Someone bumped into my rear bumper in my Tesla 3, causing a deep crease. The bumper had to be replaced and BodyWorks By Murray was one of the companies recommended by Tesla. Josh, my repair consultant, was thorough in his estimate and the repair was completed expertly, on time and on budget. They are certified to complete body work on Mercedes, BMWs and Teslas. Im very satisfied.
I had a couple of dings and dents in the hood of my Tucson, I know not a super fancy car, but they really bugged me. I didnt want to hassle with insurance, nor sure theyd pay so I called around for some estimates. Billy and Craig at BodyWorks blew the competition out of the water. They got me in fast and their guys did a professional job. The hood looks brand new and the color and texture matches perfectly. I feel like they treated me the same as a customer with mush more expensive car. Im not complaining but expected to pay much more, lol, and the best part is that the car was cleaned in and out when I picked it up! Thanks again guys!
Michael Horr kept me informed as to the scheduling and work progress on the repair to my BMW. It was a minor job but it seemed just as important to him as a high-dollar repair. I brought my BMW to BodyWorks by Murray Motor Imports in April 2021 to repair collision damage to my rear bumper, repair several scratched wheel rims, to have my windows tinted and for a full detail. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience from top to bottom. My car was ready when they said it would be and it looks Perfect!My bumper looks like it did when it was on the showroom floor. The ceramic window tint is flawless and my rims look factory new. I’ve had cars detailed countless times over the years and they performed the best detail job that I have ever had. There wasn’t a spot or a spec of dust on it anywhere! This shop does an outstanding job, and I would recommend it to everyone, including friends and family, and anyone concerned about getting the highest quality repair outside of the BMW factory. They only perform BMW certfied work and dont settle for anything but perfection. They dont allow or use anything but genuine BMW parts. They recently repaired a car of mine and were very meticulous and thorough, which is an understatement. Im overly picky about any detail with my car and wont trust the big name repair shops because their work is always second rate. This place is different, and is even more discerning than I am. Mike H., the estimator I worked with kept me updated all along the way and was as professional as they come. He educated me about the entire repair process, and made sure that every aspect of the repair was done perfectly. When he informed me that the car would look like brand new from factory once they were finished, he meant it, and it truly does look like its fresh off of the showroom floor. If, heaven forbid, your BMW gets damaged and you only want the very best work done on it, this is the place to take it. There are other BMW shops in Denver, but if I ever need work done in the future, this is the only one Ill ever think about taking mine to. Not Schomp or Gebhardt. In fact, this place is the only shop that is certified by both BMW and Mercedes for body repairs in rhe State of Colorado. For me to give such high praise to a place is rare, but my experience with them was truly top notch. Mike H. was the one that made sure that this all happened for me. My 4Runner was involved in a collision. There was extensive damage. Michael Horr was the Collision Repair Consultant. He was crucial to the process of having my 4Runner repaired to like new condition. The damage was not only to the body but also to the suspension and motor components. It was almost a total loss. Michael worked with my insurance company to make sure that everything was addressed. My insurance company did not send an adjuster to the site due to Covid-19. Everything was done via zoom and tons of detailed photos. This required more effort on Michael’s part as well as the repair technicians. Michael kept me updated throughout the entire process. As soon as he had a time when my truck would be ready he let me know. My vehicle required a lot of work. The estimates and the estimated time for the repairs was given and updated as needed. The staff and Michael in particular were very nice, treated me very well and wanted to make sure that I was happy with my truck when I picked it up. My 4Runner looked like new! I wholeheartedly recommend Bodyworks by Murray Motor Imports. I most certainly will use them again if I ever need any bodywork on any of my vehicles done.
Josh was my service rep and was absolutely fabulous. My Audi had some fairly serious damage and was in their shop for over a month on an insurance claim. He went to bat on a daily basis to make sure that the parts were appropriate, and kept me closely posted on the progress of the repairs. Beyond his exceptional professionalism, he’s just a really nice guy and obviously cares about customer relations. I’m 100% satisfied and highly recommend this bunch!

I had driver side door damage. I took it to BodyWorks for repair. I appreciated the frequent status updates. But my experience afterwards was not pleasant I asked if there was anything else I owed and was told that was the total bill. They came back to me 3 months later stating that I owed more than $700. The paint job was excellent, however my door now whistles. I did pay them because they did do the work and if you do the work you get paid. It may not be perfect but they are still due their payment.
I brought my Audi in to get repainted and it now looks brand spankin new. I’ve never seen a better paint match/paint job done on a car before. Tim and Josh took very good care of me and were very mindful of my time. If you need any work done on your car, I highly recommend BodyWorks!!
My BMW X5 was hit by someone through no fault of my own. We selected Body Works by Murray to take care of repair as we have always been pleased with their professional work. Unfortunately, the individual who caused the collision carries State Farm Insurance. They initially tried to push “re-manufactured parts” to cut cost on the repairs. Our contact at Murray was Josh Kassen. He spent his time talking to State Farm to get the best possible outcome for us with a car that is approximately 3 years old. He was professional and called with updates until we picked it up. First rate service! Thanks a million!

I had gotten into an front end accident in my 2020 BMW M340i and I had been referred to Body Works by numerous people (as they are a BMW certified repair shop) so I had scheduled to bring it in to get the repairs done. The receptionist was very pleasant to talk to and also a huge help, as she was able to schedule me in for estimates and repair the very next day. I had brought the vehicle in on March 24th and the estimated time of completion was April 12th but I had received my car earlier on the 10th (which is always a bonus). My advisor was Michael Horr, he kept me updated at least once a week and got back to emails promptly. The communication that he offered made this experience smooth and super easy as this was my first accident. He answered any questions about the repairs I had and always kept me informed about each step of the repair process. The repairs were done perfectly- from precision of the paint work to the overall install of the front bumper and hood repair. (repaired with all oem parts) Couldn’t be happier with the job done on the vehicle and would highly recommend this shop to others.I want to give a huge thank you to Michael and the team at Body Works for making this experience easy and pleasant!
My wifes 2018 BMW X5 was damaged in a parking lot (significant door ding). Because the ding was on a crease to the door, PDR was not an alternative. We got a repair estimate by Michael Horr, a very courteous and professional consultant. The estimate was very reasonable and compared favorably to two other estimates I received.In addition to the estimate, we (my wife, son and I) requested a tour of the repair facility that Michael gladly gave us. We were so impressed with the facility that I accepted the repair estimate and scheduled the repair for the following week. Michael estimated that the repair would take about a week. This seemed reasonable given the body work, painting and clean-up required.We dropped off the car on Monday morning and Mike advised that the car would likely be ready for pick up on Friday. Michael kept me informed on the status during the week. On Thursday evening, Michael called to say the car could be picked up on Friday, which we did.At inspection when we picked up the car, we were very pleased with the quality of the repair. The door looked as good-as-new! We definitely recommend Bodyworks by Murray Motor Imports for your autobody repair and specifically refer you to Michael Horr!

After having our BMW X5 for only two weeks, it was involved in a very minor fender bender. Basically just some trim replacement, minor painting and clear coating, and a wheel replacement and alignment. The customer service I received was great. John at the shop was my consultant. He told me what would need to be done, roughly how long it would take, and answered any questions I had. He was great to work with. It took almost two weeks turn around time, but this also factors in that there was a two day lag with the insurance company and they are only open Monday through Friday. They are the only official BMW body repair shop in Colorado. They are a smaller shop with no shortage of business. With that being said I thought the repair and time taken to do it were reasonable. The quality of the repair was great. I would recommend this shop if you need a higher end vehicle repaired.
John my service advisor is one of best that I have ever dealt with. He is very professional keeps me informed on the status of my vehicle and looks out for my best interest when going up against the insurance company.Body works is detail driven and they made my vehicle look like brand new when they were done with it. They are truly number one in my book. They are the best body shop in Colorado and thats why I will continue to bring my vehicles to them. Great job guys!

Michael took care of me and my car every step of the way. I had regular status updates of the repairs, replacement parts as well as insurance communication. The BodyWorks team is top notch and most importantly brought my car back to even better condition than it was pre-accident!
The process went really well from from the initial appointment to inspect it, communicating where it was in the repair process and the pick up of the repaired vehicle. My car is certified pre-owned and I had owned it less that 6 months when it was hit so I wanted the correct and proper repairs to be made by Mercedes. I was concerned that insurance would not cover all of it and leave me with a battle to fight it the insurance company. This is where John my consultant really stepped in and worked out all of the details and got it done right with almost nothing out of my pocket. The car was detailed and immaculate when I picked it up last night. Thank you John and BodyWorks!

I was referred to BodyWorks by Ed Freehart after my car was hit by a city bus. He connected me directly with Tim Perry who called me the very next day to see how he could help. I also worked with Josh Kassen who was the estimator, they were incredibly flexible and helped me get my car in as soon as possible. I worked with Josh while my car was being fixed, he followed up with helpful updates, kept me in the loop throughout the process with what to expect and what was going on as needed. This was the most seamless experience I have ever had with getting repairs done from start to finish. Ed, Tim and Josh were all the most helpful, kind, welcoming and wonderful to work with. They did the repairs in a timely fashion and my car looks good as new! They also coordinated everything with the rental car company and RTD, so I did not have to deal with that on my own.They really went above and beyond and I am very grateful! We picked up our x5 today and it was delivered to us cleaner and more beautiful than before our accident. We worked with Josh K and he went above and beyond to handle the insurance company, advocate for the best and necessary repairs, and even helped us to find a necklace that we had lost in the center console. The mechanics did a beautiful job in the repairs and they even washed, buffed, and vacuumed the vehicle to make it even more wonderful to pick up. They also finished the repairs 5 full days prior to the projected date of completion. Finally, they even called enterprise to have them pick up our rental for us. I could not have been more pleased with our experience. I would expect nothing less than this outstanding experience from a bmw authorized body shop.

Did good work, but underbid the cost of a repair by ~35% ($2400 to $3600) and blamed it on 3rd-party collision estimating software. For a body shop that specializes in BMWs (and is certified by a BMW dealer), this seemed unlikely and made it impossible to shop around for a better price.
If I could give 10 stars I would. I worked with Joshua Kassin and he was simply amazing. I felt like he was an advocate for Me And for my Mercedes. A lot of times insurance companies and body shops will take the shorter route but Josh made sure that every part of my car was just like it was when I left the dealership. I could appreciate the transparency and the communication that he had. Hopefully I won’t have to but if I do I would always come back to this body shop.
This place is amazing. I got hit in my X1 and Bodyworks repaired my car with all OEM BMW. They worked with the insurance company and I was completely hands off. The car looks perfect. Dont worry about any of the old reviews. They are completely irrelevant. This place is owned by BMW of Downtown Denver (Sonic group) and it is firing on all cylinders. From check in to check out this place is 100% perfect. Mike was my service advisor and the customer service and attention to detail is perfect. I will only go here in the future.

I have worked with BodyWorks by Murray Motors on more than one occasion. Each time my vehicle is repaired to high standards which is one of the reasons why I go to them. The communication is always exceptional. Alex Cairo took the time to explain the process, specifically the steps involved with the insurance company and what to expect. There were a couple of supplements that needed to be submitted which slowed things down. No ones fault. Its just the process the insurance company has and the paperwork takes a few days for review and payment to be made. My vehicle was being repaired for two different claims at once and Alex was always thorough and patient going over the details for each one so I always knew where things were with repairs and what to expect with any next steps. Should I need a collision repair again (lets hope not, 2 repairs at the same time was enough for me!), I know where to take my vehicle. Glad to have my automotive mojo back in outstanding shape!

In the Winter my Mercedes GLA 250 was hit by another car and some really good damage.I dropped my car in bodyworks with CRAIG FRIEDRICHS and he said dont worry We are here and the car is in good hands, will make sure you get the car back as car in couple of weeks . From that moment craig calls me every two days and updates me where we are and I LIKE HIS ENERGY and SMILE :) . I got my car back as a car, it was delivered a week before it was originally promised. Worked with John Crandall to get repairs done on a 2018 BMW. Unfortunately hit a pipe that was sticking out of a wall in a parking lot that tore into the quarter panel. Having researched the quarter panel replacement and process, I was bummed knowing how long it would take. John was very honest about the estimate and helpful to get the car to where it looks better than when I first got it from a BMW dealership in California; not an exaggeration. John makes sure that when the car comes back, he would be just as thrilled as if it was his own. He communicated very well to his tech team my concerns. I barely had to interact with my insurance, John took care of that. Choose no other repair shop than this authorized location if you need quality repairs for your BMW.
Someone hit my car at the rear door and my insurance company recommended Body Works by Murray Motors. Brad (the estimator) and his team did a great job, my car looks exactly like new. I came back when i noticed that the right blinker was flashing rapidly, they diagnosed the issue as a faulty bulb and replaced the bulb for me, no charge. Quality work, nice guys, would recommend.
Honestly this place is a joke. I scheduled my appointment to get my car appraised for damage from this recent hailstorm. I went in the day of my appointment to find out that their systems were down. They asked me to come back another day, after just driving 35 min to get there because they couldnt find my appointment. After finding someone to take a look at my car and take pictures. They never got back to me with an estimate. They lost my second appointment to bring my car in for actual body work. And come to find out they never even made a profile for me in the system. They lost everything. They completely dropped the ball, do not recommend to anyone unless you like wasting your time.

We just dropped off my BMW i3 for insurance estimate. Let me start with saying that this was the worse experience with any kind of service to date. I could just drop it, if it was a KIA service, but not a BMW authorized service.The service representative I talked with stated, that I need to sign an agreement that I will pay whatever the total price for the repairs may be (before they even touched the car). When I asked why, he replied that if I dont like it, I can always take my car back and they would charge me for storage (car was dropped off today).I will write a full review with names, photos and dates later on.
DO NOT come to this body shop to get your car repaired. The customer service is absolutely terrible. If you read all the other 1 star reviews, they are all 200% accurate. I have waited 4 weeks to get my car repaired before they finally finished repairing it.When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was greeted by a receptionist (Jesse) who completely ignored me. After 10 minutes, she finally looked at me and asked what I needed. Once I told her my name, she said she couldn’t find my file and preceded on with what she was doing. After waiting another 40 minutes, I was finally greeted by a kind gentleman who resolved my issue and brought me my car.Seriously, save your money and take your business elsewhere. It is NOT WORTH your time and money to get your car repaired here.
Absolutely fantastic experience. Matthew was very attentive to our car. He constantly kept us up to date with the timing of when the car would be done, and then we did a thorough inspection when the car was delivered. Like other reviews state this place is a complete joke.They took 2 weeks to fix my car that BMW of Denver damaged by lowering the service lift with the car door open. 3 days is what BMW of Denver promised us to have it fixed in.Further this shady body shop is owned by BMW of Denver.Once we picked up the vehicle 2 weeks later, it had not been completely fixed. Parts were missing from the door, and we called them with no return calls. 4 messages and no replies.The door also doesnt open from the inside on occasion. Certified body shop. Right, what a joke. I now have a 2014 BMW 650i that I have to crawl out of the opposite door.Avoid this place at all costs.
These guys know what theyre doing. My understanding is that all of the BMW certified dealers use Murray for their service.
My car spent over one month in the shop at Murray Motors for what was supposed to be two weeks of repairs due to multiple botched paint jobs.During this time period I was rarely notified as to the status of my car nor was it explained to me why it was taking so much longer than expected. My representative would not answer his phone, nor would he return my calls/messages.When I did finally get my car back I soon realized a litany of issues with my car.When I took my car back in to express my frustration and to have the issues with my car repaired I spoke to the manager of Murray Motors. He seemed like a genuine guy who honestly cared about customer service as I explained my experience to him. He even went as far as to offer me a gift card to any restaurant of my choosing to make up for the experience. I said thank you but that it was unnecessary but he insisted and gave me his card. Long story short I never received anything in the mail even after notifying him three weeks later that nothing had come in the mail yet.Overall I have I say that I am utterly amazed with how poor every piece of my experience was with Murray Motors and I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I recommend you do the same.
Did the work that was expected. If youre looking for great customer service you will only get it at the reception desk Terry is great. Estimated time for completed work is unreliable. You will be told an estimate and then they will say but we really dont know when. They keep you updated on the progress of the vehicles work via text and email and thats very nice. Just dont expect your car at specific time.
I had the unfortunate bad luck of having three cars in a row get damaged. Billy, who is the shop foreman, matched a BMW orange to perfection. Next was a black Subaru. Again a great match on a very tough color. And lastly my truck. An easy color to match but none the less got it done in an appropriate amount of time.
I needed an estimate for some damage done to my car and had it towed to this location based purely on the proximity to my home and the excellent Google reviews. Unfortunately, we decided to trade in the vehicle for a new one and the leasing company had a preferred vendor they chose to do the work. The entire team was incredibly patient, professional, and went above and beyond (it was a hectic, complicated process and they handled it with style). Excellent marks to Matthew for answering so many questions (sometimes multiple times!) and for being a great contact for the leasing company. Also great marks to Nancy who answered so many calls at the front desk and was a huge help as well.I have heard great things about the quality of their work, as did the leasing company. So much so that it was a very difficult decision for them to choose their usual vendor. Highly recommend them for their customer service alone. If I need any future bodywork done (pray to god not) I will go here first no questions asked.
My car required some major repairs, understandably it took a long time but the pay off was well woth it. The car looks amazing, show room quality! I would recommend working with Brad, he went to bat for me against the insurance company and got the job done right. Thank you!
I had a excellent experience at BMW Body Shop.My car was repaired in 1/4 of the estimated time and returned in excellent condition.The representative, Brad was professional and courteous.
Very disappointing. I brought my Mercedes in to correct hail damage and the business didnt seem happy to see me or want my business. I made the mistake of proceeding with them hoping I simply caught them off guard. My car sat for days without any activity/work and no communication. I had to initiate and sustain all communication.Despite multiple written and verbal instructions and reminders, when I picked the car up, much of the work was not completed. In addition, there were NEW scratches all over the hood they created. The car was also DIRTY and dusty. Work was also missed. Quality checks seem to be routinely skipped.Body works by Murray Motors is very disappointing.
Best body shop I’ve been to!! John and Billy really took care of me and my truck looks brand new! I’ll never go to another body shop!
I was referred to this place by Mercedes of Denver and this was by far the worst experience Ive ever had at any car repair shop. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday for a claim repair and was told by Susan I would be contacted after they raised the price and labor for my repairs on my claim. Thursday went by and I herd nothing from them by the time Friday rolled around I called them to see what was going on and they said they got the price raised and were working on the hours for labor (no one called me to tell me anything). The weekend rolled by and on Monday I called around 3 (they close at 5) and left a message, no one returned my phone call. Tuesday I called again and spoke with my advisor Susan she told me they were STILL working on getting more hours on the car after the price was already raised more than half the amount. I said I wanted my car back and I would rather go somewhere else if we couldnt start repairs on Wednesday. Wednesday I was called by the insurance company, they told me they raised the labor hours to 4 hours and the price to 1600 (from 660) all this just to fix my bumper. This shop was not willing to help me after all this so I decided to take my car somewhere else.They drew all over my car marking any and all damages (even though I wasnt fixing those things) and didnt clean it off before I picked up my car. The inside was filled with hundreds of pebbles and dirt, my car was filthy. Save your time and money go to ANY other shop in Denver.
BodyWorks by MMI did a superb job with my BMW X5 repair. It was a complicated job following being hit in the left rear on I25. Representative Mike Horr was very attentive. Mike kept me apprised every step of the way, and worked with my insurance company to ensure all was repaired back to new condition. BodWorks also went the extra mile to take care of me when unforeseen issues cropped up during the process. My car looks and drives like new.
Swindlers!Took my 535d to BodyWorks to assess and repair the damage after a collision. It was frustrating to wait TWELVE days to just get an estimate (called to make sure they had avaiability before having the car towed there).But what I’d love to have answered - Why was my car then held for an additional WEEK after they received the signed release papers? The ridiculous explanation I was given was that they needed to assess the charges. So please please please explain to me why it would ever take a week to assess charges. There was no work being done on the car, the assessment was complete, so how can it then take SEVEN days to figure out what you’re owed?!
Recently my car was involved in a hit and run accident and sustained a lot of damage. My insurance company recommended Body Works. I was fortunate to work with Chuck Kenney for the estimate of damage to my car. He followed my car through the repair process. I received emails to keep me up to date on the work being done. My car was ready on the date promised. The car looks great!! I thought that this repair experience went very well. I am grateful that Chuck was the individual that I worked with. He was always professional and reassuring about the work being done on my car. Thank You!!
I came to Body Works after getting a little bit of damage on the right side and back left side of my BMW X6 and this place quoted me FIVE TIMES higher than ANYWHERE else and gave me an insane estimate of time it was going to take. I ended up getting the work done elsewhere for literally a fourth of what Body Works was willing to charge me and in a fraction of the time. All I can suggest is to really check out other body shops before settling for Body Works.
The Team at Bodyworks by Murray Motors was superb! My Estimator (John C.) was very professional and exceeded my expecations for service. He took the time to thoroughly go over all of the options for my car’s repair in detail. When I picked up my car it looked amazing. I would highly recommed this business!
Dont use these people. I made the mistake of thinking as a bmw owner I would have a better experience by using these folks. Not responsive, rude, my $100k vehicle is sitting in their lot because the estimator wont get back to my insurer. About to just pay it myself and have the manager work with insurance to answe two questions and have them pay me. Stay away. There must be better options

Had the unfortunate luck of getting side swiped in my 330xi. Shopped around and could only find BodyWorks that could complete the work and use OEM parts and seemed interested in actually doing the work.Upon dropping off the vehicle I had pretty much white glove treatment by the staff at BodyWorks including the Enterprise folks that stopped by with my rental.Rudy (Rudolph Garcia) was my BodyWorks representative whom I worked with and he was throughout the entire process a delight to work with. He made everything easy by engaging with insurance on my behalf, keeping me posted, and returning to me my car in great shape. I even have had Gebhardt BMW mention how good the paint work was done!Thanks Rudy and the rest of the BodyWorks team! After an accident I had taken my 2007 Mercedes E350 for repairs, it took almost a month for repairs to complete. First it seems a pretty good job, went home open a hood find out that is was color mismatch - instead of a two stage paint the side of the finder inside the hood was painted a regular color.. I took it back to a body shop the issue was corrected.. A month later one of the driver side indicator light came out(worked was performed by Murray motors body shop during recent repairs) took it back, I was told that it will cost me again 200-400 dollars.. I told them why u r going to charge me if the worked performed by you was under lifetime warranty as long as I own the car.... Well after they found the repairs were done there place.. I also have showed them that there is still some pain works need to be fix near the wipers both sides, seems like the paint wasnt all the way done and left it in the middle, you wont see it until u sit in the car and there is no shed/or sun light is in your way....They told me we will call you when the part arrives and we have to talk to the manager about the paint job... Two weeks have passed no calls have received.. So, I have called back.. and did talk to the guy originally worked on my car(Chuck).... he said he will call me back by the end of day.. and took my cell phone number in case.. Since I have talk to him, three weeks have passed and still waiting on his call....I guess I have to call back......cause the car looks ugly without an indicator light.....
Definitely not worth the price. Service was one of the worst. plus they take for ever to do a job! Maybe I should have paid more attention to the other reviews I saw on these people.
I want to commend Bodyworks by Murray for their promptness, great communication and the quality of bodywork done on my BMW!I especially want to thank Matthew Lindsey for his professional service and Terri, the office manager, for going out of her way so that I could pick my car up on a Saturday even though the shop was closed!I would highly recommend Bodyworks by Murray!
