the phone and never even acknowledged us. I wouldnt have minded waiting but we just left instead. Im sorry we made the drive out there.

My boyfriend and I paid a ton of money for a queen sized futon from this store about 2 years ago. First issue was the guys who delivered it were awful. They not only didnt bother screwing in the bolts and things, but they actually left out a few of them, leaving our futon to be shaky and unstable. Weve tried to fix it a few times, but for the most part we just have a huge and useless futon in our living room now and if you sit on it, it breaks. Also, the drawers we paid extra for were not available until about 8 months later. Since we werent able to come pick them up when they finally arrived to the store, they were sent back to the warehouse and didnt even call us. Heres an idea - If it takes that long for us to get what we paid for, maybe offer to ship it to us? Basically, we are very sad that we wasted all that money on something we were really only able to use a few times for guests. Weve thought about getting it repaired, but paying someone to fix something that was so cheap and badly put together in the first place would be a waste. In the meantime, we wont be back to this place and do not recommend their futons.

I worked with Ross to purchase a couple of mattresses and bed frames, one of which was an adjustable frame. Our puppy had chewed the wires under the frame just after we received it. While it was our fault this happened Ross dealt with the manufacturer to get us a new frame at no cost. We really appreciate the level of customer service and will continue to shop here because of it, I highly recommend.

We just purchased our sofa from Denver City Furniture, and it was the most amazing experience. My partner and I just moved to the city and walked into the store to find the perfect piece for our space. Right off the bat, we were greeted by Ross, the owner of the store, who is an amazing person! We automatically felt heard and cared for. He was so knowledgeable about furniture and offered to be a guiding force through our purchase experience. We went to a few different stores, but could not stop thinking about how the quality at Denver City Furniture was by far the best we had encountered. I HIGHLY recommend this store and its team! Ross helped me find an alternative (a kitchen table) and picked it up for me from the warehouse that night. I was able to pick it up from the store the next day, and it works perfectly in the space. I thought they were great. Gave them return business. The delivery team I paid for tore the my sofa. Told me they would reach out and never heard anything. Reached out on my own and after some digging, oh ya, they remembered. They offered me a free pillow. The reason was because they gave me such a great deal they couldnt do anything else. Certainly felt cheated and wont be back here ever in life.They order everything right from Ashley Furniture. They have the same furniture as everyone else. They have a very small floor stock and will tell you to look on line for what you want. You can easily skip this spot for a real furniture store.

Mark took his time in thoroughly answering all of our questions. During this pandemic, he made sure we were safe by only allowing us in the store with him to browse the furniture. We were able to buy a new couch within 30 minutes. Our couch was delivered the next day right when he said it would be. We are now no longer uncomfortable during this lockdown.

At first I saw the small showroom & thought they wouldnt have what I need, but their state of the art large touch screens had everything.Pricing was even better cause there is no large showroom to pay for like Furniture Row/Warehouse etc.

Needed a comfy recliner. Popped by the Speer location, dude was super helpful, got it for almost $200 off. They also had it in stock at their warehouse location so we popped over there instead of waiting for it on order. Box wouldn’t fit in the CRV so they pulled it out for us and it fit with the pieces loose in the back. Super quick, super helpful, and was a great deal.

Mark and Ross were extremely friendly and helpful. I shopped around several different stores and am glad I came here. It was easy to compare various models as they had them on display for me to test. Pushy salesmen who cant comprehend the fact that I am interested in browsing before buying. It seems that they dont understand the word no, and want to try to impress with their jargon about furniture. Found better grade furniture at a competitor. However, did stop at the shop off Evans, the salesman Sal was pleasant and helpful.

Ross provided great assistance in putting together an apartment full of furniture. They sell Ashley Furniture and can get anything made, but only stock a bit. So most is order for 1-2 week delivery.

Awesome futon selection, great quality, and terrific service! Very happy with our lovely quality wood futon frame and mattress. Slept unhappily on uncomfortable regular beds (non-futon) as a guest myself in the past so now am happy to have an extra comfy couch that easily converts to a very comfortable guest bed for our family and friends. Bought a mattress and frame and it was delivered immediately, in the rain. The process was so quick and easy, even though we showed up pretty much at the end of the business day. When the delivery guy said he had other stops to make, we worried we might have to wait for our stuff to be delivered the next day. But our salesman said Ill bring it to you myself if I have to! They ended up delivering it RIGHT away, I mean they followed us home basically. The salesman (Ross I think) took his time with us and explained the differences in the beds and WAS NOT pushy at all! I cant say enough about these guys. First of all, smart move with advertising mattress sets on Craigslist. I never would have thought to look here for a new mattress. I just bought my 2.5 year old a used twin bed for only $20 but I needed a new box spring and mattress for it. They had a great deal for a twin set so they held it for me until the next day when I could pick it up since it was the last box spring they had in stock. Score some points there! Then I came in and got it. Not only were they super friendly, but I was in a huge hurry and they were very quick! They helped me load it into my car and everything.Later that evening, I noticed I lost my FitBit. I only had a week. I was depressed. I thought maybe I lost it while I was there. I gave them a call as soon as they were open this morning and not only did they look around inside, but I asked if they could look around where I parked my car and they were more than happy to look outside too. Believe it or not, they found it!!! Talk about customer service. They didnt have to go look for me, but they did, and now Im super happy. I cant wait to go pick it up and bring them some cookies for their help :)
