I went to the store 10/22/2021. I had several documents to copy. The two employees greeted me as I entered the store. Anna came over and helped me, which took almost an hour. She was so helpful. I couldnt have done it without her. If you think that no one offers customer service anymore, go to the ups store in Decatur, and see Anna. 10 stars for Anna!

I have used this location to ship, notarize, copy and purchase since 2016. I have always found them professional and kind…..until the last couple of months. They have hired in the most obnoxious, rude and unprofessional people I have ever delt with. No more walking in the door and being greeted like a friend. There are other UPS locations near by that I found today, and I will never ever frequent this business again. They have lost a good customer due to bad hiring.

This store has helped me with shipping and printing needs. Everyone has always been very friendly and the store is clean. Anna was great with helping me design my business cards and other items I needed for work. Great service!

The staff is not trained in handling customer complaints. I took a package to be shipped via 2-day service and it did not arrive on time. I went to the store to discuss the issue and was told that I would get a call from the Manager on Monday since it was a weekend day and he was not available. I received a call later that day and the staff member (I did not get her name) basically told me that I should have been told that the 2 day service was not guaranteed and I should have been told that when I shipped the package. When I told her that I was not informed of this fact, she stated that was not possible and became very defensive. I tried to reason with her but she was argumentative, did not show any empathy, and would not offer any solutions.Fortunately for me, there are many businesses in the area that can handle my continuous mailing needs and have much better customer service so I will not return to this UPS store.

The UPS Store in Decatur is the BEST! I have NEVER had any issues and anytime I need anything printed there staff is always on point, thank you to Brittany T. When a design is needed she jumps right on it and gets it as soon as she can and I am grateful for her and the company! The UPS Store will ALWAYS get my business!

They make shipping so easy. I bring it in and they pack it up, and make the shipping label on the computer. Post office won’t pack anything for you and they charge for one piece of tape. Not here. Fair prices and phenomenal customer service. Everyone there was so cheerful. Literally greeted me before I had both feet through the door lol. Wish I had known about this place sooner.

I travel from job site to job site all over the country and ship out a lot of equipment for my company and use UPS all the time. I have to say though, this UPS store is by far the most efficient well organized and friendly UPS I’ve been too. The two gentlemen behind the counter packed my stuff and shipped it out in a quality and efficient manner. We had a little difficulty getting UPS to recognize the address we were shipping to but they were able to google it and figure it out for me. Highly reccomend!

Excellent customer service, and exceptional work ethics!! Enough said! After Scanning & Copying then Formatting sensitive personell documents I left a copy of them at the store and was notified within minutes of my departure of the issue!!! After reading some of these post I wander if we should take a big deep breath (Speaking for Myself ) Stop and take a look around BE GRATEFUL that their is still some honesty & integrity in this great nation! 🇺🇸USMC-VFW

This store has the worst management and customer service. When I brought this to the attention fo the employees more than once they told me they would have the owner call me which has not happened. I use FedEx when I can and when I need UPS I find another store.

The clerks were nice and friendly. However I had the shipping label in my email and asked about it. I was told to email it to their email. It was printed out and attached to the box. After it was ready to send, I was then informed that it cost for them to print a UPS label. Would have been nice to know beforehand because I wouldnt have been surprised.

There is no reason for this place to not be able to ship a barrel for a rifle at all. Absolutely no reason. This place doesnt even understand how firearms or parts to firearms can be shipped by ups. I know they dont, because I utilize ups daily to ship firearms.This idiot behind the counter stated that ups doesnt ship firearms period ..... Of that was the case, then why do they come to where I work, and take firearms that I ship across the country?Avoid this place. Spend your money at Fed Ex. At least they will actually get what you need to where you need it to go.

This store has the worst management and customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I have ordered a softball team banner from them for the last 3 years. The first one was the only good experience I had. Last year I took my design up there a week before I needed the banner and showed it to the girl. I had the logos I wanted printed already, I had a picture of the design from last year so she already knew what background we wanted, and I wrote the letters out for her on a piece of paper. They were also the same as the year before with the year and one number different. So she didnt have to design anything. All I had to do was get the pictures of our team to her. Which I took of each girl in front of a green screen. So all she had to do at that point if she had already prepared by getting the rest of the design ready was cut and paste the girls pictures on there. I asked her When will the banner be ready by? Because we really need it by Saturday but if you cant do it that soon I understand. She told me it only took an hour to print once she finished putting the girls pictures on there and told me it would bw no privlem to have it ready by Saturday for $115. However when I went to pick the banner up after she texted me to let me know it was ready I was told it would be $140 because she added a rush fee of $25. This was after she also told me the other girl that works there and does banners was on vacation and another was either out sick or on maternity leave, I dont recall which, and she had to come in on her off day and put a hold on all her other projects to do mine. First off its not the customers fault at all if you guys are not properly staffed. You shouldnt have guaranteed the banner by Saturday if you were understaffed. And if a rush fee of $25 to have it ready by Saturday was a possibility you should have given me the option instead of guaranteeing it by Saturday. Because I would have said no thank you, we can wait. Secondly if she had put the design together a week ahead when I brought her all the design details the only thing she would of had to do was cut and paste the pictures. Which I also got to her 24 hours before we needed the banner. This year was even worse. They quoted us $150 right up front. As a business you need to pick a set price and quit changing it. Its unproffessional and makes you look like you dont know what your doing and are greedy.The banner we ordered the last two years was on vinyl. So were all the other teams in our league who also ordered a banner from them from my recommendation. But this year they printed our banner on mesh and had the audacity to tell us they always print sports banners on mesh. First off, no you dont. Secondly that wasnt what we ordered and it looks terrible. You cant even see any of the girls faces. And thirdly when we went up there and explained that we didnt order mesh thats when he had the audacity to look us in the face and say thats what we always print it on. Even though we have two banners from previous years printed on vinyl. And when we asked for a reprint on vinyl like we ordered he refused. When we asked for our money back he refused. When we asked for the store owners number he wouldnt give it to us and said he would take our number and have him call us. Well of course no one has called us. Because of the rudeness and overcharging from last year one of the teams in our league went to someone else this year. Now, after this fiasco as well and the horrible customer satisfaction they have lost the business from our entire league forever. Decatur is a small town and I personally hate to see small private owned besinesses go under because we need all the commerce we can get. A simple reprint would have went a long way to preserving them getting a guaranteed $115-$150 (once they pick a price) every year from 3-4 teams. So if your mailing a package go there, but if you need any other services at all I recommed you go somewhere else.
