The staff was super friendly and addressed all my concerns, offering to service other areas of my car that I would have hesitated on. I love the speed of their services, I usually go to a dealership which takes 1-2 hrs. I was in and out in 35 minutes. Amazing!!!! thanks guys!

I let Bryon Kelley know that I was getting ready for a long car trip and he made sure my car was good to make the trip. he gave me the peace of mind that I needed before this 3000 mile trip. The guys are always friendly and helpful at this Grease Monkey and that is why I keep going back to them. I dont feel like I am being taken advantage of there.

Based off the receipt and the technicians verbal statement, my 6 quart oil capacity was only given 5 quarts of their generic brand, and still charged me almost $100. Ive never paid so much for an oil change in my life. The facility was very nice and very clean and the people there are very courteous and friendly.

They top you off for free with oil and give solid recommendations. The people are very friendly and get the job done fast. I will only take my car here for oil changes and light duty maintenance.

Supervisor performed work that he was to look at first, but just did it and then blamed his employee for the work order until he was confronted in front of said employee. He did apologize but the damage is done. Trust, communication and accountability are important. The work was needed but should have have been discussed and approved first.

Grease Monkey used to be my go-to because of what I would term good enough service and fair prices, but mostly convenient location. Over the past year, my cost for an oil change increased 25%. I dont know if that is across the board for their prices, if that is just a price increase for their oil change service, or perhaps just for my specific high mileage oil change, but it cost me about $100 to get oil done there last time I went. It just isnt justifiable to pay anymore. Regarding other aspects of the work done: Its an oil change, so 5/5 for the work--there is not a lot to screw up--but they make you well aware of how burdensome it is that youre asking them to do it and certainly dont mind making you wait. After having consistent oil changes done here for the past 3 years, I cant think of a reason to go back.

They were humble but it was all lies. I just changed every oil I had asked them to change (engine oil, trans flush, radiator fluid, and cabin filter.) they charged me above $300 dollars and didn’t change one single thing beside the oil filter. I don know the persons name, all I can say is he has dress locks with a hat. I was suspicious because of the radiator fluid but then I checked the oil on both engine and trans, and they were both black as night. They will only take advantage of your hard earned money and look in the eye saying they changed everything. Do not go to this shop, it’s not worth the time or your money thanks to him.

Went there for 6 quarts of oil and a filter they stripped my oil plug, try to up sale from the beginning, never changed the oil.I have new oil pan now and change my own oil.BEWARENot even a sorry we screwed up your Jeep.

They told me the oil change would cost $72 prior to servicing my car. When they were done (after trying to sell me every other filter in the car) the total was $105. I know theres taxes but they arent 45%!

Great customer service and my truck was done quickly.

I needed an oil change and thought I might need to rotate my tires. The oil change was quick and they topped off my washer fluid & checked the others for me. They inspected my tires and checked the records & I didnt need to rotate them yet. Everyone was professional and helpful. I liked that they were honest & helpful.

There are very polite. Got me in-and-out In a decent amount of time . Let me know what needed to be replaced and didnt pressure me to buy from them. But I did .

I have never received such outstanding service from a franchise mechanic shop. I needed a new battery for my Dodge Journey. I bought one at AutoZone and because of the location of my battery they would not put it in. I took my SUV to Grease Monkey and they agreed to. After putting in the new battery during my oil change we discovered the battery I had just bought had no charge! One of the mechanics kindly walked it over to Autozone and got it replaced and they reinstalled it. Did I mention this ran well past their closing time? I could not have asked for better service in what had already been a very long day. Thank you guys so much!

Though its very expensive they did a good job!! They checked the transfer box for my truck and what they did to it I noticed its running better!!

Outrageous prices. $122.00 for just an oil change on my 2019 Buick Encore.The good thing is that they tell you the price before they service your vehicle. It wasnt in my budget. I went to my local Chevrolet dealership and it cost me $51.00 for an oil change and tire rotation.

Have had oil changes there many times and usually everything goes just fine except for the last two experiences and I will not be back now. One of the employees there took my phone number from off my profile and starting texting me in a non-professional way. That quickly ended when I pointed out to him that it was unprofessional. I did go back to that location after that incidence months later to get an oil change and they filled-up my other fluids. I found out the next time it dropped below freezing out that they put windshield wiper fluid in my car that FROZE. Look I am always happy to give second chances but after being unprofessional and then having to deal with that I am just not interested in ever going back there.

Straight liars at this location....told me I had to take off my wheel for a dead headlight which is not the case...glad I got a second opinion... Maybe they should hire more educated staff. I personally felt like they just didnt want to do it! I have a disabled daughter to take care of dont have the time or money to waist on machanics that are uneducated...

Wonderful customer service!! We were in and out in no time flat. They replaced the air filter and washer blades at my request. Never tried to up sell me anything else. I will definitely return to this grease monkey for future needs.

Grease Money is located in a good location, it does take time to get an oil change on Saturday. I think more people would use them if there a better price point for their oil change services. I know that some other major places will do Oil and Tire rotation for $55.00. I’m not talking about a discount place like WM

My husband and I have always used Grease Monkey for our oil changes and maintenance items. When we moved from Parker to Denver we decided to stick with the company and use the Denver location close to us. I should have know this wasn’t going to be good as while I was waiting for my maintenance to be done I saw a mouse run across the waiting room and under the water cooler. Unfortunately that mistake cost us $150. We took our brand new Pathfinder in for its first oil change and they managed to spill oil all over the engine. They didn’t notify us and we had the constant smell of burning oil and our check engine light came on. We took it to the dealership only to find out about the oil spillage and that the engine light came on because it saturated parts of the engine. It cost us $150 to diagnose and get the engine cleaned. Definitely do not recommend this location, will never be using Grease Monkey again.

Big store, great car wash, good staff. Prices are a little high on some things but corporate controls that stuff. Havent had anything other than oil change on fleet vehicles done here so I cant speak to their level of service on other things but the oil changes were done properly in an appropriate amount of time. They vacuumed the trucks out too so that was cool. Will be back.

Called ahead. Was in a rush. The guy commited that if i was there in 10 minutes they would change my oil. I was overdue and had a unit down i had to repair in Steamboat Springs the next morning. I pulled in and they turned m away saying 3 cars showed up and they wouldnt have time. Im a stickler to commitments. Especially when I pulled in at exactly 10 min. From the phone call. I held up my end of the deal and got let down. I understand that life happens. But i believe in doing that extra. Thats what makes the difference. And these guys do not. Unfortunate.

Went to get an oil change, they got the job done but didnt bother to screw in the underbody cover which I didnt notice was completely loose until I got home meaning that I was dragging it the whole way home. After screwing the cover I also noticed that there was still lots of oil residue which they didnt clean up. Honestly I would not go there again and so now I go to a different Grease Monkey.

I have used this location twice and they did a good job however recently it seems that they are closing prior to 5:00pm. This is extremely frustrating especially when you work normal office hours. I have specifically driven to this place three times by 5:00pm and they have been closed. This location might as well change their closing time from 6pm to 5pm - save everyone a huge hassle.

Recent experience was in and out. No pressure sales. Just updates on what possible work needs to be done. Happy to do business.

Upon arrival things were great. I explained my Situation with my vehicle and the work I wanted done. I was expecting a phone call too tell me if they could change my belt on my vehicle. Along with a fill up on transmission fluid. I had told the representative I wanted to spend some $$$ on Maitnence so I didn’t have to worry about any issues.No call, no help with what I wanted, and they didn’t put the oil I asked them to put. They could of had a great sale and a happy customer but at check out the long hair with a bad attitude made sure I wouldn’t return.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go this location and I hope someone will make it right. Or I guess Midas might be a better place for me all of my cars and my friends.

3 stars, solely for being OVERPRICED! $58.00 for a conventional oil change! Fortunately I had a measly $4 off coupon. I needed one extra quart for Dodge Durango, parts were $17.50, and labor was $22. Service did include touch free standard wash valued at $11, but even that is over priced. Also included interior vacuum, exterior window washing, and standard preventive maintenance checks. Service was indeed good and I was there for less than 40 minutes (5:00 arrival), but I know it is $20-40 more than other service centers. I recommend, but only if you are prepared to pay inflated prices for the sake of convenience and time.While I was waiting, I overheard another customer (female) questioning the need for an additive due to her oil having excessive sludge. She wanted to see a sample of oil from her vehicle to verify. She was provided with a drop on a plastic card (same as what I was presented with) Grease Monkey uses to compare what brand new oil out of a can looks like, rather than a sample that showed sludge in oil. This practice seems ridiculous, since the entire reason why people are there in the first place is to get an oil change, so wouldnt all samples they take from vehicles be inferior to fresh motor oil?????? The representative she was questioning didnt really provide a convincing answer to her and it was evident she wasnt convinced either.

Shop closes at 5:00 on Saturdays, I was turned away at 4:30 (not wanting anymore business). I brought a company logod truck associated with a national fleet service company to this facility. I mentioned to employee that this will probably reflect poorly (didnt concern him or his manager).

Do not use the car wash here, scratched the paint off the back of my car.

No complaints! Service techs did a good job, identified all faults and recommended appropriate fixes. They were very thorough and careful with their work. For just an oil change, I was impressed. Met all of my expectations and then some.

I wish there were zero stars, the common sense level of the employees I interacted with were on the very ignorant level, they used profanity and 3 of them came up to me to have a power trip for me to move my car to the bay by their commands when I simply asked repeatedly to please give me 5 minutes to cool off. Extremely unprofessional, Ignorant and Rude location but its Green Valley Ranch so how could you expect any more??

Horrible customer service. I pulled up at about 5:15pm for an oil change. I told the young man what oil I preferred. As he was taking my info, I asked if they do tire rotations at grease monkey.Instead of answering yes or no, this guy preceeds to try and explain to me how tires only need rotated every 10,000 miles and if these are new tires, they rotated them when you got them..... Im sorry, what?! First of all, that makes exactly zero sense. And second, I know for a fact they are due for a rotation. My guess is that they just didnt want to do it.Listen, I understand. I know it was 40 minutes before close. I would have accepted a response of: Yes, we do tire rotations. But it is too late in the day for us to start one right now. That would have been no issue. But instead, I was lied to with some made-up facts.How disrespectful. Just because Im a woman, doesnt mean Im stupid. I will not be going back here.

Brought girlfriends car for an oil change due to being busy. They put the oil plug on so tight a impact driver won’t take it off.... I’ve been beating on the wrench for an hour with no budge.... who ever worked on this car is a moron and should be fired.... worthless service and way too expensive

Over charged for oil change and tire rotation. Will never go back. Staff seemed friendly. Not blaming this place but I find it odd that I have a chunk of tire missing after leaving (and after refusing to pay $70 for a tire rotastion I found a 1.5 inch by .5 inch cut in my back left tire. That chunk of missing tire decided to blow on the free way shortly after leaving. Like I said I cant blame them but it sure seems strange. By the way, the tire that blew on the freeway after leaving the shop was brand new. If I still had the bad tire I would include pictures of this cut. The location also seemed odd, it was on the upper side wall near the tread.

They have always been helpful in explaining exactly what is needed to help my car continue to run to someone who only knows the absolutely basics about cars.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!! Didnt trust the job they did on my car. Went somewhere else to verify what they said was completed. Only oil was done. Charged me for air filter and a transmission change. Both the filter and the trans fluid were dirty. Rude. And the owner was a complete A$$ when confronted. Hes lucky I didnt throw him through the window. THIS PLACE SUCKS.

I’ve been coming here since I got my new car a little over a year ago. I remember very early on a gentleman working here told me that he had a hard time getting the bolt off and I had to wait extra. Maybe a month or so later I went to the Subaru service center and they informed me that my bolt was a little rounded out. Now after changing my oil myself I saw that the bolt was completely worn out and couldn’t be removed. I wondered why they would keep working with a bolt like this and I worried that my oil was only getting topped off instead of changed. After finally getting the bolt off, there was way more oil draining then there should have been and it was almost completely black. Why didn’t you tell me that you couldn’t get the bolt off? Were you all just gonna let my car get in worse condition just because you’re too lazy or you don’t know how to?I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants their car ruined.

Went to get an oil change and actually had a friend pass out they were great employees and assisted him back from falling out. They took care of the rest of the service they offer like champions and made sure the visit was one to reneger lol remember

Customer service was better than most in GVR, I personally believe the carwash should be cheaper for the performance that it does.

I do my own car maintenance but this Grease Monkey takes my used oil, coolant, and gear oil without charging me. They are friendly about it and the car washes are affordable and effective.
