Exceptional showroom with great kitchen displays. They have Wolf and SubZero appliances. The design staff are very talented. I highly recommend.

Everyone here is so helpful. They have incredible choices and the service was great. Doing an update on my kitchen and bath and shopped around at a places. Had to go with based on customer service alone. Would recommend!

I loved working with Taylor!! My full kitchen remodel turned out better than I could have imagined. Taylor was wonderful to work with— the design/layout she came up with turned out amazing and I could have never done this without her. Taylor was able to recommend a contractor who she trusts and who has helped her with a lot of her projects— someone who I highly recommend as well, and all costs came in right on budget/what was quoted to me by both Taylor and the contractor (very fair pricing— better than everyone else I received quotes from). Being able to work with Taylor and her recommended contractor made the project flow seamlessly and we never ran into any hiccups— which I never knew could actually be possible when going through a renovation. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else!

We havent gone through the whole process yet, but Nancy left a very positive impression! She was very knowledgeable, helpful, direct, and friendly. The gallery was also a pleasure to peruse.

I called after reading reviews and JMs website. I wanted my built in soaking tub removed and replaced with a stand alone jacuzzi tub and also work done on my shower. The woman I talked to was not the least bit interested in my doing anything for me at all. She said she could send me a list of contractors I could contact myself. When I asked her how I would know what to do. She first told me I could go to a tile store at which I said that I could figure out myself and asked how would I know which tub I wanted and she said I would have to do the research myself. At that point I was dumbfounded and then she told me to go to Rampart plumbings showroom and they could help me. I guess my job was not big and expensive enough to bother with. Also I have not received the list of contractors she told me she would send.

We are thrilled with our new kitchen! We worked with Taylor and she was professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. From design to completion, she was very attentive to details and quality.The craftsmanship of the cabinets is beautiful and durable. And the build time was very reasonable.We couldn’t be happier!

Mike and Jacque helped us with our new counters and tile in our kitchen. They got us a great deal on our stone and assisted with meeting our desired style while making great suggestions to really elevate the space. They have great relationships with vendors that are responsive and timely. This is the third kitchen project I have done in the past 5 years and has been the best service and value of the three. We will definitely be back for bathrooms in the not to distant future.

Taylor did a great job designing our kitchen remodel. She listened to what we were looking for and without judgement, pointed us in the right direction. Most importantly, when a couple things went sideways during the install, she stayed with us and made everything right. If we were to do it again, we would definitely hire her again. We feel Its critically important to know you have someone that will stay with you to the end and make sure things are done correctly. Luckily we found that person in Taylor. Taylor at JM Kitchen & Bath did a great job for our kitchen cabinet remodel. They were super easy to work with and Taylor worked diligently to need our deadline to take advantage of the Omega deal. We weren’t thrilled with the third party installer but other than that we’re very pleased with our cabinets. Taylor came back multiple times to ensure everything was done correctly.

Its been almost 10 years ago that JM created our kitchen & Mike Carleton came out to prepare for us to be able to have a new dishwasher installed.He, I found, is a talented professional who made it possible for the old dishwasher to be removed and the new one installed. Two things impressed me. For one, JM did not leave us hanging when needed although the work required was well past any reasonable warranty period, and, two, the skill and friendliness Mr. Carleton exhibited.

Paul has been wonderful with which to work. I had a closer budget to meet and he held fast to the budget. He trimmed where the quality of the kitchen remodel was not affected. He has a large amount of examples for cabinets, tile, cabinet hardware. Paul has a great artistic eye and design knowledge. Yet, he is willing to work the clients ideas into that design. He is a true gentleman and positive in his interactions. His coordinating services for demolition, construction, flooring, and appliances work smoothly in a timely fashion. He is quite good at maintaining deadlines. JM kitchen and Bath and Paul will be called back to do our bathroom in the future.

Juli Shuett is a Design Goddess! Not only did she design the kitchen of my dreams, but there were no nightmares either. My 1980s townhouse kitchen was in dire need of a makeover. (May I say that each appliance was a different color!) However, she pulled it together simply and professionally. Her outstanding expertise in cabinet and color selection as well as guidance in appliance and sink finishes means my new kitchens design and style will be fresh and current for a long time. I trusted her instincts and taste completely. This was a complete remodel; floors, walls, cabinets, lighting, paint, you name it, we did it! Now my kitchen is a wonderful way to start my mornings. I have a better work flow, as well as double the counter top space for food prep. And everyone that sees my kitchen adores the clever pull out drawer for recyclables and trash (one of her many great and practical ideas). I recommend JM and Juli with my whole heart. You will not be disappointed.

Paul and his team were absolutely amazing from the first day we walked into their showroom until the last part of our kitchen remodel project was complete. They were the ONLY custom kitchen store that had exactly what I was looking for and we had searched high and low. From the time we placed the order, they gave us a timeline and schedule and did not miss one single date! Paul made suggestions to improve our layout that we never would have thought of on our own. Trust his experience and keep an open mind and you will have a dream kitchen in no time. I must say, their installers were 2nd to none - Clint headed our project and he was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and NEAT! When he left for the day, everything was clean and put away until his return. The day our new granite was installed, the guys even washed the floors when finished! It was an absolute pleasure to have this group working in our home. Great job team! I can honestly give the 5 star rating and refer you to anyone that is remodeling a kitchen or bath. Neal is exactly the kind of person you want to work with when designing cabinets: hes incredibly knowledgeable and so easy to work with. We cannot imagine our kitchen without Neals counsel. He took our kitchen from being something nice our architect laid out to being absolutely perfect for us. His attention to detail and eye for design aligned with what we wanted and needed before we even knew its what we wanted or needed.We were fairly cost conscious. Knowing that, Neal nudged us to spend money in some pretty key places (a couple banks of drawers, finishing touches on the right cabinets) without advising us to go overboard in areas that didnt need it. We are thrilled with the result, both in the cabinets and in our bank account.

I have been waiting several years to get started on my kitchen and bath remodels - we bought an older home, and while continual problems keep popping up that prevent us from getting started, JM has been available to us throughout the process. From cabinet and appliance advice, to helping us choose a designer that best fits our style and tastes, working with JM so far has been a wonderful experience. Now, the only problem is going to be settling on one style! So many options, styles, and price points - they truly are the best!

Janet was very accommodating and helpful when we were looking at cabinets, even though we already had a designer from one of the other stores. My wife and I used JM for a recent kitchen remodel and we are loving our new kitchen! We had a pretty hefty project on our hands as we knocked down a wall and went down to the studs on other walls. JM got everything to us in a timely manner and has been very attentive in providing resolutions to a couple small issues that came up. The cabinets are amazing, and we love how the remodel has transformed our home!

They may be good at what they do...but dont do much! I called for help redesigning my bathroom, and I got the brush off, they said I needed to call a contractor to do demo, tile, plumbing and that all they do is supply the cabinets, and sometimes they will install tile. .

The most challenging experience with a designer, and company, for us so far. We have worked with many designers and contractors for remodels. Our experience with JM: timeline promises unmet with many delays (affecting all working parties), defective materials on many levels, incorrect orders by the designer, poor accountability, absent service recovery, challenges in repair and responsibility for mistakes on installation, minimal oversight on projects and subcontractors, and over time cabinets peeling (company model to charge high prices and work with the cheapest supplier).We have had seamless, wonderful kitchen remodels in the past. Materials sustained for years.You can find better. Beware of upfront glitz and promises before you submit a deposit.

I think the real test of a kitchen remodel is the customers level of satisfaction several months after the shine has worn off. And I have to say that several months later, I absolutely still LOVE MY KITCHEN!! Mike and Jacque took me through every step of the process, and were there to take care of the details. I really appreciated their input and guidance and also their ability to tease out the features and characteristics I wanted in my new kitchen. We updated nearly everything - countertops, cabinets, most appliances, sinks and made updates to the powder room and family room to match the new kitchen look and feel.We also went with the recommended contractor of Scott Femrite and his incredible crew at HOW construction. They started AND FINISHED on time and paid attention to every detail. I will use them again and again on my next remodel project. They are delightful to work with! Thank you!

We had a designer come out to measure (I think her name was Jen). She promised us designs within a week to 10 days. After two weeks, she never called so we called the company. They told us that she was on a cruise for the next two weeks and that no one had access to our measurements or designs. A month later - she never even bothered to call back. What kind of business is that?

We had been planning to remodel our kitchen for several years, and had contacted two other kitchen design companies before we found JM Kitchen & Design. I sent a request to them through their website on a Sunday and received a call almost immediately setting up an appointment for Mike Thulson to come out and look at our kitchen. Mike was very professional and had so many great ideas that we hadn’t thought of. After we agreed on the design of the kitchen, everything went very quickly and smoothly. One of the things we were really impressed with was the help Mike gave us on the day we went out and chose the tile, cabinet hardware, and countertops. Mike helped us pick out what we wanted, and still stay within our budget. Mike and Jacque found the contractor to do the job, Scott with HOW Construction, and everything was scheduled to be done in 5 weeks. We had heard horror stories of kitchen projects dragging out for weeks more than the original schedule, so we were very happy that everything was completed right on time. Jacque was great at getting everything delivered to our home on time, and getting a few things replaced in a timely manner also.Our contractor, Scott with HOW Construction was an extreme pleasure to have in our house doing the remodel. He single handily renewed our faith in remodeling contractors. He was on time, or early every day, he is meticulous in his work, and every obstacle was met with confidence and speed. He also made it a point to make sure the job site (our kitchen) was clean and meticulous every day before he left. Scott is a real professional and would recommend him without hesitation. I had a very small project(kitchen countertops) in a 2 bdr condo, compared to the many other big projects JM does. My design consultant Rebecca was very professional and wonderful to work with. She had a lot of great advice on the many options with the counter tops,sinks, and faucets! Rebecca also came out for the templating and was there for the installation. The customer service I received from JM Kitchen and Bath was the absolute best!! My thanks to Rebecca, the fabricators and installers for taking great care of me.
