Ive been by twice and received great friendly service. My first visit was close to closing and was still helped efficiently and politely. Even checked to make sure my copies were quality before charging me. Appreciate the professionalism and will refer others to this location.

One employee working with a line out the door and the phone is ringing off the hook. Do better UPS.In response to the owners response about staffing, maybe you should pay your employees a livable wage with benefits that actually help them instead of underpaying and overworking your staff.
You simply will not find a better staff than the one at this store. These folks go above and way beyond to accommodate the customer and make sure that we receive top notch care. I pass 2 UPS stores to get to this one and I will continue to do so. I have been a box holder for 11 years and it’s been a wonderful experience! Thank you Patrick, Chandra, Goren, and the new guy!

Please adjust to improve safety. I went to this location today and appreciated the sign on the door and the tape line with dots 6 feet apart. However, I was only there to drop off packages and did not need the assistance of the employees. There needs to be a sign that says drop your packages here if you dont need assistance. Instead, it was and extremely slow line with a customer with a mask below his chin talking at length with the employee while the line formed. This could be handled so much better.
Wow! At mid-day Sunday, the store was jammed with people. But Patrick, the manager, worked so rapidly, so pleasantly and so efficiently— helping three customers at a time at three different registers — that it was amazing! Great store! Thanks, Patrick

1 person working, still on first customer from opening, after 15 minutes. Line out the door. At this rate it will take me an hour and a half. Go anywhere else. I asked if help were coming and he said no, it is our fault for all showing up at the same time.
Ive only gone to this location a few times and the service is always 1st class. The Manager Patrick is superb, he is quick, efficient and courteous. Keep up the good work!

I have had a mailbox here for over 5 years. Patrick and Goran always go above and beyond to help! They are friendly and personable. This store can handle so many of my business needs, including shipping, notarizing, printing, and shredding. I highly recommend them!

I live in Stone Mountain area, but will drive about 30 minutes just to come to this location. Ive been in several times over past couple of years for everything from Amazon returns to notary services and have have always been very satisfied with the customer service. Most recently, I shipped a fragile vase with silk flowers to Orlando and it arrived a day early and perfectlyintact - not so much as a chip or a nick. Thanks for handling with care and its always worth the drive.
Absurdly slow service. Waited half way down the block yesterday and eventually left after 15 minutes of not moving. Came back at opening the next day and they were not open at the posted time. Seemingly very understaffed by non-motivated people. An Amazon return should not require two trips and an hour of waiting.
Great store! We had a rush job to get some posters done and scanned pics. The manager was so helpful and efficient! We highly recommend this store for all of your shipping and printing needs. They were just THAT good that I decided to leave a review :)
I went to UPS to ship a simple envelope. They said to get tracking on it was going to be $15. I declined because thats a ludicrous price for an envelope.A week and a half later I go in because the package hasnt arrived, according to the person I sent it to. I asked UPS to see if the package was still in transit or had made it to its destination yet. They tell me it was mailed through USPS and they couldnt track it from UPS.....1st Big problem I WAS NEVER TOLD IT WOULD GO THROUGH USPS or I would have gone there and shipped it myself. The guy at UPS was nice, but told me he couldnt do anything and that USPS could help me with the package.Went to USPS, they looked at the receipt from UPS and told me there wasnt any information on it they could use to find the package. It has a tracking number BTW, from the UPS store. But apparently it does and is absolutely worthless.So I go BACK to UPS, wait another 20mins in line, they only had 1 guy checking about 10 people in (it was the original person I spoke with). Right before its my turn to go up he gets another guy to come out and help me, probably not wanting to talk with me again.I told the new guy the situation and that I needed information that USPS could use to find the package. He began getting an attitude with me immediately, saying that YOU DID NOT PURCHASE TRACKING! in an obnoxiously loud and condescending tone (which I know), and that there was no way for them to know if the package even got to its destination.What I want to know is, why the actual F does UPS not know if the packages they deliver are actually delivered?! In what world does a customer not purchasing the luxury of tracking, mean that the business shipping it doesnt need to know where the package is. Also, if they shift the blame to USPS why the actual F are they not being clear about using USPS to ship a package. I essentially paid them to drop the package into the blue bin outside?!?!?!?!Ive had good experiences with this store, but this makes me never want to do business with them again, for anything. If I had gone to USPS none of this would have been an issue. Ill only be going here to drop off returns with clearly printed return labels from amazon. Hopefully thats easy enough they cant screw it up.
I have frequented this particular location several times and had the pleasure of meeting and being waited on by the business manager Ronnie. He is very kind and professional and I must say very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s nice to see customer is still alive and well. Thanks Ronnie for an awesome experience!

I came into your store on yesterday to ship some very fragile items to my niece and your associate Ronnie was extremely helpful. I was apprehensive about packing the items myself, and did not know where to start. However, Ronnie was there to help from start the finished. He helped me select the best packing materials to ensure my items were safe and would make it to my niece safely. His level of customer service exceeded my exceptions and cannot thank him enough for being very thorough and detailed with me during this transaction.
I like the service I get Everytime I go to this UPS store. They are helpful and try hard to get my shipping solutions solved. I have gone to another type of shipping and office stores and they could not get done what I needed. I came to this UPS store on Decatur and I left the store happy and pleased with the courteous and professional and superb service I always get I like the way they treat me. Thanks ☺

Staff is quick and friendly. My issue is that they dont let you drop off packages that you print and label yourself without waiting in line. Other UPS stores let you leave them at the counter but this store makes you wait in line (usually quite long) just to hand them a package. And they dont have a dropoff box. Who is managing this place?

Unfortunately not the best customer service. I called ahead of time to ensure they closed at 7, and that I could print and ship something. I drove 20 minutes to get a document shipped after making that call. I got to the store with 16 minutes to spare. After spending 10 minutes trying to print on the computer that was terribly slow (but continued to charge even when frozen,) I went up to ship my item. Instead of receiving help I was told they closed in a few minutes, that It would take too long, and that I could come back at 8:30 the next morning. I understand business hours but the lack of customer service and understanding, I do not.
Ive had a good experience at this store. It is my go-to for doing faxes. In contrast, the FedEx store across the street is horrible. The fax machines there are super old, need to be replaced, do not work right, and the staff is cardboard. I am thankful for this particular UPS for being friendly and reliable for my mission critical faxing. Thank you! sincerely

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting Goran, Asst Mgr, when dropping off a box at the UPS on N. Decatur. He apologized to me for having to wait and it had been less than 3 minutes. His energy was impressive as if he anticipated my needs and valued my time. I didnt have to say what I needed because he had the tape gun in hand along with a clear bag for my return receipt.All I remember hearing is Dropping off? and Have a nice day. Sorry for the wait. When I returned to my car after going to Publix, I saw him helping an elderly woman to her car. Goran is what I call true customer service.

This is my go-to spot for holding my packages whenever something is sent via UPS. Ronnie is very helpful and friendly when he’s in Decatur and Atlanta locations.
I use this location for all my shipping needs. The manager and staff here are consistently kind, respectful and attentive, even throughout the busy holiday season. They won my business!
The staff at this UPS store are usually very friendly and helpful. The only exception has been with the Business Manager Ronnie. He was rude and short with customers during my experience.

I realise not everyone thinks it is rude for employees at a business that serves the public to play music too loud, or to suck and smack loudly on a snack while they wait on you, but I do. Just sayin.
The new manager here is rude and disrespectful. I use to frequently drop off my business packages here, save yourself some aggravation and only use them if absolutely necessary. Too attitude and jazz.
The customer service at this location is terrible. I expressed my displeasure with the manager and suggested a training in customer service 101.
