This location is fantastic! Getting a space was quick and simple. Everything I needed was set up before I got there. The building is very clean and secure. It is really easy and convenient to pop over and drop off something. There have carts available for you to use to help you move and Jabria, the manager, is awesome! She helped me navigate a problem with my account and very helpful! The customer service is EXCELLENT!

As an Employee at ESS I have many concerns and unanswered questions. The district manager Dara is very unprofessional and not a kind person. So much drama and gossip is flying around the district and it’s all being spread by the district manager and her group of (favorites) store managers that she show favoritism too. So many employees are quitting left and right and it’s because of leadership coming from the DM. Individuals that work hard and that’s been with the company for awhile are being overlooked for promotion and given to ppl that Dara “likes”The unprofessionalism is beyond the roof and Chuck, the regional manager needs to step up and do his job. MANY employee are stealing time by having other employees clock them in and out. When I report something to Dara, along with many others, it’s usually swept under the rug. CHUCK, please take control of Dara’s district because if not you are going to lose a lot of employees. Dara is not qualified for this position and she can’t seem to handle it. Please fix it before you have a major WALK OUT or give Dara more training. Her customer service skills, people skills and communication skills sucks A$$. BYE. Better hope I don’t do a no call no show on a day I’m single covered!

Cube Smart is an amazing place for safe storage. I store my cleaning supplies there and Ive never had an issue. The staff was amazing as well, especially the General Manager!
