After I had got into an accident I was stressing about getting repairs done for my car it was mostly body work but autonation done a great job! This place has some of the friendliest people working here! But the downfall is everywhere else. All I had was a front bumper ordered and reattached and it took over a month and it’s different than what it was prior.. now the cars shaking every time I get between 60-70mph. I would have honestly rather been driving it without the bumper and not have these issues.
I chose AutoNation Collision Center after an accident since I had purchased my Jeep from AutoNation West & wanted someone familiar with my vehicle to work on it. Although there was a delay in getting parts, the finished result was worth the wait. My Jeep looks like new!
Lydia made the whole process so simple and enjoyable. The insurance had given us an estimate based on pictures but it was not enough. I was concerned I would not be able to fix my car but Lydia took over and worked directly with them. She was very nice, extremely responsive, and gave us pointers on things we hadn’t even thought about. So glad to have reached to them. Best experience ever!
Accidents suck, Leah and Lydia at AutoNation Collision Center do not - they make accidents a little easier, actually. Intake was quick, and the repair timeline and process were explained very well by Lydia. From there, Leah kept me updated on work progress, insurance/supplement details, delays, and completion. They even brought my truck back down to my part of town! There were dealer delays (of course), but they were communicated to me upfront and always with an approximate delivery date and plenty of follow-up. Great experience - hopefully Ill never need them again, but if I do, its the only place Im going!

Lea and Lydia were outstanding in keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs to my car. The work consisted of replacing the front bumper panel and fog lights that were damaged when a large section of retread tire (think alligator) few off an 18 wheeler we were following and struck us and then went under our car, ripping loose these items and the under engine panel.

I used Autonation consistently as I have been a customer without fail and brand loyal towards Subaru’s. But after using Autonation to repair body damage to my 2017 Outback I received the car back with several electrical issues and I have not had sufficient accountability from them regarding the damage they have done to my car. I am not happy about their response to the poor quality work.

Came to AutoNation Collision Center Denver for a collision repair on my brand new Subaru, as it is an authorized Subaru repair facility. I worked with Leah, and she was great: She was professional, and communicated thoroughly and frequently, Also, there is an Enterprise Rental Car facility attached to the repair center, which was extremely convenient.
I was in a collision which released the airbags. This resulted in a concussion and so i was very confused for a few days. Diego, at Autonation, was patient and kind, while answering all of my car concerns. The staff at this location were all very welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

Autonation started at $4,400 quote for repairs to a vehicle, then taking a “closer look” at the truck (because the initial estimate apparently was just a glance and missed obvious items such as a clear “blind spot sensor” logo and wording on the tail light obvious in picture and in person) and adjusting that number to $6,600, then finally taking the truck apart (months later) and saying that now jumps to $8,500. It very clear that autonation provided an initial pricing/estimate competitively to gain a customer, then increased the cost by literally a factor of 2. This pricing approach may work with insurance companies, but when you are working with personal out of pocket costs, that is not good business. 2 separate price increases, 100% total increase in price, along with completion/parts delivery date bouncing around and taking months to complete work. The other truck involved in the incident was repaired and complete months earlier with a total cost increase of 15-20 percent overall. That was a new truck as well, with very similar (if not almost identical) damage. Upon questioning Dusty, the “manager”, about this price doubling, he of his own admission stated that the initial estimate from Kevin should have NEVER been sent to me and was incredibly inadequate or the word he used “superficial”. In lieu of his getting defensive about my accusation of low balling an estimate and doubling the final price, I asked him if I then (the customer) have to shoulder the responsibility of their employee’s incompetency or simple mistake to which he stated “Yes”. Basically his opinion was “we screwed up big, should have never sent that price or quote, but you get to pay us our final number”. No understanding or taking of any responsibility for things as simple as a blind spot sensor logo that the initial estimator didn’t see stamped in a 1-2” square clearly on the tail light (extra ~1k of cost). I received 2 other quotes for the repairs on this truck. Autonation’s low-ball quote got them a customer. But their lack of professionalism or simply taking responsibility for overlooking obvious damage and lowballing their initial quote, lost them that customer, for any future body work or even purchase. If this crookedness is what drives the profits of such a company, I will not be using them or recommending them to friends, family, coworkers, or whoever may be reading this wondering why their quote on autobody repair seems so much cheaper than others. My recommendation, if you need body work done, go elsewhere (unless youre using insurance that Autonation can play games with).Sincerely,One burned customer.

Everyone that I was in contact with from the very beginning (despite the pandemic). Could have timed getting my repairs done at a better time, being quarantined and all.Love my Subaru!
Mike was just awesome!! He got my car done within 2 weeks and I am very happy as it looks amazing! He communicated with me every few days whether he had news or no news. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for any repairs! My car was also clean on the inside and out and they did a great job!
I had a small dent in our Highlanders rear bumper that I wanted repaired but became very frustrated after talking to 3 different body shops. Each had a different approach to the repair but would not give me a firm price for one reason or the other. I contacted AutoNation Collision Center and worked with Diego Garcia. Not only did Diego give me a couple of options with a fixed price, he also brought a technician out of his shop to do a minor touch up that eliminated a portion of the cost to repair. After working with Diego on the estimate, I felt much more confident having AutoNation doing the work than the other repair shops. He coordinated the repair around my schedule and emailed me daily with updates on their work which was completed on schedule. I was very happy with the workmanship and would highly recommend AutoNation, both for their quality of work and the ease of doing business.

Great work on my vehicle
Did a really good job. A little slower than Id have liked but apparently its because Denver has huge volume. Enterprise is located right next door in the same building which was super convenient.
I can’t even get a hold of them on the phone so if this is any indication of how their service is, then okay wow. Been trying for about an hour and I keep being put in an endless cycle of automated voices and rings. I’m just trying to speak to someone on the phone for a quick question or even just leave a message, but apparently they can’t even do that. Disappointing and unprofessional.

Looking at the previous reviews, it is a really disappointment that i literally have to report the same thing, the lack of communication, follow-up, returning of calls, just keeping people updated of the status of their vehicle really is the main thing of a bad experience and the cause of getting a bad review. I am happy with the result after getting my vehicle repair though, the car looks like nothing happened. if my bad review affects the people that fixed my car... my sincere apologies. :(, the ladies at the front desk were very nice to me the times i went, so no issues there, but the person that had my case/claim, definitely needs to work on her communication skills, if you care about having a better customer satisfaction rate.
So many little issues that lead up to a really bad experience. Didn’t get all the parts needed to finish job on time. Twice I showed up and was told how sorry they were that they were missing a part. If you don’t know how to order a complete parts list then you shouldn’t list that Make of vehicle on your website. When I finally received my car the interior was covered in either overspray or dust from sanding and I’m still having issues with one of the tires. Would not take it back rather pay out of pocket. The only reason they get one star is that the account reps were so nice and apologetic for the lack of aptitude in the shop. They even picked up a couple of days extra on my rental.

Friendly and courteous staff, easy to work through insurance, and plenty of amenities. The repair was completed on time as well. However there are a few things seemingly out of place and was a new rock chip in my windshield when I picked up my vehicle. I was running late so I didnt return to get them corrected. They are livable so I have not gone back.

It took longer than expected at almost 7 weeks, but It was a major collision repair for $17K. Reno continually kept me updated. I saw some of the other reviews and was a bit concerned, but the work and communication was very good.
They were recommended by my auto insurance company. They got me in quickly for an estimate and, even though they were very busy, got the car in for repair in a week. They kept me updated about the progress. Pricing came out like I expected. Repair came out very nicely. Extra nice surprise was that they detailed the interior for me!
I wish I had read these reviews before I gave AutoNation my business. I picked up my car 4/5/19 & it had new ding in the passenger door. Leah verified the ding was not present when the car was checked in and gave me her card with her direct line. Despite numerous calls & emails, I have yet to hear back from her. Today I read the reviews & see a pattern:( I called the general managers number provided for every complaint here & it went to voicemail and have not heard back. I am grateful it is just a ding but my intention was to have my car repaired, not to receive additional damage at an auto body shop.

I went to pick up my wifes vehicle and there was significant amount of damage to both rear doors. Pretty sure it wasnt there beforehand and the check-in pictures didnt show said damage. I had to take back the vehicle for them to fix the damage and there was a dent in the one door that was fixed and they didnt replace a cap on the mirror. At this point, Im over driving all the way to North Denver for stuff that should have been fixed the first time around, if it was indeed, damage caused by the accident. I also had to pay for a rental car for another 3 days since the vehicle was put at the end of the queue again, on a job that should have taken a week at max. Also, the inside of the vehicle was returned unclean... Dust everywhere. The only reason they get two stars is because the paint matching was spot on.

From walking in the door to leaving them after repairs was amazing. I loved my experience...there was a small setback and another thing missing. Justin Tuttle went out of his way to make anything and everything right. Ive never met anyone with so much respect..its very hard to find these days. I hope I never need to have repairs again, but if I do...I will call and or email Justin.

AutoNation Collision spent 2 weeks repairing my Nissan after an accident. The team kept me in the loop with frequent emails and phone calls offering me up to date status reports on my car. Once the repair was finished I was very pleased with their work. Everyone was welcoming and friendly throughout the entire experience. As with all car repair businesses do your research and make sure you are involved throughout the process so you dont drive home unhappy.
Sarah and Brianna (Apologies for spelling her name incorrectly) were very helpful in their explanation of what was taking place with my car. While it was not a favorable outcome for my car, they were very accommodating of my needs, answered my questions, and supplied me with information whenever I called. Great customer service experience considering the circumstances.
I scheduled an appointment with Steven B about getting an estimate for removing a small scuff and dent from my drivers side rear door. When I arrived at the dealership, he was incredibly professional and helpful. He was even able to remove the scuff in a matter of minutes even though we had only scheduled an estimate, and he didnt even charge me! He was very honest, and wasnt trying to talk me into repainting my entire door. I really appreciate his wonderful customer service, and I highly recommend him!
My whole experience here was full of frustrations. I had some what I thought was minor hail damage and a broken sunroof. It took them 25 days to fix it and tripled the original estimate. They never called me with updates. I would have to call them. I would either not get a call back or be told they are still working on it and didn’t know when it would be done. They had to keep sending requests to the insurance company for more money. I admit I know nothing about car repairs but I do know about customer service. I even spoke to the manager about my concerns. He said he would look into it and then I never heard from him. I feel sorry for people that need major repairs on their cars.

I paid for a part for my car in April. I’ve called no less than 8 times to have this simple repair done. I finally was told it would be installed last Friday (end of July) and it wasn’t painted! Promises of call backs and more unreturned calls. This is a simple repair. I’m perplexed how this place is so poorly run. I’ve had a good experience in the past and am frustrated by being stuck in this situation with no follow-up.Update 8/12/19: Cant reach someone at the number provided and cant leave a message. To the General Manager: my number is in your system under my name. Please call me directly at the number provided.
The reception is the worst person in the world. I guess she was having a bad day but you don’t take it out on your customers. She transferred me to the wrong person, then when I called back she hung up on me, and then when I called back she wouldn’t answer the phone this is simply ridiculous and uncalled for!!!!
I gave my jeep for repair(parts provided by me). I had to replace the front bumper, rear bumper, fenders and one wheel. They kept the vehicle for around 2 weeks. I had appointment taken. I am not sure these people understand the meaning of appointment. For a professional work shop it should not be taking 2 weeks just to replace these parts when parts were already provided and appointment was taken. on top of that, they would not give you updates about the delay, I had to call every time and ask for whats going one and once in a while they answer the phone or reply to the email. The work man ship was very poor.when i received the vehicle after 2 weeks, it was in even worst condition than before. I almost cried when i saw my vehicle. one of the head light and side lights was not working, the wires were hanging from the fender flares and back bumper and all the screws on the fenders were loose and barely holding. They somehow fixed the main lamp after a big argument where they mentioned that they did not even touch that part and I mentioned them that the head lamp would be still working if they hadnt touched itI asked them to return the replaced old parts, they just returned the parts that were useless to them. They did not return the impact bar from the bumpers and the wheel that was replaced. Apart from this i had my vehicle repaired here before to replace the Tail gate, at that time, the rod for the jack was missing. These people are stealing parts from the customers. I would not suggest anyone to trust these people for their vehicle repair. Very unprofessional and poor workmanship...I was talking to the genereal Manager the during this whole process. Her name was Jill Wyskiel. I am not sure how she is a GM there with 0-0 quality of GM. These people are thieves..
Vehicle was returned sooner than expected looking like new with obvious attention to detail in washing it. They kindly agreed to drive it to another location. I feel like the quality of repair work is better than what I would have received at other shops. Appreciate receiving timely updates throughout the process which felt smooth overall.
Great experience with Diego and Lydia. I enjoyed there email updates so everything is documented and updated as the car gets repaired. Always communicated well, and fought for customers best interest when dealing with insurance companies. Forever grateful to them. I took off one star because it took about 6+ weeks to get my car back from my accident. Granted I have over $7,000 in damages from an accident I was not at fault for. Well worth the wait for the quality of work, but dont know if Id want to wait that long again since I do not have an extra car. If you are in a situation where you have another car, or can car pool to work, while your car gets fixed, then go here! They are also located right next door to an Enterprise which is very convenient for anyone who will need a car rental or needs to return it.
Honestly, don’t take your car here. They had mine for three weeks and it was returned With many scratches. We’re talking about a brand new car. Offered to buff it but you can understand me not wanting to let them do any additional work to one of the most expensive things I own. They are wanting to charge full price and have not even offered an apology. Please, take your car to the little guy, who will surely take better care of your property. I’ve given the opportunity to make it right and will certainly update this review should they actually do that. Otherwise, you’ll pay less, be treated better and likely have better work done somewhere else. I genuinely wish I had better things to say.

The time it takes a business to fix my car doesn’t matter because the priority is that the car is fixed. The color did match and the communication was great. However, when I did pick up my car, the hood (on the side where the accident occurred) had a gap large enough to set your hand between the hood and headlights. They did fix it to the closest to the initial state on site. A week and a half later, I had my first passenger ride in the car. We then realized that, since being fixed, the passenger side impacted in the accident does not lock, and when someone is in the car, they cannot open the door. I’m looking forward to the problem being fixed.Edit: It has been over a week since I found out AutoNation did not connect the cables to open and lock my door. I have left voicemails with Carlos and the General Manager, along with the front desk. I have not heard back from anyone. Luckily my boyfriend was able to take off the door panel and fix everything because AutoNation did not want to fix their mistake. This has been such a frustrating experience.
Took my RAV4 here to get fixed after getting rear-ended. The other guys insurance was paying for everything, but Carlos and the team went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle and make me feel like a paying customer. The work they did was excellent and they were always clear with any updates to the status of the repair.
They were very accommodating for my circumstance. I had them do some body work for me that involved a dent, some buffing and painting. They did a fabulous job, they did it quickly and it only cost me a fraction of what another place wanted. Great experience!
Collision center advisor did estimate and took pictures. He E-mailed estimate to me so I could forward to insurance company. With information provided, insurance company approved claim and issued check in 3 days. Great customer service. Car scheduled for Feb 1st for repair. I called 1/27 to see if I could get car in and they said bring it in. Another case of great Customer Service.

I took my vehicle here to get repairs after a hail storm. My vehicle was in the shop for 3 months. I tried to maintain constant communication with my rep but failed to and resorted to having to call multiple times a day just to reach him. up on picking my vehicle up I was lied to about work that was done on my vehicle. they claim to have done $18,000 worth of repairs onto my Subaru and told me that the doors have been replaced however they were not. The paint job on my trunk needed to be replaced two months after picking my vehicle up. And the paint shipped off in my front passenger fender only months after picking my vehicle up. certainly not worth $18,000 of repairs just to be lied to and to be out of the vehicle for 3 months.

He Even told me when my car would be ready...But when that failed And said my car was gonna take longer than expected to fix, He called me up and told me he got me a rental until my car was actually ready. I had a minor accident with my brand new car. Front bumper, hood, headlight. Waited a few weeks to take it in to meet a qualified persons schedule. My hood was not fitted correctly, and neither was the bumper. Then I noticed that they had damaged my trunk while they had my car. Somehow they didnt notice it? I went to pick it up the second time. The hood and bumper fit is improved and the trunk is fixed. In all fairness, the paintwork is outstanding. I get in my car, and again, this car was in showroom condition inside, with a leather and brushed leather interior. the brushed leather looks like a velour fabric. I notice that the interior looks like parts were stacked in the back seat. There is dirt all over the dash and the dash controls. (hand marks) The radio station has been changed, and there is a stain on the drivers seat in the leather. Even the back of the front seats are dirty from parts being stacked against them. This is a nice sports car, and now there is 2-1/2 additional miles on it. I spent 3 hours cleaning and detailing my interior to the level it was when I dropped the car off. And lucky for them, the stain came out. Everything I described here is a result of poor training and even worse management. This is the level of respect and care that this manger is supporting. A call to speak to him was not returned. No surprise there.
We have had the AutoNation Collision Center work on a couple of our vehicles. The work has always been top-notch, and the customer service has been excellent! You couldnt tell anything had happened to my car. It looked brand new! Working with Ian Angus and Diego Atencio has been a pleasure! They have both been SO courteous, and thoughtful. Very professional! They dealt with the insurance company so I didnt have to. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I was kept informed on how the work on my vehicle was progressing. I will tell all of my friends and family about the wonderful service I have received at the AutoNation Collision Center.
Carlos was great in handling our car repairs. He stayed in constant communication with us during the process. Our car was done efficiently and the outcome looked very good.
Given that the earliest they could schedule my repair was 6 weeks out, I find it unacceptable that the repair work then dragged to take not the 10 business days I was told up front, but 4 full weeks. As a result I was forced to return my rental car after 2 weeks so I could travel, was told at that point the repair was going to take a few extra days, and then when returning to Denver 2 weeks later my car was *still* not ready until literally the last minute so I had to take Uber from airport and pick up my car after closing time.All that said, the work was done well, car looks like new. I simply find it insane how poorly Honda managed to schedule their own work and keep to a timeline as promised.
The team at AutoNation Collision Center was the best. They handled my vehicle with kid gloves and all the organizational process with the Insurance company. Quality, Service and Professionalism. Top notch.
The absolute worst decision Ive ever made for automotive service. They have had my truck for over a month! I sent my truck to autonation after it was recovered from a vehicle theft. It had very minor body/cosmetic damage, minor interior damage and for some reason missing an exhaust pipe. I figured go with a dealership since Ill need factory parts, things will go smoother, right? Well 5 weeks later, 3 separate itll be done on this day 100% lies later and now no projected time Ill have it back at all. The service here is at the most astounding levels of incompetency Ive ever encountered. I dont know how long my truck sat for having nothing done, the subcontracting out for labor leaves you to think what they actually do in house must not be much. I have some performance parts on the truck and these master technicians couldnt get an exhaust pipe in my aftermarket muffler......but, youre a master technician? I am over $1,000 in rental car charges as of now and I was told .......well, nothing. They dont care how this is impacting your life, they dont care how much its costing you, no apology, no were doing everything we can, and certainly not a word of help on the rental situation. Bottom line, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! I certainly wish I hadnt.
I took my Jeep in to get repaired after getting rear ended, and they repaired everything back to new! I was very pleased with the repairs. I had a small issue with communication. I had only one call from my rep, Sarah, and it was to inform me of more damages that were unseen. After that, when I would call, if I left a message, I never got a call back. I understand I had my car in right after a massive hail storm had come through so the shop was pretty busy, but a little more response would have been appreciative. Other than that, the service was well above average!
Worst place ever. Wish I read the reviews before. Brought in our car for repair when we picked it up, they left materials in our back trunk and didnt fix all the damages. My husband pointed it out and they confirmed it but did nothing about it. I called for months trying to get our car in and finally 6 months later we were able to get it in. They told us the repairs would only be 2 days and it was 2 weeks! We had a rental in the mean time however, we had a hail storm and now we are responsible for the hail damage on the rental car. Should have never brought it back to this place. They do horrible work and dont care about the customer.

27 days of having my car in for a bumper and taillight amd still no end in sight. It took them a whole business day just to confirm they still have my car at their facility. Absolutely clown level preformance from this place. Ill never buy another Toyota or do any business with them of any kind. Toyota should not even let you have their name on your buildings. Its an embarrassment!!! Autonation fail
Still waiting for a call, I emailed a copy of the adjusters estimate like they asked for and have not received a call or email for an appointment. Have called several time to check and see if they received the estimate from insurance company and was told that they would check an just wait for a call from them, its been over a month and still no appointment, I get it, they are just way to busy, please let people know that you are not taking any new business/work instead of just leading people into thinking you are working on it. Terrible service.
They did great work on my car and kept me in the loop during the entire process. Highly recommend!!
