When one of the guys are working theres never any propane, others working you have no problem, call to see whom is working prior to driving to the Beltline location seems one guy dont like selling propane. January 16th 2021You will get a lecture from one young man about Safe travel with propane tank ( Not needed) no charge for their sour attitudes. Clay will get your propane, the others not so much.

Terrible interaction by their employee. Needed to refill propane tank and pulled over to the Propane fill station and waited. There were no other customers only the lone employee. After waiting, I went to the office building (door standing open) to get the employees attention that I needed propane refill. He told me to step outside and he would be with me in a minute. So I wait out by my car. When he finally came out he began to lecture about masks and insisted that I put one on while standing out in the parking lot. What a joke. CNN has brainwashed this joker. Won’t ever be back

We stopped in with a last minute request on our way out of town and the manager, Clay, helped us out big time! The problem we ended up having wasn’t even on uhaul’s end and Clay still helped us fix the problem. Thank you for going above and beyond!

So let me start by saying I am reviewing for two experiences here at this Uhaul location. The first time when I moved to this area I dropped off my UHaul equipment here and a middle aged Army Veteran greeted me and helped with the process of the return. He also helped me to figure out the area and gave me some local information which was very helpful. Now when I moved from this area I picked up my UHaul from Quality Used Automotive and I would not recommend picking up from that location but I had to unfortunately and the UHaul equipment dolly and pads were not in the truck and it was incredibly dirty. So I took the truck and drove only 4 minutes back to this initial UHaul location where I had another amazing experience. The General Manager, Clay Reed JR, met me in the store and I told him what was going on. He helped me get a dolly and pads as well as offered to clean my truck for me free of charge. His kindness, professionalism, and overall customer care is the entire reason UHaul still has my business. So to you Clay again I say THANK YOU SIR! 🙏🏻

These guys make a stressful situation like moving as easy as possible. They went out of their way to help me. They even helped fix a situation from another uhaul location. They definitely went above and beyond to help me and make my move as smooth as possible.

The people are nice and cordial but as far as doing their job forget about it the lady said she didnt even know how to hook up the trailer and then on top of that if you drive a truck you have to buy an adapter to be able to hook their trailers out what your $12 they wont just win them out to you you bring it back if the manager is there everybody seems to be on their best behavior and does a good job if not forget about it anyway I can see why theres so many one star reviews

Everyone needs to avoid doing business wit this location. Called them to see if they had propane after the other store was out. Woman that answered the phone stated that they did and I headed across town to their location. When I got there, the guy behind the counter quickly told me that they could not pump any propane because their system was acting up. Why did the woman on the phone not know this and save me a trip. Really poor customer service.

The manager really worked to help me, was very professional and hard working. I think his name was clay, either way I recommend them to everyone.

There is rarely an associate on duty who is certified to operate the propane tank filling station. I have worked next to this store for 13 years and this has been the case for a very long time. This store is apparently poorly managed because they are missing out on a lot of business just because they simply wont train their associates. It is a shame I have to drive across town when this store is so conveniently located to me.

Terrible place to do any business! Dont expect the same answrr twice, or anyone to ever answer the phone, they lie, and over charge, they do not know their own inventory or how things are supposed to check out. Then they call an harass you claiming you never turned the rental in and try to charge you outrageous amounts. Stay away from this location.

Horrible customer service. Everytime I dealt with these people on the phone they were extremely rude with little to no customer service. Even on the reservation phone line, the lady I spoke with was snarky and rude.Never booking with uhaul ever again.
