I am so happy I found this location. The gentlemen who works in the front office was so nice and respectful. They didn’t have the truck I ordered due to someone else not dropping off. He not only got us an upgraded truck but he gave us a fantastic deal to keep me close to my original price. He was completely honest and his staff was also so nice. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a truck. Definitely earned the 5 stars.

Rented here a few times, Brock and the crew are great. All trucks have been in great working condition with no mechanical problems, local and out of state.

Worst customer service than Walmart. Walmart charges the price they say, this one doesn’t. I was quoted one price and they charged another price. Be careful at this location. This location likes to use the old bait and switch trick. I went to speak to the people and this location and no one knows rocky. Whoever rocky is at this location is not to well at doing business. I called up Penske corporation and explained the problem but no positive results. Corporation told me to go back to the office to fix the issue. Corporation was only able to refund a little of the over charge for the rental unit.

The guy running this Penske office is awesome! He gave me the best advice and made the truck rental easy, affordable, and smooth.

I will NEVER use Penske again. I was charged $116 over the price we had agreed on. Apparently the charge was an insurance charge that cannot be refunded. The problem is, I wasnt made aware that there was an insurance charge. None of the charges were gone over with me. I was rushed to sign all of the documents EXCEPT for the one with all of the pricing. Again- THE PRICES/AGREEMENT WERE NEVER GONE OVER WITH ME. The worst part is that I called the area manager named BILL, to see if he could help me understand why I couldnt get a refund and he was absolutely DISGUSTING to me. He laughed at me, raised his voice at me, wouldnt let me speak, called me the condescending sweetheart, and HUNG UP ON ME. What kind of manager does that?? Im appalled. I cant believe this happened. I will make sure that none of my friends, family, or community uses Penske. Absolutely disgusting.

Charged me 3 times the amount I was told. I have pictures of the fuel before and after. I filled it up before I dropped it off. Charged me for 10 extra miles also. I have pictures of the milage also. I denied coverage and was also charged for that. Total scam! Do not rent from them!

Absolute worst experience with this “location”. Went to drop the truck from driving from Tampa Florida. Was asking price for gallon and the receipt (pink slip) from dropping the truck off they refused to give the pink slip. And once asking for keys back to fill up truck they threw the keys. Had to get on call with customer service and they confirmed that we should get a pink slip. After walking back in and having customer service on the phone this location played it off “oh you wanted the pink slip” when they clearly said they keep it after several attempts from asking. FYI Penske corporate acted professionally this location acted very unprofessional and unfriendly.

Brock seemed to be nice while talking about price and pick up date, however when my girlfriend went to pickup the truck things went south.Brock went over the traditional inspections and sign offs with my girlfriend but never went over the rental agreement/pricing and rushed her through the process... She signed off on the truck inspection as you should and agreement (without being shown) and wasnt given the pricing/rental agreement until after the card was charged.It wasnt until the next day on our drive that we noticed the extra $116 charge on our card. We proceeded to call Brock back where he continually said his system was down or that he couldnt process our request for a refund and we would have to call someone else. This was understandable as it might have to be done through corporate, so we called. Upon calling we got in touch with the Pompano/South Florida Manager and it got worse.The manager was extremely rude and condescending to my girlfriend as he was not understanding the simple concept of Brock not going over the contract/pricing (where the extra charge was posted) and then hung up on her.Extremely unprofessional and customer service was terrible. A simple apology to a small mistake they made and refund would have been common practice amongst any reputable company, but they were unwilling to realize this.

Good location, super nice employees and easy drop off after hours. U-Haul will tell you that you have a reservation then leave you without a truck. Penske is the BEST

Rented truck in Florida, local dealership gave me a bad truck, loaded it, started to drive 1050 miles. dangerous steering, gasoline truck, started out slow but 55 moles an hour terrible, reason for 5 stars Penske picked up truck examined and returned money.

Not a good experience. Prices are outrageous. Same truck size thru budget is a 1/4 of the cost..
