Definitely not a good experience working with them. Their communication was poor and the delivery was late. The selection in the clearance center wasnt very big so I ended up ordering things at full price anyway. I would recommend going elsewhere.
I have placed 2 orders through Mountain High Appliances, one for an LG Signature Washer and Dryer and the second order for the matching LG sidekick washer pedestal and storage pedestals. The sales rep I worked with was fantastic and very nice! The reason I went with Mile High Appliances was their selection of units and they price matched all 4 washroom pieces to an excellent price that was hard to beat! During one of the installs there was a hiccup but Mountain High Appliance customer service and the delivery company customer service and technicians were both fantastic, they very quickly and fully resolved our hiccup and ensured we were happy with the experience which we are. I would definitely do business with them down the road when I need new appliances knowing they have great prices and great customer service. Overall a great experience and highly recommended!

I recommend that you shop at this store first when looking for appliances many items are scratch and dent or the customer returned for whatever reason so you could get a discount over the big box stores

Fairly fast service had a couple of employees walked by and not but not ask me if I was helped yet but once I was helped it didnt take too long to get the parts I needed.
Amazing selection in ALL price categories. Their showroom is one of the best in town and they carry everything from low end products all the way up to Viking and Wolff. (And everything in between.) Prices are competitive with the big box stores, and their staff is WAY more knowledgeable. They also have a nice selection of open box and scratch and dent products to save even more. I am not sure why anyone would go to Home Depot or Lowes.
I had the most amazing experience with Mountain High Appliance and never even had to go to the store! I recently moved and found out the my washer and dryer did not work - super frustrating and clothes mounting! I spoke with the General Manager, Jim Varvil, who referred me to a sales associate, Scott Gosney. Scott called me in less than 24 hours to go over my needs. He sent me some options and gave me some time to look things over. Unfortunately, I was leaving town and running out of time. I completed the whole transaction, via email, as I was boarding the plane about to take off. Delivery was scheduled quickly. They arrive tomorrow and I could not be more excited! I greatly appreciate their customer service, efficiency, and the fact that they are a local business. I would highly recommend Mountain High Appliance to anyone and everyone for any appliance need!
I have to call BS on this place a little bit. The salesman overcharged for the measurement visit and corrected it when I pointed it out, but I had the definite feeling that it would have stayed as it was otherwise. Then I had to call several times about scheduling. Now that installation is scheduled, I was surprised to learn it will be outsourced to a partner company, whereas the brochure says in-house delivery and our installers are Mountain High employees, accompanied by a photo of two dozen guys wearing company uniforms. There are a number of plausible explanations for these inconsistencies in the current environment but they havent offered any, thus creating an impression of deceitfulness.
Please handle business and even waited a little after hours make sure I got what I needed
Our refrigerator died and we were looking to replace it asap. The employees were friendly and helpful. Given that the refrigerators were on backorder, I was advised to check out their clearance location. They had what I needed and wanted in stock. They even rushed delivery so we wouldnt be without a refrigerator for long! Im so very thankful and impressed with their customer support!!!

The appliances were great, but as a child who was forced along to wait for my parents for about two hours, I have to admit, the chairs are uncomfortable. They could do better with a couch, or a recliner, or even TV! I mean, I couldve been satisfied with a foot rest, at the most.
My salesman was Matt, We had been searching for some high end appliances for our remodel and had contacted mountain high appliance about a GE induction cook top. we ended up with the cook top, double speed oven, and a dishwasher. We had prompt responses with competitive pricing and great service. We had a very positive experience and would not hesitate to send others to them.

Scott answered and convinced me to make the drive . I met him as soon as I arrived and I was amazed that they had everything I wasLooking for. Since I wasn’t able to have the fridge I loved delivered in 2 days.....I did grab a Maytag Dishwasher....it was perfect and a Great Price . Scott Gosney is the man! We are building a new house so needed all new appliances. I dropped the ball on ordering, and my contractor needed appliances within two weeks. After being told by Sears and Home Depot that NOTHING would ship in less than 2-3 weeks because of COVID-19 delays, I called Mountain High Appliances, and Scott Gosney helped me put together an awesome kitchen appliance set, under my budget, and had it within ONE week. THEN, I decided the over-the-range microwave Id selected should be replaced by a range hood, and Scott found me one that matched my appliances, and I was able to pick it up the same day that I called. The customer service I received working with Mountain High Appliance was outstanding! From the person on the sales floor to the delivery guys that did the installation in my home. Specifically I would like to call out Jose Zapptas and his helper. These guys were the best. They called to see if they could come early, which they did. We went to several locations to search for appliances. Although we did not have trouble finding what we were looking for, we had sales people that lacked experience and customer service. We have been meaning to stop by Mountain High Appliance Warehouse Clearance Center for a couple of weeks and glad we did! Matthew Risdon was amazing! He knew his products and made suggestions to us. Even though we came in 45 minutes before closing he took time to answer every question, show us several pieces, and made suggestions. I could not be happier with the service we were provided and finding a Wolf range at an amazing price along with several other pieces we selected with him and purchased.

I’ve been looking for a French door refrigerator for months. I was at Mountain High Appliance Center a few months back but didn’t buy anything. I went back again to look at the clearance center. I was helped by Scott Johnson. He was very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful to make sure I saw every option he had on the floor. I decided on a Whirlpool unit and he was very helpful in checkling over the unit for any dents or dings. What a awesome experience. They may have great prices and service on appliances but they are rude and dangerous drivers. Just got tailgated by one of their black pickups with a bed cap before he passed me at 80+ on the Denver HOV.
Seems like once again Mountain High Appliances Warehouse showed their true color of how they handle their customers. I called their customer service on Thursday Feb 13th regarding built in oven/microwave combo. Microwave makes loud sounds when it turned on. Then one day the we set self cleaning to get the oven clean. Inner glass shuddered after 5mins. I then receive a call from their customer service on Monday Feb17th. Lady (DKN) told me that their sub contractor service team will come to take a look at it on Friday, after four days then once they examine it then Mountain High Appliances will order the part. I asked how long will that takes? Lady answered that she doesnt know how long. I told her that we often use our oven to cook or bake bread three times a week. She said she cant help. I then told her that I will Call Brad Barnett the owner of MHA. I did call the same day and leave a message, but did not hear back from him either. Now I have no choice to take this matter to small claim court. Buyer be aware that make sure to check everything before buying anything from MHA. I would rather go to Appliances Factory Outlet. I had their service 3yrs ago. They are very good of taking care of their customers. Im totally disappointed the way MHA taking care of their customers after selling their appliances and not fulfilling their warranty.
