Terrible Terrible Terrible they were supposed to deliver a package Wednesday rush delivery and didn’t leave it. I signed the door tag the next day they said second attempt I was home and they still didn’t leave the package they actual wrote on the door tag instead of reading the signed door tag relieving them of liability and to leave the package. I called after that and today is Friday it was put in the driver notes to leave my package at the door. I have the signed door tag, a sticky note that said I’m home leave my package and please knock. The representative also put in the notes for the driver to leave my package at the door and the representative earlier today put it in the notes for the driver and I still didn’t get my package. I received a new door tag stating final attempt. Unbelievable, so obviously they can’t read or just disregard their own door tag.

I was in town visiting family and I had to drop off some firearms parts to be shipped to the manufacturer. The manufacturer provided the shipping label and reused a shipping box and packaging to ship the items.The facility was right off the I-285 and easily spotted from the road. I walked in and had to wait for a minute. But one the employee came back, they taped my box and attached the label I provided. I was provided a receipt and promptly left.The experience was painless and I would use this location again!

They definitely dont follow instructions. Dont waste your time paying the extra fees for scheduled delivery. Their still going to come when they want to. Im highly upset. I had an order on backorder for over a month and now FEDEX not living up to the standards my package still isnt received. Unfortunately they could careless to bad reviews because theyll always be around. However I own a business and will NEVER use them on Jesus sandals.I had to go in and pick up my package staff is efficient and friendly. They made excuses but was okay to deal with. Still need to follow directions after someone has paid for services and planned the day accordingly.

Driver comes to my porch, no package in hand, doesn’t knock or ring door bell, leaves door tag sticker, then runs away i can’t make this up!! its blank with no instructions on it plus the number they gave me for tracking the doortag is invalid and they falsely scanned it as “customer was unavailable” lies, i was home all day and they never even attempted to deliver. So now i have to wait until tomorrow and try to chase down the delivery driver before they get the chance to run away again so i can get my package RIDICULOUS. What is even the point in doing something like this? If you already took the time to drive to my house why not just give me my stuff what is so difficult about ringing the doorbell? I understand its a tough job but this is just wrong! please don’t play with peoples money like this.

First, I had an expedited order that I paid extra to have shipped by a certain date. The driver lied and said I wasnt home even though I saw him/her on camera pull up to my street, turn around and leave. When I called to complain and gave detailed instructions where to deliver, the rep did not write it down so the second driver drove down my street, turned around and left saying I did not live at my address. Needless to say, I did not get the package timely.So I went to the center to pick up the package the next day. Although the center was supposed to open at 9, they did not open until almost 9:15. So customers are standing outside waiting after the business is supposed to be open. The only thing that gave this experience a 2 is that the employees were apologetic for the wait and tried to get people in and out quickly. Horrible experience with FedEx and, if not for the fact they are a near monopoly, I would not use them again.

This 5-star is only concerning the shipping center counter. I was forced to come pick up an overnight package their driver decided not to deliver at the end of their route. It was a laptop that I needed that night so it could be set up for the next days scheduled business obligations (hence I had it shipped overnight). I got there about 2 minutes before closing and the lady behind the counter went to the back immediately to find my package after I told why I was there. It was a minimal interaction and thats what I needed after being on the phone with their customer service for an hour trying to track my package and trying to see why it wasnt delivered.

After dealing with FedEx for many years for my international shipments...I will have to say this year has been worse. Packages are marked delivered, but yet not delivered. International packages are mishandled by FedEx employees, deliberately delayed without without any compensation or insurance to the Buyers. Truth is, I will have to say DHL has proven to be significantly more reliable. The employees in FedEx are not trustworthy and the supervisors are not reliable. DHL employee delivery agent will call you and will even wait for you to sign your package. FedEx is very unprofessional and no they never wait for you to sign.

I called Customer Service who gave me the depot address where my package was (which was set to be delivered to my address, the next day). As I was not going to be in she said I could go and get it. I travelled 20+ miles to be told that it was there but they could not open the bigger consignment it was in until the next day, and that the customer service person should have known that 🤦🏽‍♀️

Dhl is way better than FedEx. No quality control management with packages. Packages missing and not delivered and the supervisors or complaints line will not help you ...best to ship with usps because atleast you can file a complaint or open a case for your lost packages. FedEx international will ignore you and direct you to the local station ...unfortunately the local station has many complaints about stolen packages and rude delivery agents. You are lucky if you receive your packages..because the local station is ghetto and will not provide any help to you.

Terrible terrible, I spent $55 to get a package “Expressed over night shipped” to me, this was a LIVE ANIMAL they said it would be there next day at 10:30, 10:30am changed to 12:00pm called multiple times all I was told was it’s coming, then at 7:16 they said they tried to drop it off but no one was home mind your I took the day off been home all day and have camera fedex didn’t even come to my house, stated they would drop it off the next morning mind you this is a LIVE ANIMAL NOT A TOY. 10:30 still nothing 12:00pm still nothing mind you they said it will be just left at the door because know signature was required but if that’s the case why wasn’t it left at first. Customer service is just nasty and makes you feel so helpless worst decision I ever made lost $2000 because of fedex

The clerks were very professional and well mannered. The problem is the communication. I was told I can pick up my package after 6pm. I arrived at 6:18pm. I was told the delivery person who decided not to just leave the pack at my house where my best camera bell is.... she decided to hold on to it and wasn’t back yet.... now it’s after 7 and still no delivery person... they close at 8. Just ridiculous.

Super easy and fast shipping. Mailed boxes to NJ from GA right before Christmas, and thry got there FAST. Plus, it was actually cheaper than UPS.Only problem is that this is strictly a shipping center, so make sure you pack your box before you go. Packaging and shipping supplies are very limited and mostly just for express delivery.

Driver only knocked once then left. The package that was being delivered was a signature package. In my profile it shows that Im disabled so they will will wait a little for me to come down the stairs, this driver didnt even allow me to even get to the stairs. Drivers, if you dont want to work then leave, quit and let someone whose lost their job go to work.. 🤔

If I could give FedEx less than a one rating I will give it a -100. A badly destroyed package was delivered to my home on August 19. Because it was so badly damaged I’m returning it to the seller. When I contacted FedEx regarding the pick up of the damaged package I instructed FedEx to bring another box to place the damaged box in. The FedEx guy showed up without a box to place the damaged box into. When I asked where is the box he started laughing and said it must be on another truck then he dragged the damaged box out, slapped the label on it and threw it in the back of his truck. when I asked for the new tracking number on the he be grudgingly got out of his truck and let me take a photo. This man was the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune are dealing with. FEDEX SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!

So I went and called them and drove an hour to attempt to pick up my fish but I was turn away by the lazy lady behind the counter because I was 2 minutes late even after I told her about my situation. Had a very perishable package from California that was air mailed overnight service. Got from California to Atlanta in hours and then stranded at this FedEx center. Needless to say the $150 of premium figs straight from the farm were ruined! Since I won these as a prize in a contest they wont be replaced either. Way to go FedEX!!!

The customer service or lack there of at this location, is absolutely disrespectful! These people treat you like youre less than a human being. Why dont they just quit, instead of having such a terrible attitude towards consumers. Never use this site. If you need something delivered steer clear of Fedex, and if you cant help it, take off work and stand outside and wait on the driver.At least you wouldnt have to deal with these incompetent people in person. These people that work here are awesome. There is always some crazy customer, that has no idea how shipping works. I dont think I would be as helpful or patient if I were doing their job. This is the location with the latest pickup time 8:30. I wish the Norcross ship center was open to 8:30 as it is on my way home. They close at 8:15, and sometimes I need that extra 15 minutes.

Whenever Fedex is delivering something, theres a misdelivery because they cant find my address. To add delivery instructions, I have to wait 3-5 days for a code to enter online. I never have theft or issues with other carriers. Fedex adds incorrect tracking info. They listed my recent item as delivered at the most random time although no one arrived at my door. When talking to a rep, they would not listen to me or accept my claim that no one actually made an attempt to deliver my package. They kept telling me that it was delivered without investigating anything. 10 days after being listed as delivered, my item was finally delivered, proving that I was correct and they were wrong. When shopping online, I will now ask if another carrier can be used besides Fedex smh.

Surly and non welcoming. Its been a while since I have visited the Center. Gone are the multicopy pre-printed forms. Now the forms are apparently photocopied labels; and while the rates have skyrocketed, sadly the important interpersonal engagement has further declined. U.S. Post Office is a much better experience. If the $40 overnight envelope gets there on time that will be one in the plus column. 😏

Received my project launch box IPAD and first they couldnt deliver my item two days in a row. Upon receiving my item from a pick up center at Rite Aid here in Covington on 278NW they handed me a worn and weather ridden package that looked as though it had been completely RAN OVER!!!! This is really unprofessional and sad for me as a student I need my equipment to stay up to date with my school work. I just hope FedEx chooses to be better at handling VERY EXPENSIVE EQUIPMENT.

Their delivery drivers are the worst. I was at my house and never heard a knock, but when i open my door i saw the tag they had put on my door. It stated that my package will be available for pickup after 12pm. I went to this location after 2pm and my package was not available. Driver stated he will be there in 20mins and did not show up until 40mins later. The ladies at this location is not helpful.

Every time that a delivery was left at my house, clearly with DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS ON EVERY LABEL: PLEASE LEAVE AT CARPORT DOOR ONLY. Where were they left, not at the carport door, but on the front door porch. The reason I have this on the label, is because packages that were delivered by FEDX had been taken.UPS has ALWAYS left my orders at the carport door, never once a problem.Two more comments:Actually, its closer to the carport door with no steps with a car to hide them, than to the front door with eight steps and no way to conceal them from being stolen.I am not sure where the FedEx finds these drivers. Waited 20 minutes into the order after battling hour long traffic to tell me that they cant deliver my package because its a P.O. Box address that cant be searched via Google Maps. Then they treated me like I was stupid the whole time. This older lady at the desk hassled me about the package I needed to get delivered, my ID, and having to open an account to get a form to get a prepaid return label. On top of that, you have to present another form of ID if you have an out of state license. I spent too much time at this location for one stupid package.

Lets just start with the fact that the package was to be delivered by 10:30 am on a Friday (today July 28, 2017). Ive been awake in my quiet home since 6am. Ive refreshed the tracking page several times before the driver attempted to deliver this package (if thats what he claim to have done). By 10:11 as I go to refresh I see thats theres a red section within the tracking status bar which claims that I wasnt home and FedEx will attempt to redeliver. This is highly unprofessional and lazy, I wasnt given a knock or ring at my bell to alert me of any package. He/she simply assumed there wasnt anyone home and left a note on my door. Quite unprofessional being that I needed this item today, but due to the way their reschedule deliveries work I would have to wait for the next working business day which would be Monday. FedEx is absolute trash, I would give this company no stars if that were possible. This isnt the first or second this has happened. I even called their customer service line (TWICE) which was hardly any help if thats what they want to call it. Reached out to them via DM on twitter which helped much more but still hardly helped. I would never want any packages ever coming from FedEx again. I will continue to alert other people of these inconveniences until FedEx and their workers (particularly this locations) to get it together. This package was from India, I have waited a while for this time just for these bumboholes to inconvenience me like this.. nah b.

The people at this FedEx are allergic to work. I had a overnight package sent to me and after waiting all day, I called to see where it was located. I reached a rep who told me the driver said he came to the address and someone at the location told him that I had moved. I knew this was crap because Ive lived in this same address for 3 years, my home is situated where I can see who comes in and out...and since my 4 year old was also home with me at the time, I doubt she answered the door and told him to buzz off. Anyhoo, I was told that a manager would call me back in a hour to set up re-delivery. Either my phone went on strike or they never called so I tried again.I reached a rep who called the station to see what was being done. That rep came back to the line and said they said they arent going to deliver until Monday (Its friday). So I said if the package was scheduled for overnight delivery, shouldnt it actually be an overnight delivery?? The rep came back on the line from calling the station again and said I was told the manager will just have to call you back but I dont know when.In a nutshell, if you can help it, go pick up your packages from this location as soon as the item arrives because these people are shady.
