She figured out my technical issues with the online process and stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour until everything was resolved. The manager Karen was a delight everytime I needed assistance or had a question. Property was clean and well maintained. Would recommend to everyone and I would personally use this facility again. I had a 5 x 10 climate control.

When I reserved a space at Public Storage, I said that I would be in Saturday to pay for it. When I got there Saturday, Karen (the mgr) not only found my space but was able to secure it at a lower rate! Then, the system went down. Karen was able to save my space so that I could come in on Sunday to sign for it and submit payment. This is an employee that Public Storage should be proud to have. Its rare these days to find good service.

Highly Recommend! Very Clean! I spoke with Karen about a 5 X 5 unit but there were none available. Karen took my number and said she would call when one came available and sure enough, 2 weeks later she called with a 5 x 5 unit. Karen is awesome in my book!!

Fred the manager on duty was super helpful and nice to me and my father. We needed our lock cut and he took care of it right away. Great service!

On July 30th 2021 I rented a small unit from Public storage on Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach Florida. It was late on a Friday evening and by the time I checked the unit the office had closed up. I found the unit to be damp, to small, very dark and had a bad smell. Early the next morning I called to cancel. It was less than 24 hrs. The manager said that I needed to call the day before to cancel. She refunded the price of the lock and the rent for July 30th and July 31st. I also had paid for August in advance because that was what she required at the time of rental and a $28 administration fee. She said that she would have to check with the owner on Monday to credit me back for the month of August and the administration fee. I never heard from them again. They took $185.51 at the time of rental and only refunded $36.85 14 hours later. This is very bad customer service. I did rent another unit at EXTRA SPACE. The unit was very clean they provided Dollies to move your belongs. STAY AWAY FROM PUBLIC STORAGE AT THE ATLANTIC AVE DELRAY BEACH FLORIDA LOCATION

Renee was totally awesome! She methodically helped me consolidate two units I was renting into one larger unit. Very patient and thorough, and I did not have to pay additional fees. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I just had the most horrible experience with someone trying to break into my unit and steal everything I own. I called store # 08045 and I spoke to a wonderful woman named Karen. She went above and beyond. She is the property manager and she called her manager. They immediately put a second security lock on my unit and changed my entrance code and did this for free. What a wonderful safe place to store your valuables. Karen is an excellent employee and deserves a raise. This was by the far the best customer service that I have probably ever received! We had some difficulties moving into our unit and ending up having to find another company for our storage needs. Their district manager Daniel Mathew was the light at the end of the tunnel for public storage when we felt we were getting absolutely nowhere. Very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. If he were in office on our move in date we wouldve stayed with public storage.

The property manager Karen is kind, patient, extremely helpful and CARING!!! They provide high levels of customer service, and will help to make the rental experience as quick and easy as possible. I was into my new rental in no time.Excellent and convenient location to rent from. The facility is clean, well maintained and well run. I have rented at many facilities over the years and after trying the rest, I go with the best, Public Storage is my go to storage rental facility.

After she gave me directions in the most cheerful manner I have ever heard, but asked if I was interested in renting a unit. I wasnt but I must confess. In todays world, courtesy and customer service seem to have gone out the window. But not today and not at this location.
