Belinda has been SO helpful and amazing during my first storage unit experience. She checked up on me multiple times to make sure everything was good and answered any questions I had. Be sure to come here!

Just moved in, but great so far. This is the only place in the area that has both drive-up units and climate controlled units. Even the climate controlled units are only a few steps from where you park. My unit looked neat, clean, and nearly new. Note: the walk in price is much higher than the online price, so reserve online

I would advise anyone from renting a unit here. First we knew it would be an outdoor complex and there was a chance that some bugs and debris would get into our unit which we were fine with. however I move out today when we got there we noticed that our unit was completely infested with roaches and there was rat poop everywhere. sure we did not bring any roaches into it. not want to bring them to our new home. They told me that if Im not take it that would be charged $150. So a week later I came back and took it I thankfully did not lock my storage unit when I left the first time, but when returning I had forgotten my key. Thankfully I was able to get in and get my stuff out. I went up front and let them know that I was done and told them about the lock they let me know that it was going to be $15 for them to go and cut it off. this place only cares about making money and they clearly do not care about the people that give them the money. honestly if you had a choice please do not run from this place and choose anywhere else preferably a climate controlled unit you will thank me later.

Renting a storage locker was quick and much easier than I imagined. I just put in the size I wanted, answered the necessary questions and it even gave me the locker number. All I had to do was show up with Id, get my gate code and I was all set. The agent was super nice and helpful.

Belinda was great. I. So glad to have been asked to post a review because she is by far one of the nicest people I have ever met. And she truly loves her job! It was a pleasure dealing with her. Please let her know that she is very much appreciated.

The property manager is efficient and couteous. Pleasant to deal with.

Just had an amazing experience getting a storage unit from Metro Self Storage. The customer service Wanda provided was top notch. She made sure I had enough space for what I needed and inspected the unit herself. I would recommend to anyone!!!

I had a great experience storing my items here!The storage unit was very clean! I brought a broom to sweep it when arriving, but there was nothing to sweep.Mary in the front office was so helpful and great! Mary called me within moments of applying for a unit online, and I was surprised she was at the location to explain everything specific to that location! Onsite she was patient, kind, friendly, and personable! She walked me to my unit, and made me feel comfortable with the layout. When we were moving my things out, she helped us navigate the best way to pack our truck. She was incredible, and the company is so lucky to have her there!! The previous manager was EXCELLENT, she was very attentive and provided outstanding customer service. However, they changed management a couple months ago and it’s definitely not the same. I go there around three to four times a week and the person in the office is NEVER there. I’d say it’s ok if it happens once, but the three times in the week I try to go and ask for the key of the restroom, there’s no one to be found and I have to drive to the gas station.Also, I never receive emails notifying when there’s going to be maintenance works with the satellite/antena inside the building and I suddenly find the way to my storage totally blocked without any notification.

Mrs. Mary has been a wonderful manager while I had a storage unit here. She has assisted me with anything I needed. She is very professional. I had an outside unit here and the climate control was not that good. When I told her about that, she handled it with care. The Metro Storage Company should be grateful to have her on their team. I had a great experience working with Mary B. at the North Druid Hills location. She was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and did it all with a smile. Mary even stayed late to allow me to check in on the one weekend I was in the area. Later, when i had follow up questions on how to check out she clearly explained the process.It was a real pleasure working with her. I would definitely recommend metro storage in Druid Hills because of Mary!

Moved in about a year ago. Its been a great experience for me. I cant say enough about Mary, site manager. Shes the best.

The facility is easy to access and because units are on one level I can easily enter my unit. The manager Mary is always there to answer questions and is very polite, friendly and always smiling!
