Joe Bonnie is the only mover I trusted with my antiques. They have helped my family with four moves and they have been honest, on time, and respectful and careful with our property. I’ve had movers who charged extras or hurt my furniture, but this family owned business quotes a fair price and stays within that quote. Joe Bonnie and son is highly recommended for any move.

Four movers arrived on time. They were very efficient and gentle with my furniture. What I appreciated most was their concern with the placement of the furniture. They asked about each piece if I was satisfied with its placement and moved it until I was. They were very courteous and patient. I definitely would recommend Joe Bonnie & Son moving and Storage.

We recently had a large move (2 trucks) and are so glad we engaged Joe Bonnie & Son to handle it. While we did most of our own packing, we did have Joe Bonnie pack the more delicate, breakable items, including all the lamps, TVs and large artwork. The day they loaded us, it rained but they covered everything and worked very efficiently. On delivery day both my husband and I were sick with food poisoning (awful!). The crew that delivered was essentially the same crew that packed us and they were ALL FANTASTIC! We were so thankful for them. Now that were completely unpacked, I can confirm that we had no breakage. I would highly recommend this company!

The folks at Joe Bonnie are very good at what they do. They are professional, honest, extremely helpful and most of all very careful with your belongings. Its also important to note that the storage facility is air conditioned vs. climate controlled (big difference).

I am very generously giving Joe Bonnie two stars for a recent move they (mis) handled for me for one reason - the people are very nice, specific shout out to Mitchela, who is a pro. That said they bungled a small move badly and they know it and admit it. They picked up my stuff in early December and it took approximately two months to get it to my destination in the northeast. There was excuse after alibi during this entire charade and there were several times they couldnt even answer the question when the move was taking place. Theyll blame it on National Van Lines but at the end of the day they own this as agent and have to take responsibility. I very humbly asked for a small discount at the end to compensate me for their incompetence and ineptitude, which they and National both refused. This of course was a poor business decision as Ill never use them again nor recommend to others - currently working on a significantly larger move of family goods and they are not getting the job. All very sad as they had great reviews and are nice people. Mistakes and problems happen, its a given. The mark of a good business is how you handle those mistakes, and Joe Bonnie completely failed, as badly as they handled the move itself.

It was off to a rough start when they came to give a quote and found that the main office hadnt held a spot for my move out day and was told they were completely booked. But I must say, they made things right and found a way to accommodate us. I was pleased with the movers and how they handled our belongings with care. Just called this company to get a price quote on a small two bedroom house move and the lady was immediately talking over me before I could even explain anything. She had to stop herself from talking over me then she said they would need someone to come out to my house. I explained to her this was the fourth company I had spoken with and NONE of them told me they needed to come out to our house, me and my wife work full time sometimes 60 hours per week. I asked her if we could get a price without them coming to our home, she said NO! Then I told her that the last 4 companies I had spoke with had NO problem giving us a price without coming to our home, she responded to me and said then call those other moving companies??? I was so astonished by her response I asked to speak to a manager and she said here I am?? I was still very polite then I asked her again to speak to a manager and she said How Can I Help You?? WHO ON EARTH WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY WHO TREATS PEOPLE THIS WAY!!

They were always responsive to any questions we may have had. I did not give them 5 stars because an item did get brokeHowever they made good and we will be using them again.

These guys cost a little more then some of the other quotes we got. But, they were the most professional as far as the the people they had working for them. You could tell they knew their stuff and would use kid gloves with our furniture. They made this whole process run so smoothly. The movers showed up on time and did an amazing job and even moved some items/plants that werent included in the original quote. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs to move. Our 1,000 mile move from Fl to Va could not have gone better! National Van Lines local affiliate Joe Bonnie in Delray Beach Fl did just a superb job of packing. The National crew that picked up and delivered our stuff went above and beyond to meet our needs. Because our condo building can only handle small trucks they had to transfer our stuff from the humongous moving van to a smaller rental truck before they could move it upstairs to our unit. So they really had to move our stuff twice! And they had to delay our delivery by one day because of a conflict in reserving the building freight elevator. All this they did with no complaints! During the move in they somehow got some very large pieces of furniture through doors seemingly too small for them to fit. All 69 boxes were correctly placed in rooms for which they were labeled and everything was somehow completed between 8am and noon. Over the next few days we unpacked to find that everything made it in perfect shape...despite being moved twice! This is what I call a perfect move.

The three movers arrived at the scheduled time and worked with admirable diligence. They carefully moved my furniture and were kind and very polite in the process. They alerted me to imperfections in the furniture prior to touching and carrying the items. They then delivered the furniture in good order. I was pleased with their efforts as well as their friendly and helpful attitudes.

Best moving company ever. Great people, great service, they treated our furniture as if it was their own. I stopped supervising the move after 20 minutes of watching how careful they were. The estimate was handled in an quick and courteous manner, and the price for the move well within the range that was charged.They packed my entire house in four hours one day, and moved me the next. They were courteous, reliable, professional and everything you would want in a mover.With packing and moving a whole house of furniture, personal belongings etc. nothing broke - not even a light bulb. As a matter of fact the only casualty was the loss of a set of five slate coasters which I may very well have thrown out myself amongst the fifty or so boxes I unpacked.I would highly recommend them to anyone moving in the Southeast Florida area.
