EXCELLENT storage facility with kind and knowledge staff. I felt confident in renting a storage online for my college student before I even saw it. After coming to Decatur, seeing the space and directly talking to the staff I was not disappointed. We will definitely be renting from Life Storage again.

Frank was wonderful! I was in a last minute panic in need of a storage unit and Frank stayed after hours to help me out. The customer service has been great and the units are very nice. They have security cameras every where too. I highly recommend the Decatur, Ga location!

I lost my keys and needed to get my unit’s lock cut off and replaced. Frank from the office was very helpful. After verifying that it was indeed me who owned the unit (which made me feel very good about the security procedures) he took care of everything very quickly, and made several smart suggestions to help prevent a similar situation from happening in the future. I appreciated his help and his attitude.

Ramona went above and beyond like she always does. Without her help, it would have taken me much longer. I use my unit for work and it is so easy to pull receipts for expense reports. There are an abundance of cameras and I have always felt safe moving products in and out of my unit and to the car. I hope my next company has this facility on its national database so I can get another unit here!

Move in was a breeze, and it was an affordable rate. Brandon explained everything well, moved through the process quickly, and was very professional and courteous. Everything was kept safe and the climate control kept it all in good condition. Staff makes regular rounds through the hallways. Just vacated my unit last evening and planned to call during business hours to notify them. Frank noticed the lock was off my unit and my unit had been cleared, so he called me to confirm my move out before I even got a chance to call them. Great service they are providing at Life Storage. I will definitely use this place again if I have a need in the future.

My experience with Mr. Nelson Price, the storage man was absolutely wonderful . He was heading for lunch as I approached the office doors . He kindly stopped what he was doing, and assisted me with my storage my reservations, even when he was scheduled for his lunch break . (Totally Amazing) !!! As I spoke with Mr. Nelson he was able to find a lower rate for my monthly storage unit. I was able to save money, after having a HORRIBLE experience from my previous storage facility . So this made me extremely happy he was able to help . His customers service and his tone is overall so warming, and inviting . What an experience! Frank Jacobson helped us from start(over the phone) to the finish when we arrived from Athens. We were able to relax once we met Frank in person and realized that he knew everything we needed to know and do to get our belongings into storage and feel that everything would be safe and sound after we left. He was patient and caring besides being knowledgeable. Something we dont get just anywhere doing business in todays hectic world. This place is great! A very clean and well managed facility with a very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Brandon and Frank were awesome and made me feel right at home and comfortable immediately. This is a place that I can tell really takes pride in their service and cares about their customers. Moving from out of the state, this could have been a daunting experience, but they made it easy and smooth. And we shared many laughs along the way! Great people and great facility!

This storage facility is like the ritz Carlton of storage facilities. It’s honestly so clean that you could probably perform a medical procedure inside. It’s also super secure and their are video cameras everywhere, straight up Fort Knox. To top It all off the staff, Frank and Brandon, are seriously the nicest, most customer driven people I have ever met. I have been so stressed with my move, and they are the one part of my move that is easy and reliable. It honestly makes all the difference in the world when you have a staff that is so kind and caring like Frank and Brandon!

Excellent! I called customer service and they helped me determine which space and gave me all the information about their space which was just what I needed as they also have a truck for use to help move. At the location Frank was very helpful in getting me setup with my storage and went out of his way to find a closer truck available for me to use so I wouldn’t have to sit in traffic.

I have rented units from this place on and off for the last eight years and every single time I am completely impressed by the customer service. I wasted a good hour and a half with public storage in their false advertising malicious claims and forced lock sales corporate trying to Gaslight me into anger Im not playing games with them anymore Life Storage AKA Uncle Bobs is literally the best around.

If you are doing a full move and having helpers or anything like that they will lock an elevator for you to travel back and forth the whole day. This storage place is super clean and odor-free. The general store manager Frank was super nice to work with and very helpful in general. My only comment was that there was a separate insurance requirement if you want to use their truck (for free if less than 25 miles), which was different from what you may hear from the customer service number.

Life Storage provides an easy, worry-free and affordable storage service. Their employees are extremely organized and professional, the site is in perfect condition, and the prices are much better than competing storage services. Best thing about Life Storage: the complementary moving van they offer customers. I saved at least $90 by using their truck, not to mention the money I saved by storing my things at Life Storage as opposed to other companies. I could not recommend this company and this location enough!

Can’t say enough good things about Frank in regard to his professionalism and his management skills. He made my first experience at using Life Storage easy and trouble free. When I realized my storage unit was not large enough to hold all my belongings he had a second unit ready to accommodate my overflow furniture on a minutes notice. This location is secure, clean, well kept, CLIMATE & HUMIDITY CONTROLLED, has a convenient loading/unloading area, plenty of carts to help move boxes and heavy items and GREAT customer service. Nelson is a HUGE sweetheart who is extremly helpful and makes the process quick easy all while making sure you understand the storage policies. I would recommend this location to anyone in the surrounding area who is looking for a secure location to store their things, great customer service and great access hours.

During my transition to a new home, I had a great experience with this Uncle Bobs. The facility is well kept and everything operates properly, including the clean bathroom. Great guys run this place. I relocated here from New Jersey and had my assistant handle many things--including finding this storage facility. By the time I finally got to the location I was pleasantly greeted by both Brandon and Frank, who had the paperwork ready to go. When I needed a short term rental unit in Sept. 2017, because of the name change to Life Storage and thinking the quality service may have changed, I began to look elsewhere. Mr. Boyd provided a thorough walkthrough of the transfer and explanation of this location’s history and values, which provided an additional sense of security.

Me and my family have had the pleasure of using this location twice now. Few things are a consistently stressful as moving, but Frank makes it pretty comfortable with a well-maintained space and an impressive level of service. Comes highly recommended.

I have rented at other storage facilities where they are not maintained and my things her ruined and the office staff is rude and unhelpful.I reserved online which was so easy and then spoke to Nelson who was so helpful and friendly. When I arrived the next day he took me for a tour, explained all of their policies and paperwork and made this the easiest and most pleasant experience ever. Frank, the manager and Nelson take great pride in their facility and value their customers!
