Mike and Jean came on time and made everything easy and made it very convenient. I had multiple stops scheduled during the move and they accommodated all of them. They both went above and beyond and gladly did anything I asked of them, and they even took all the boxes that were left behind. Truly a great experience. I will always use this company and request Mike and Jean!!!!

First, I want to start with the office staff. Lesley was our contact person. She was on it from beginning to end. Our moving team Javier, Frank and Hunt were great. They were cheerful, professional, helpful, masters of organization and fast. We moved from an apartment and put our things in storage. It was was a very good experience and we will use them again. I have moved many many times and this was BY FAR the best one! Two Men and a Truck was recommended by a good friend. I gathered 3 names to call to quote out a small move; Two Men was my first call and their quote was so low that I didnt even bother to call the other two. I figured I would take my chances.They promised me 2 men, just as the name suggests, between 8 and 9 am. Instead, 3 guys showed up EARLY. They got my entire moving job done well short of the estimated time and actually charged me significantly LESS than the quote was. Ive never heard of a mover coming in lower than the quoted price (often the opposite).Aside from being very upfront and honest with the pricing, they were clean, they were very careful with my things, and they were thorough. Two thumbs way way up!

DO NOT USE!!!!!We were scheduled to move Saturday arrival time 830A-930A with courtesy call of 30 minutes before. At 9:27a after not hearing from them I called. It took 20x to get a hold of someone asking where are the movers at. Gino answers and says oh sorry we have been working on the truck we have oil leaks we have tried calling you to let you know. (That was a LIE!!!!) I had my phone glued to my hand since 8am waiting for their call! They NEVER called!! When asking when they are looking to be over to move us he says in about an hour. I call back in a hour to find out where they are it is now 10:30am, he response we are still on the same boat we are not sure it can take 5 min it can take 2 hours. I am in total panic mode now and I cannot take a chance to wait another 2 hours let alone even know if they would be able to move me that day. It’s 1pm by now I had to call last minute movers to come move me right away. Thankful to All my sons for coming out last minute to move me and Did fabulous job. When calling two men and a truck back to ask for my $280 deposit they said you cancelled us we are not crediting you the deposit. I said you guys never showed up! The contract was from 830a-930am. It was 1pm no one ever showed up you had truck issues and decided to play waiting games with us. We have 2 kids all our belongings were ready outside we can’t wait all day to not even know if we will be moved that day. They refused to give our deposit back. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge because they were refusing to. Horrible horrible way these people run a business. Horrible customer service!! Do not use these movers!I DID NOT GET CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE because I had to dispute it with my bank after YOU refused to refund 280 dollars! I had to go through the whole hassle to dispute the charge. So yes I didn’t get charged because I disputed it with my bank! Thanks for nothing!

From start to finish our move was as easy a move as one could hope for! With Kenny in the office and Lawrence & Dorman as our movers we were in very good hands! At the start, Kenny was able to provide us with an over-the-phone estimate on the moving date of my choice and calling for 7 hours of moving time. I really appreciated his responsiveness as I had to change and add to what was being moved. On moving day, our dream team of movers, Lawrence & Dorman, arrived as scheduled and did such an outstanding job! These gentlemen were kind, respectful and fast without sacrificing care and concern for our belongings. The move was completed in 4 hours with a great savings to us in both time & cost. Hired local team to help me unload truck coming in from out of state. The team called me when they were on the way and with a arrival time. The two gentlemen that showed up were professional and eager to work. They could not have been any better. I am 100% satisfied with their communication and work that they did.

We were very surprised and relieved when the men showed up on time and ready to work. They were fast, professional, and very careful with our belongings. Not a single item was scratched, dented, nor broken. We learned a couple of new ways for efficient cleaning of our furniture. The men broke a expensive cureo cabinet with glass china and blamed me for it. Actually they blamed the wind . I said numerous times it was was fragile and left outside on top of another piece of furniture. They put an expensive black love seat couch on top.of another very very expensive cabinet from Renaissance period but restored. This was a nightmare of blaming a customer!

This is the third time I have used Two Men and a Truck. Lets start with the office staff. The gentleman, who helped us was ver professional and accommodating. I had to reschedule our move and he remembered the details when I called back. The team that helped us was friendly, and careful. In 3 moves, I have had nothing broken. Also, their price is reasonable. I would definitely use them again. They come prepared and stay until the job is done. They give an estimate and stay within 1.5 hours of the original estimate. I did not feel like I was being scammed like some other movers do. The only suggestion I would give if you are moving with them, have cold water available. They work hard and need it.

I’m a Director at a five star facility in Coral Springs we had someone moving from one of our buildings I was up on the catwalk when I saw one of the guys run in back of our generator to releave himself he asked me if I wanted a picture then he lights up a cigarette and I told him it was a non smoking facility and he ignored me they need to pick better people that represent the company and not hire people that do not care

Not professionals at all and grossly negligent.I never write reviews but feel I must warn anyone considering hiring a mover. There are professional movers and then there is Two Men and a Truck. Also, note that many of the Two Men and a Truck locations are franchised and some are commonly owned. When hiring them you are getting two men but not two professional movers. I hope these set of facts are enough to have you think going elsewhere.Hired them for a simple move of only a few items. Sent pictures to them before booking it. Bridgett indicated I needed 3 men because the dining room table and bases were too big and heavy. So 3 movers are on my order form. When delivering items, only 2 men. I asked where 3rd person was. They said its only them. They get the easy items off and then comes the dining room base and table. They dont secure the base to the dolly and because the one mover is so weak (more on that below) he cannot control it coming down the ramp and it falls and cracks. Then after that they get the glass table out. The one mover is so weak he could not lift it and I had to help moving it in (I have pictures of this). The other mover kept complaining to me how the weak mover was so bad and he asked that I send an email to Gino, which is their Operations Manager. I sent the message to Gino and have the text messages from the one good mover to prove it. They claim that the waiver and release of liability gets them out of any responsibility. That would be true if their is not gross negligence. I have so many facts and the evidence to support it. So I will deal with them in small claims court.Having said all that, ask yourselves if you think saving a few dollars is really worth it. You are not getting professional movers for your money. I am sure they will respond to this post with some made up nonsense, but I have the pictures and text messages to prove itAS PREDICTED: As predicted in my last sentence of my original post, their response has suggests I am working to resolve this with their Management team. I tried. I worked through their corporate client services in Michigan and also emailed their Corporate CFO. Since this Delray location is franchised, corporate really does not have much say. The fact is I tried to resolve in all the right ways, always being polite but I knew my post was going to get a nonsense and inaccurate response. Unfortunately, I will file a small claims action because they have no desire to resolve. I am very reasonable but their response is they are not responsible. Gross negligence trumps a waiver of liability.

I rarely leave reviews, but I definitely felt one was due here… I almost didn’t book these guys based on poor Yelp reviews but I’m glad I took them all with a grain of salt and decided to give them a try. They were AMAZING… I never seen guys who get paid by the hour actually running with boxes in their hand, I was afriad they’d take their time but that was far from the case. The actually finished the move nearly an hour under the estimate and saved me a good amount of money. I could not recommend them more, especially Javier (hope I caught name correctly) and his crew of guys. Will definitely use again for my next move corporate or personal.

The men that did the packing and moving to the storage unit were sloppy. They were nice and courteous but threw clothes that should not have been packed into a box marked her computer. There were many more incidents like this of things being packed in a box and marked for another category of room. i.e., couch pillows in with dishes or pots and pans. I could go on forever. Another issue was that we have a sleep number bed and when asked if they knew how to disassemble and reassemble it, the answer was a confident yes. Well, guess what. The bed almost collapsed totally when we went to bed that night. The next day, someone was sent that fixed it. And, finally, I was fully aware that I would have to one trip to the storage unit and the other from storage to the residence. I had no idea that I would have to pay extra for packing. I thought the packing and moving was one charge. I was told it was in the paperwork and when I looked it over, I realize that it was there. However, I wasnt told up front which is very misleading. If Id known this, I definitely would have checked with other movers. Two Men and a Truck were recommended to me and I went with that.

I was quoted a little over $10,000 from Kenny Jenkins to move a one bedroom apartment from Fl to Tx. I usually don’t write reviews unless I’ve serviced with them but that’s just ridiculous.

This franchise must be the worst in the industry! Was like watching snails move, and totally incompetent. Literally had to step in with the larger items so they wouldnt break anything else or damage the walls (see pictures). Used the same group twice under prior owners and it took 2 hours to move the same items between the same addresses. This time took 4 hours with breakage. Expect the worst and and Im sure they will exceed your expectations! And dont be fooled by positive reviews before the new owners purchase a couple months ago.

Our movers, Mike and Zack were terrific and friendly. They worked really hard for us. It took a bit longer than I expected and I couldnt find a TV remote that I placed in a dresser drawer after I unpacked. I called the local office where I hired them to see if they had my TV remote or remembered where they may have placed it. The drawer had batteries and the TV remote in it and when I went to get it, all of it was gone? I left a voice message to the company about my missing TV remote. A simple phone call back would have been nice, but no one ever called me back. Our quote was less than other moving companies, so I hired them but in the long run it turned out to be more expensive, about $335 more than the original quote/estimate. I ended up having to buy another TV remote and batteries for about $20, oh well.

I hired Two Men and a Truck to move my law office and my home from Boynton Beach to Bonita Springs, FL. This moving company was GREAT. I would highly recommend them. They charge by the hour and boy did these movers hustle. I told them to take a break since it was so hot out but they said no (true). The move went flawless and below what was initially estimated.

Beyond being on time, good at moving heavy stuff, these guys work hard and never complain about heat or work. They stay until it’s all finished and are true professionals. Their truck was very clean and looked nicer than some apartments ive been to. We had all our things boxed, wrapped up, and ready for an easier move. The way they wrapped our couch, dressers and other items were amazing.The move in was great as well. They took care of our new house so they didnt scratch the walls or anything else. The two guys who moved my stuff were professional, capable, strong, and polite. I was very happy with how efficiently they handled my two-part move - packing up a truck at my storage unit, and then stopping by my furnished apartment I had been renting, but to which I had added some of my own furnishings, and then driving to a third place and unpacking. When I got a quote for their cost, it all sound fair so I choose them, on moving day they had raised the rate and added a destination charge of 160 bucks, I was then stuck paying this as I could not change the move date, when I called they said I was wrong. The only person who would be wrong is someone who would use this company, they are crooks who took me, youve been warned

After giving them 5 stars on the first move when they placed our belongings in storage, I’ve had to redo this once they moved our belongings to our new home. A couple of furniture pieces were broken which was disheartening to see along with glasses. But now I have realized that not a single piece of furniture was put back together properly or safely. Our bed has random screws in it, with the heads now broken off as they were not designed for the bed and the weight of people. My children’s beds were put together with the same lack of attention, actually forgoing holes and creating their own. This technique was used on my dresser mirror as well, creating new holes right through the back of my dresser below the holes designed for the heavy duty screws. We have found multiple bags of screws, nuts, and bolts that were randomly placed in boxes and never bothered to be found. So, they can move stuff and move it efficiently. Do not expect them to care for your stuff or care how the stuff is put back together once the move is done.In response to the reply, we had 4 beds and two were literally half put together. I wrote an email right after the move and never got a response. And I decided to let it go. Now that I have discovered 4 new drilled holes in my dresser after moving it to a new spot, I’ve written a public review and got an immediate reply. Interesting how that works. And Alex had no idea I’d call and knew nothing of this review.

I hired 2 Men & A Truck to move my fathers belongings out of his apartment at an assisted living facility after he passed away. They were very accommodating since it was short notice. They showed up on time, moved everything quickly and efficiently and the final charge was actually lower than the estimate I was given when I made my reservation. I highly recommend this company for any moving needs.

My experience with Two Men and A Truck was good overall..I needed a company to pick up my stuff from UPack and move it to my new home and I was kind of nervous about the whole process, but they did that and it went smoothly.The only criticism I have is that when I arrived at their office at exactly the time we had agreed on, their office was closed up tight and I couldnt reach anyone on the phone so I didnt know what to do. Fortunately there was a man coming out of the gate in a truck and I signaled him to stop and he knew who to call to reach whoever was inside. And when he got the door unlocked everyone who worked there WAS inside and had been inside for quite a while and they didnt know the door was locked -AND they didnt know that the doorbell didnt ring !So eventually they got all my stuff in their truck and we did get it to my new home and they did unpack some of my stuff, but not all of it. At that point I wasnt sure how much they should have unpacked, so I let it go.They were friendly and efficient and easy to work with and I would recommend them, but make absolutely sure that everyone who works inside the office knows that youre coming and knows what time you will arrive so that you can get into the building !

I used Two Men and a Truck to move from South Florida to Central Florida.The lady at the office was nice and the two guys that help also was nice except for the following:I got a quote of about $2,000 considering that it would take 11hrs of work plus the time of road, which has a special charge for it. The quote also included a few materials such as TV box and mattress cover. I didnt use any of those materials.We finish the moving with 8hrs sharp including the time they drove up here and for that we have a special charge. When the one the guys came with the paper work he said We will JUST charge you what was on your quote. Since it was in the move day and tired of all of that I didnt pay attention to the quote details. My bad. Well the problem is, my quote considered 11hrs of work plus the drive (fuel) charge and I was charged for that. It means that I was OVERCHARGED in over $300.I would not recommend this company at all, but if you insist on it, pay attention on what you was quoted or you will be overcharged.

I recently used this company when moving into the area, James was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable when providing me with a quote for the move. When I met the movers, John and Ernesto, I immediately knew i was in good hands. They were very careful when handling delicate objects and assured me that they would completely take care of everything, boy were they right!! These men took complete control from beginning to end and made the move a breeze, i was able to sit back and relax knowing my possessions were in great hands. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone i know when moving. I have never posted a negative review but I am extremely disappointed with the way this move was handled. I have used other franchises of this brand with no problem and after I read all the great reviews figured I was safe. The move out was no problem, done in approx. one and a quarter hours so it is obvious I didnt have much furniture. They were pleasant and quick. The move into my new home was completely different. I acknowledge that it was in the middle of a bad storm but there were three men with only one actually bringing furniture into the apartment. Furniture had been damaged and I have yet to get a call back to resolve this issue. I have made several phone calls and explained that it would cost $250 to fix or replace the desk that had been damaged. The move costs were expensive for only moving 25 miles. I could not recommend this company.

I had a terrible experience with Two Men and a Truck and will never use them again.They broke a 1 year old - $500 coffee table, after I told them multiple times to be very careful with it. During the reimbursement process I was told that I would only be reimbursed $66 because I signed off on a value of $.60 per pound for my belongings.1) It was never explained during the booking process that this was the case. In fact the Pre-move letter clearly states If we determine that a damage cannot be repaired, we reserve the right to either replace or compensate (Actual Cash Value) for the damage.2) Their movers came to my home on moving day on April 4th in the middle of stay at home orders and did not wear any kind of masks.3) While I did apparently sign off on the $.60 per pound on the morning of the move in the multiple pages of paper work presented to me. It was never clearly explained by any agent of the company that I had 2 options for damage valuation.This is shady business practices. They want their quotes to come in lower than everyone but when you really read the fine print it isnt worth it.NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

The entire moving experience was excellent. I have to commend the two movers on the great work ethic they both applied to the job at hand. They took great care of wrapping and covering my furniture and treated it like they were moving their own furniture. They had great personalities and were very efficient, not wasting a minute with loading and unloading the truck. I would recommend this team to anyone. They made my entire move enjoyable. I also appreciated their professionalism. The office staff and James who gave us the estimate were excellent and followed up every step of the way. So to sum it up this was an awesome moving experience. Oh yes, every piece of furniture arrived without one nick or damage. That to me is amazing. I used Two Men and a Truck a few weeks ago. The moving service was amazing beginning with excellent communication via email and phone. They also arrived in a very timely manner. When moving there is always something that occurs such as tight doorways these guys handled it in a very professional manner with patience. All of the staff was helpful from management to drivers. I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone who asks me regarding a moving company.

HORRIBLE experience!!! I wish I could literally give zero stars. They work on an hourly basis, hold you card on file and they give you an estimate based on the amount of things that you have. I told them the distance and amount of things that I had in my storage unit. She said she could foresee it going over 2 hours for such a small amount of things, but again it is an estimate. The drivers arrived on time and were personable. It was pouring rain on and off. Once we began, it took them approximately 30 mins to load the truck another 30 to get to my new apartment. I then took them 2.5-3hours hours to unload 2 bedroom sets and under 20 boxes that previously took 30 minutes to load. They took so long that the rain came down again. I timed them taking out one of the furniture, and it took them 15-20 minutes to take one empty hollow dresser into my apartment. They broke my dresser that I bought a few months ago on top of all of this! They billed me $600 to move 2 bedroom sets and under 20 boxes, not to mention they still have not fixed or replaced my dresser yet. Two weeks later, I stopped by (7/11/2019) to get an update since the only response I get via email or phone is some will reach out. To my surprise there was a sign on the door at 1pm saying they will be closed until 11. I have pictures and emails to prove all of this. This place is a scam and I would not allow them to move my dogs bed from the living room to kitchen. I am a single mom with 2 kids and this experience was heart breaking and unnecessarily expensive. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND YOUR MONEY.

Beware!Initially all went well (so well I gave $140 in tips to the moving guys), until we realized that they LOST (or someone took) my 86-year-old mothers desktop computer. After two weeks of conversations, the owners decided that since I hadnt bought replacement value insurance, theyd give me $7.50 for the $359 computer that THEY lost but WE have to replace... not to mention all the data that we unfortunately had on the hard drive thats gone forever or in the wrong peoples hands. And by the way, they also broke a large glass vase and a ceramic serving piece in the move.Think twice about this franchised location... or at least take out the expensive policy - the people who work there are decent human beings; but the owners are nasty, cold-hearted, and terrible customer service people.

After a nightmare move from California, it was a pleasure to work with Two Men and a Truck. They moved an apartment size move from Delray Beach to Coconut Creek for my son. These men were so polite—so considerate, I could hardly believe it. I can not recommend them highly enough and we have moved all over the country.

Horrible customer service experience. Let me rephrase that: horrible human relations. I called to get a quote and the employee was so impatient and annoyed like I was bothering him. He kept interrupting me when I tried talking only to find out he was never listening to me or giving me time to finish my sentence. So rude! I dont leave reviews often but this deserves one to inform others because this is horrible. I was not rude once and asked to speak to a manager and he hung up on me. I called back and the manager did not seem to want to address the issue... of course after I had to ask another staff to speak with her. Bad management!

There were a few guys from this location that I would like to point out as having such amazing customer service. Richard and Ryan waited all day at the storage place that I work at for their customer to arrive and rent a unit. When he finally got there it was an elderly man that needed an extreme amount of attention. Their manager Marco even came and got involved in assisting the customer. I was so impressed with the level customer service from the gentlemen. They went above and beyond for their customer.

Two Men and a Truck, is a company with great heart, helping the community at every possible turn.They assist us at the Community Closet with picking up clothing and helping us donate it to well over 250 families in need, whenever called upon. I congratulate them on knowing how to balance a successful business, while still giving back to the community.A truly fantastic company!!!

If I could give Two Men a minus five start rating I would. After Two Men moved me to my new home a psycho stalker called Two Men looking for my new address and Two Men violated my privacy and told them where I moved to !!!!!!!Two Men has made my life a living hell. If you value your privacy and security DO NOT USE THEM!! Two Men can not be trusted.

These guys were a dream team!! The price was beyond fair - They made my move such a breeze. Nothing was damaged - not even a scratch. Everything was wrapped with pads perfectly and even reassembled! They were done in an hour, were friendly, and went the extra mile making sure everything was done well. I could not recommend them more!

On-time (actually a little early), polite, honest, well trained, friendly, very professional men! Will definitely use them again!

The guys were extremely nice! They got the job done super fast. We even asked them to do an extra stop and they did it without a problem. We are very grateful that they were able to help us!

Our movers Danny and Pedro were excellent: professional, organized and extremely proficient and courteous. They made our move delightful and would highly recommend these two. The office personnel need to be more professional in their operation.

It saddens me to write this review after I have recommended this company to various airline employees and business owners in the past 3 years.On 3-14-18 about 10:20am I call to scheduled my move within 15 minutes I received a emergency call from my family in Chicago requesting that I come home, I hung up the phone and I call your company back to cancel the move until I returned. I explained the emergency call to your employee and she in turn told me I was within my 48 hours so no problem. She emailed me the cancellation.Shortly after the email I received another email stating I would be charged for 2 hours because I was not in the cancellation time frame. I then called and ask for the supervisor or manager. A lady by the name of Leslie who had no compassion regarding my family emergency came to the phone and displayed the most rude and heartless behavior. I explained to her that I had used the company at least 3 times in the past and I did not think under the circumstance she was being fair because she was charging me for 2 hour. I explain to her that I had scheduled the move and cancelled in less than a half of hour.She rudely replied if I have used the company before then I should have known the policy and she was doing me a favor by only charging me for the 2 hour but would credit half back when I rescheduled. When I informed her that one of her agents told me it would be ok to cancel and sent me a cancellation email I was left with the understanding I would not be charge and could reschedule upon my return. Leslie rudely replied that wasn’t the agent who helped me so she did not know. I stated she looked the order up saw the details and sent me a cancellation letter that never mentions charging me for 2 hours.If this manager thinks this was go business then I’m very concerned about the morals of this company.I was put through unnecessary stress at a very upsetting time and all this company wanted was my money no matter how they got it.Based on this heartless display of humanity I in good conscious would never recommend this company ever again.

They exceeded my expectations in every way. Showed up on time, finished way ahead of schedule, and took great care of our stuff. Accurate billing and everyone I talked with associated with the company was a nice professional. This is how a moving company is suppose to operate. They brought my faith in using a moving company back, and Ill recommend them to everyone.

These guys are great! They came on time and went straight to work. They moved extremely fast and didnt mark up any walls at all! With 21 srews in my back I obviously cant lift heavy bulky objects, so i always have to resort to using moving companies. This company by far has been my best experience when it comes to moving!

Nick, Javier, and Anthony did an amazing job. They were quick, clean, broke nothing, and helped me pack and box everything I couldnt handle myself. They were extremely nice, friendly and trustworthy and made it a quick process for me. I couldnt have been more pleased with their work. Thank you!

Such a horrible experience I dont even know where to begin so Ill just tell my whole story from front to back. I called them to get a quote and they sent someone over a few days later and they gave me a quote. I hired them without getting any other quotes because I figured it was safe because theyre a national company, but boy was I wrong! Three guys showed up and this is where it takes a bad turn. They barely spoke English or were just uneducated but just more scary looking overall more than anything. I figured they were probably good workers so I just figured they would do a good job but it was in fact just the opposite. They were slow as can be, my husband had to help with a lot of the move, they didnt know how to take any of the furniture apart or put it back together. Totally unprepared, unprofessional. Moved several times and they were the worst by far!The move ended taking up twelve hours and they give me a bill THAT WAS DOUBLE THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE!!!!!! I called the office and they said it is what it is and you have to pay the bill or theyll take the stuff back. Here i am sitting there with three kids in diapers so I had no choice but to pay. I called the corporate number and they said I had to deal with the local office. They love to talk about all the charities they help but its really just a big show they put on, because they only care about the money in their pockets. Oh yeah, forgot to mention the damage to both my stuff and the property. An antique table and chairs were damaged that was originally my grandmothers and they only offered to pay $50 for it!!!!!!! Holes in the wall, scratched floors. So the close to $3k that we paid for a move that was only 5 miles away wasnt worth it and thats not even including the other damages. Next Ill know not to be so trusting.

Over the top expensive

Tried to charge me 2000$ to move from Boynton to Orlando. A one bedroom apartment. And the only things there had to pack was the kitchen and my TV... When I called to ask why they put down 11 hours total I was told it takes 4 hours to drive from Boynton to Orlando... 🤔 180 miles at 60 miles an hour... Im no math genius but thats three hours... Bridget the one who did my quote needs to go back to elementary school. Its a shame that they want to try to take advantage of a veteran... They can go piss into the wind

Dont trust these guys with anything. One of the movers took my apple mac book. Paid top dollar to have my house moved and get my computer stolen.
