I like this location. the staff is usually helpful. my 2 stars are because Ism upset that they still have such short hours. thry use to be a 24 hr. location. now the hours hard super short and they close at 6pm on sun. and 8pm other nights. Atlanta is a very big city and should have a fedex thats open late. If not 24 hrs like before, Midnight would be great but 8pm sucks.

Disappointing service when I attempted to ship a package. The manager started to input my information, but overheard a clerk next to him trying to help a customer who had been behind me in line. So he moves over and spends extended time dealing with that customer’s problem. Then The clerk comes to me to start the process for my shipment all over agin. Meantime a truck arrives with a dozen packages which he starts scanning in. I asked if he was going to check in all the packages before assisting me and said yes. So the customer in line behind was being helped, the arriving packages were being scanned in, and I continued to wait. I left and went to UPS across the street.

I came here to ship a package back with prepaid shipping, but needed to print the label. I rarely use FedEx, so I didnt realize theres a delay when you submit an order to print and get a confirmation code. The guy behind the print counter looked like he could care less, and told me send it to the other email. What other email? Sorry, not a psychic. When I finally do, hes already walked off to do something else. I go to the shipping line to get help, while I listen to him pat himself on the back at how great of an employee he is to a customer. A very nice woman helped me, as well as another gentleman who thanked me for my patience. I can only imagine how Mr. Self Absorbed treats people who really need help with using in store services, like elderly customers. Like the last reviewer said, if you want to walk around, mumble, and generally be unhelpful, you shouldnt be getting paid when your coworkers are working hard to actually help others. This guy was one red nose short of being a total clown, but his coworkers picked up the slack and I dont think its fair to fault them for his behavior. Just avoid the guy that moves at the speed of molasses and looks miserable.

They advertise “full service printing”, but this site apparently doesn’t abide by it. Employees, and management forced me to use the printer myself by telling me they “couldn’t print from the code” I had from the printandgo email. I know that’s not true, because I get it done all the time. It doesn’t come out correct when I use those printers, and if I “had the time” to fix it myself then I’d do it myself without having to use their equipment. Years of having to do this, and this is the only site that wouldn’t do it. With that said, this isn’t a bad review for the company itself. It’s a bad review for the employee, and manager that was onsite today not helping me (9-21-21 1:30pm).

Im never going to this location again. I went to this location 7/30 after 5pm to return something I bought at another store and was advised by a tall guy with glasses, African American (may have been a manager) he couldnt because it would mess up their numbers. IT WAS 12 DOLLARS!! I called the store I bought it from and was confirmed what I already knew, this store could have taken it. This is bad business but Im not shocked. Fedex cant even deliver packages so why should I expect them to deliver customer service.

Steer clear of this place if you can help it. Everyone is always rude no matter what time you come in. I’ve been coming here for awhile and the customer service is always terrible, but today took the cake. First off, I walked in and went to the print area, Abe waited for about 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Johnny, who is the worst of them all finally came over after another rep told him what I needed. Johnny took my print order and told me that it quoted me an astronomical amount for what I was ordering, THEN he quoted me another insane amount to put two or my images on a page. Do not let him ring you up, there’s always an issue, and he’s extremely rude to everyone. I’ve witnessed him yell at customers. Do not go to this places.

I been coming here for 6 months every 3 days for label printing. Keep in mind I dont print alot of labels so this morning after driving a hour to get there. The guy behind the counter tells me its a 24 to 48 hours turn around time. I ask when that came into effect he tells me 2 months. Keep in mind I was there 3 days ago and I been coming to this location for 6 months. The manager always been cool and the other employees but this person was the only person to tell me that.

Ive been coming to this location for years now because I dont have another close option for printing. Most of the time its fine for what I need but one employee makes my experience absolute hell to the point where I would rather wait till someone else came help me. Raisa takes disfunction to a whole different level with printing standard projects (Im talking one print) and the amount of frustration from her coworkers when she is there is palpable. EVERYTIME I have to interact with her I want to scream, I name my files with exactly what I need them as but they are incredibly fool proof which she continues to prove me wrong. I am blown away that she is still there when I constantly see her being rude to customers, coworkers, and causing chaos for absolutely no reason.

Ive been to this location twice since moving to the Decatur area. When I lived in Cobb County I regularly used the FedEx print services in Smyrna and had wonderful experiences for years with their service. BUT these people at this Clairmont Rd location are TERRIBLE! They are far from welcoming, are rude and tend to have sullen attitudes. Having on a mask does not enhance the mumbling and if asked to repeat what they said they get loud, angry and even more unpleasant. I suppose dropping off a package there (which Ive also had the unpleasant experience of doing) gets the package on its way but Id rather go to the friendlier UPS store across the street.

I needed to send a package to arrive the next day. I paid $50 for overnight shipping. The woman behind the counter told me that the recipient would not need to sign for the package. She was incorrect, and as a result, my package did not get to the recipient until two days late. When I called for a refund, my request was denied. I will not use FedEx again, especially for overnight shipping. It did not work.

Harvey was extremely rude and EXTRA slow. Horrible customer service, and ecen worst attitude. Reported him to the manager, but im sure she doesnt speak English. I suggest fedex take care if him ASAP. Im more than positive all the reviews saying the guy behind the counter was rude IS TALKING ABOUT HARVEY!!!!..My package never made it to its destination. Its just gone. Its %100 becuase of Harveys lack of know how, and blatant disregard for his job. I knew I shouldnt have trusted him to complete the order. I will be calling HR on Harvey and the entire location

Most of the time this store has worked fine for us, but in one instance they closed early and opened late the next morning without explanation. Several people were there wondering why they were closed. I couldn’t even get through on the phone. It turns out it was because a power outage made their system go down, which is understandable, but they should have at least put a sign on the door.

Kinko’s FedEx N. Decatur Road has undergone some changes over the years. This is an OLDE location. Regardless, the quality and attention to detail carries over from the very beginning. This morning I needed a new copy of a large manual for work. I was greeted well and quickly upon arrival and my request was taken care of almost immediately. Well I enjoyed my short wait, I looked for other office items to take care of different projects. We picked up markers and colored divider paper. I like that the crew are interested in me and the project at hand. It gives me confidence that Joe will be well done which it was. I got everything I needed quickly and easily and much less time then if I try to do it on my own.

When I got to the counter the store help said that they wouldnt ship my ship proof box & I had to purchase one of their shipping envelopes. This was the fourth place that I went to on my lunch break in order to ship my item back to Walmart. It all started at Walmart 3580 Memorial Dr, Decatur, GA 30032. They said that their FedEx machine was out of order. The other two FedEx locations said that they dont have a way to print a FedEx shipping label.

This is the best FedEx office in Decatur. I had issues printing a book report brochure correctly, and the two associates last night was so helpful. I used the phone, computer, and charger. Great customer service!

Went in to get some (self-service) color copies and the test copy wasnt good. When I went up to get a refund, I asked if there was a better copier to use. The employee said the only way was to have them do it (at a higher cost). I commented that maybe Id find another place (with better copiers) and she said, Good luck finding another place open. She never offered to clean the glass on the copier I used.

Excellent customer service. They were able to help me print a large poster for an academic conference in about 15 minutes. They were cheaper, much faster, and accepted a wider variety of file formats than the Emory print shop on campus.

Very professional and personable staff. I recently went in late one evening with 7 large, heavy packages and Paul was very helpful. I felt kind of bad bringing such large items around midnight but I wasnt made to feel like a burden. A difference compared to other shipping stores. I would definitely recommend this location.

I had a hard time finding a fedex with a working large scale scanner and had called into here before coming, I spoke to Tracy who was absolutely lovely and then when I showed up Brian was even willing to come help me scan some items when I couldnt quite figure out the machine. Absolutely great service! They went above and beyond!

This location provides excellent service with a helpful, competent and knowledgeable staff. I have always received outstanding assistance with high-end printing, shipping and packing services. I am going to rate this location with four stars as the location can be under-staffed at times which can cause wait times be a bit long, especially during peak periods. Such notwithstanding, I highly recommend this location to everyone.

Employee name randy is the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever seen. The thing which customer does not know about, rather than saying politely, he was being rude. Most Pathetic employee I have seen within an organization and I would never recommend anyone to come to this location. I have been to several fedex location this is the worst one with worst employee. Customer service is unreal bad. Felt no need to hustle when line was to the door.Imagine waiting 15 minutes for them to tell you they can’t even help you. List of services on the door reads “direct mail”; however, they told me they don’t do direct mail. Guess accurate signage is too hard to come by?This is not the first problem I’ve had with FedEx. I will only ever use UPS stores and services until the day I die.

Poor customer service! And half the workers there are very incompetent, so I literally had to tell the clerk how to do the print job that I requested and figure the rest out by myself! And one of the prints (which Ive printed there before) they couldnt do so I just gave up! Hopefully youll get one of the better clerks!

Nice youngman employee #2638643 offered me assistance even without me asking for it was prompt - attentive- polite- respectful -helpful and knowledable. Very poor customer service. The manager lacks compassion, understanding and common sense to help customers with easy-to-solve issues. Obviously from other posts both here and elsewhere, his incompetence and disrespect towards customers is creating a culture of poor quality at his FedEx center. I do hope that FedEx management carefully evaluates customer service at this center.

No complaints about the service, but this is the worst possible location for a FedEx. Extremely tight parking lot in a very busy intersection. Hard to get a parking spot during the day. If you have a large number of packages, it is worth driving to another location to avoid the hassle of getting in and out of there

Scanning photos: The scanners are fast and good. I went to Walgreens first, but it took 3 min per photo. I have 28 pictures to scan and wasnt about to sit there for over an hour.Pro tip: FedEx charges several dollars for each photo scan to .jpg and almost a dollar per .PDF. instead, scan to a CD (for the price of one scan to .jpg), then transfer to USB.Happy digitizing!

Its the closest Fedex store, asked to purchase a box for a non-fragile item, instead they took it, packed it and charged me for it. It cost me over $20 plus shipping for a box, paper and tape. Be aware, make sure that they dont take advantage of you.

Called about a scanning job and was told a price, timeframe, procedure. Two days later on my way to get the job done called back to ask a claeifying question, I was told a completely different price, timeframe, and process. Most importantly however, the manager with whom I spoken was extremely rude. Although a frequent customer, I will NEVER use this facility again AND will share my experience with everyone who asks.
