I had my front bumper cover, headlights, and hood replaced by the folks and Perry and Terry and they did simply a phenomenal job. The car looks as beautiful as the day I bought it. They even detailed the inside of my vehicle which put a smile on my face. Simply put, this body shop went above and beyond what I could have asked for in terms of service and transparency. Their front of the house staff was extremely polite and took the time to email and call me whenever the had new updates regarding my vehicle. Not only did Perry and Terry do amazing work, they also did it during a pandemic. I cannot thank the entire staff enough for all the work they did.

I had a 5 month saga of trying to get a small dent repaired in my rear passenger door. The first place I was working with jerked me around and basically tried to scam me - cue Perry & Terry.They did an estimate super quickly and got the work scheduled almost immediately. Once they gave me the estimate (and told me the last place was clearly a scam) they got the work done in less than the estimated time and for half the cost of the first place.They were great at communicating with me and they contacted me when they said they would each time. Everybody who works there was very friendly and the work looks great.Take your car here - you won’t regret it.

DO NOT GO HERE! Wish I could give worse than 1 star.My car came out worse than when I dropped it off. Was yelled at by the owner Rick who stormed off mid conversation. Terrible communication throughout the process.Context: I was hit by another driver and found to not be at fault. Door panel busted in, wheels misaligned, and my $6,000 auto driving features were disabled, I assumed due to the misalignment. Went in and they said they had the expertise to fix everything. Turns out that was not the case...Got a voicemail saying it was time to pick up the car and everything was ready. No mention of issues or that the electronics were still not fixed.Picked it up and only when Id already driven away did I notice that the car is worse off than when I dropped it off! No mention at pickup or in the voicemails...The trunk now doesnt open. Never had issues before and we opened it together when I dropped it off. They said they messed with fuses/electrical system to try to fix the other things so the only conclusion is that they messed it up. The self driving features were not fixed, my tire pressure light wont go off and they didnt even fix all of the body damage. I had to come back for further repairs on a spot that was very obvious.Now insurance wont pay for anything else as the shop is denying their responsibility and blaming it on past mechanics. I drove this car for the past 5 years with ZERO electrical or mechanical issues. Only when it went into their shop did I have problems.Outside of the service, their staff was unaccommodating and rude. The only bright spot in the entire interaction was their front desk staff who were welcoming and nice.AVOID THIS SHOP!

Wow! This place is amazing. Not only did they have our car ready a bit early, but the inside was cleaned and was spotless!! Ive never had an auto body place do that before. It felt like driving off the showroom floor! They were good communicators, keeping in touch via phone and email throughout the process, and the staff was efficient and polite. I highly recommend this shop.

Repairs were completed in a timely manner! The damage on my car looks good as new! They even washed my car when I picked it up!

Top notch work! I was kept well-updated of the repair status, the work was done early, and at a fair price. To top it all off, my car came back to me cleaner than from any other repair or service appointment its been to!

Repairs were finished in only a couple days when I was expecting around a week. When I picked the car up it was ready to go and they not only washed the outside, but cleaned and vacuumed the inside. I am very happy with my experience!

Perry & Terry did a really nice job fixing up a dent on my car. I was also really impressed that they vacuumed it before I got it back. It also looks like they gave the car a car wash. Great service.

I have gotten my Honda Civic worked on two times here over the past couple of years. Both times had pretty major body damage. One time was to the entire right side of the car, from front to back, and the other time was the front of the car. Both experiences were positive. Candace works at the front desk and is great at communicating and updating you on the status of your car.Perry and Terry did all the communicating with the insurance companies (each time was with a different company) It was nice that I didnt have to deal with that and they took care of everything.I am very satisfied with the work that they did on my car. My car looks like new. The paint job matches the original paint job perfectly (and I have a pearl paint).I hope to not need any body work done on my car in the near future, but if another unfortunate event happens, I will definitely return to Perry and Terry!

Had a Vehicle worked on did a good job, but definitely tried taken advantage of my wife with another estimate for a small door ding. Would not recommend.

Receptionist had a bad attitude in helping us out. The location was dirty, as you can see the places they actively try to clean and the places they dont. There was a giant dead cockroach under my chair; the only thing that kept me sitting was the fact I knew it was dead and covered in dust. The man giving us the estimate, just took our keys and said he would be back. He didnt mention what he was going to do, what he was going to look at, or how long it would take. Granted, we didnt ask, but that was all info we expected to hear. Once he came back, all he said was that my insurance would call me back the next day. He didnt detail what he had done to our car or what he looked at. Apparently they give you a free car rinse and dash cleaning with a service, which is the nicest thing we got there. Fin.

These guys do solid work. I am very satisfied with the damage repairs to my car. Very fair pricing and they kept me informed. I would gladly refer friends and family to Perry & Terry.

Their work was very Sloppy Paint runs Manager Stated he would buff it out The run is not the clear coat its the paint you dont Buff The paint you sand And paint. The other shop in Lakewood with the same name Does Superior work by far they are heads above the other shop as far as quality goes

They were responsive, kept me updated every step of the way, and did a great job. They identified an alignment issue as well but repaired everything by the original estimated date. And I was pleasantly surprised that they basically detailed my car while it was there too! If I ever need repairs again Ill be coming to them.

The work they did on my Cadillac after an accident was beautiful. My insurance handled the entire process, but Perry & Terry kept me updated throughout the process. Im so pleased with the outcome and how my car looks. When I picked up my vehicle, they walked me through the work done and said I could call back with any questions at a later date as well as call them about issues that pop up that could be associated with the work done (not new problems, of course). I greatly appreciated that offer and I will use their services again.

Brought my car in for an estimate. Despite some confusion with the appointment time, they offered to try to get me in. Damage turned out to be minor, so they fixed it right then and there. Great people, great service.

Originally, I left a poor review for Perry and Terry. I am forced to change that. The problem seems to have been the at-fault drivers insurance company. Once the company sent me the check for the repairs, the garage did their best to repair my car speedily -- in spite of the delays caused by their appraiser. My car was fixed beautifully and I am very happy. I will recommend Perry & Terry happily.

Ive had them work on my car on several occasions. The staff is friendly and the quality of their workmanship is top notch. I have found that they are HIGHLY responsive to feedback (positive and negative). My car has always been ready when they tell me it will be. They stand behind their work and get the job done right.

The whole team was very friendly and informative. I went to Perry & Terrys through an insurance claim after getting rear-ended and was able to get my initial quote appt. and actual repair appt. within a week of calling. They provide status update of completion % almost daily. My car looks brand new again!

I left a previous negative review. Given that the other body shops in town have a six month waiting period, I went with them anyway. The have proven to be professional and courteous.

Horrible customer service, they dont follow up with you and keep people in the loop of whats going on. Their mechanics do good work, but their front office needs some better customer service skills.

TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. My battery died in the middle of the street and some guy rear ended us. It wasn’t fun. But AAA towed it to perry & terry and I’m so glad I chose them. They got the parts and repaired the dang thing in a WEEK. I heard horror stories from friends who paid for rental cars for months.Also, Candice was so great the entire time and kept me up to date on everything, and didn’t even sound annoyed when I called her in between those times. :)They also cleaned in here! Very grateful overall.

Worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. Rick and Orlando, the owners, couldnt have been more unprofessional. They didnt deliver when they promised, their work looked like garbage and they were tremendously rude. I had to take my car in 2 additional times after it was finished and it still looks horrible. Oh, and when I told my insurance company about this, they mentioned they have had very bad experiences dealing with Rick and Orlando as well. I guess being rude, producing crooked work and missing delivery dates is just second nature to them.Go anywhere but here!!!

Dont take your car here unless you want to risk it coming out worse than when it went in.
