DONT RENT HERE!! Lights dont work at night and its a very shady/high crime area. The entire place has a very nerve-racking aura to it, more so at night. Ignore the overwhelmingly friendly salesman desperately trying to convince you otherwise and stay away!Owners, please finally fix the issue. Its been almost a year now. This is just embarrassing.

I’ve been a loyal customer sense 2009. This place has been so much better sense Lydia has been the Store manager here. The bathroom are Always clean, the property has less leaves due to her cleaning. There is no complain sense she has been here. NOW I AM DEFINITELY NOT GOING ANYWHERE BECAUSE OF HER. thanks lydia keep up with the great customer service and the great cleaning you provide.

Great Customer service, and very well kept on site and in office. Both employees were great

-5 stars; they are not in the office during office hours; they take several hours in the middle of the day for lunch, sooo...theyre not in the office during the day most of the time. Next they dont answer the phone. 3rd, they NEVER return phone calls. 4th, they have NO trash cans for paying customers. So, you can hundreds of dollars in fees and be treated like a criminal, because EVERYONE has occasional trash to throw out. 5th, they have broken locks and dont fix them for a month, so you have to walk a 1/4 mile to the other door to enter then walk a 1/4 mile back to your storage unit inside.

Clean and well kept. Thanks for helping us with out moving preferences. I know my husband was difficult but you were so generous and kind. Great Job Lydia

A moving process is never easy or cheap! Phil H. took such good care of us, helping us get the best of the best! He was patient and reassured us that we were making the right decision on getting a unit. Phil H. is definitely a great employee and should be praised for his great customer satisfaction.

Fabian is the best and most helpful manager you can find. Very helpful with my move and all questions Ive had. Facility is clean and temperature controlled units(Which I have) are cold at 75 degrees or sometimes less. Highly recommended staff and you cant beat the location.

This facility and the people who work there are awesome! I have used several other storage/parking facilities in the Delray Beach area, but the level of security, cleanliness and customer service did not even come close to matching up to this particular Uncle Bobs facility. The manager, Fabian, was accommodating, professional and went the extra mile to earn my business - and keep it! If youre in the market for a secure, clean, user-friendly storage and/or parking facility, I cannot recommend this one enough.
